When the central processing unit 1 judges that the electric energy meter is in an abnormal state, the central processing unit sends information to the electric energy meter management mechanism terminal mobile terminal 62 to remind relevant personnel or maintainers of the electric energy meter management mechanism that the electric energy meter is abnormal and needs to be repaired and solved in time.

An intelligent electric energy meter management method comprises embodiments 4-7, the intelligent electric energy meter management system further comprises a control unit 4, the control unit 4 comprises a control panel 41 and a security encryption unit 42, and the control panel 41 can be a touch control panel and/or a handwriting control panel and/or a keyboard. The secure encryption unit 42 comprises a cryptographic unit and/or a fingerprint unit and/or an iris unit.

The management method further comprises that a user operates and controls the electric energy meter through the control panel 41 of the control unit 4, and can input control commands, such as commands of inquiring, recording, storing and the like.

Before the control command is input, the user needs to unlock the locking state of the electric energy meter through the security encryption unit 42, and only the client who is qualified can perform the subsequent operation processing. The information safety of the electric energy meter is ensured, the data of the electric energy meter is accurate and cannot be changed randomly, the use and the electricity stealing of unauthorized users are avoided, and the use safety of the intelligent electric energy meter is improved.

Alternatively, the control unit 4 further includes an electric charge transaction unit 43 through which the user can pay the electric charge.

In combination with the security encryption unit 42, when the user uses the electric charge transaction unit 43, the user needs to input a correct password and/or fingerprint and/or iris detection through the security encryption unit 42, and after the user is verified to be qualified, the user can use the electric charge transaction unit 43 to perform operations such as inquiry, payment and the like of the electric charge.

The safety encryption unit 42 and the electric charge transaction unit 43 are used in combination, so that only authorized users can perform transaction behaviors such as inquiry and payment on the electric charge of the electric energy meter, and the safety of the electric charge transaction behaviors is ensured.
