Referring to fig. 1, the steam foot bath 100 of the present embodiment includes a steam foot bath body 110, a tub 170, a massage device 171, an atomization tub 172, an atomization device 173, a first communication device 130, a first processor 150, a display device 160, and a health monitoring device 180. In some embodiments, the display device 160 or the health monitoring device 180 may be omitted. The cloud server 300 is generally installed in a machine room of a telecommunication company or an intelligent physiotherapy health system provider, and the cloud server 300 can simultaneously communicate and manage a plurality of steam foot baths 100. The second communication device 310 is used for communication with the steam foot bath 100, and is preferably a cellular communication module (e.g., 3G module or 4G module) or an internet communication module. The cloud server 300 comprises a second communication device 310, a second memory 350 and a second processor 330, wherein the second communication device 310 is used for sending information to the first communication device and receiving information sent by the first communication device, the second memory 350 is used for storing physiotherapy foot bath massage health care schemes, and the second processor 330 is respectively connected with the second communication device and the second memory and is used for selecting corresponding foot bath massage physiotherapy health care schemes from the second memory according to the information sent by the steam foot bath device and sending the corresponding foot bath massage physiotherapy health care schemes to the steam foot bath device through the second communication device. When the user uses the intelligent foot steamer system of the embodiment, firstly, the steam foot bath device 100 is opened and used, the monitoring device collects and arranges the use parameters of the user, the first processor sends the use parameters of the user to the cloud server 300, meanwhile, the three-dimensional virtual display device projects expert questions in front of the user, the user answers the questions, and the cloud server selects a proper foot bath massage physical therapy health care scheme from the second memory according to the use parameters and answers of the user and sends the selected proper foot bath massage physical therapy health care scheme to the steam foot bath device 100. The steam foot bath 100 controls the tub 170, the massage device 171, the atomization tub 172, and the atomization device 173 to start operating according to the physiotherapy program. During the operation of the steam foot bath device 100, the user can observe the use information and the foot health information through the three-dimensional virtual display device.
