Background

The continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic honeycomb plate is formed by thermoplastic compounding of a continuous fiber prepreg tape multi-directional laying layer and a polypropylene honeycomb core, has the advantages of light weight, compression resistance, high strength, impact resistance and the like, and is widely applied to a plurality of technical fields, such as motor homes, battery guard plates, compartment plates, passenger car floors, containers and the like, but the invention is mainly applied to the building field, along with the development of the building industry, light-weight and high-strength building templates are more and more valued, while the traditional building templates are mostly wood plates, the weight is heavy, the strength is not high, the recycling rate is low, the manual transportation is inconvenient, the manufacturing process of the wood plates is complicated, the labor is wasted, a large amount of wood is wasted, the environment is also polluted greatly, and the slag and the smell generated during the wood processing bring much trouble to the surrounding living people, the existing building construction mostly adopts combined steel templates, is a novel template replacing wood with steel, and is unacceptable in construction side due to heavier weight, inconvenient transportation, more abutted seams, higher price and the like. At present, the traditional edge sealing method has the defects that a PP edge sealing strip is bonded with a honeycomb core through glue, and the main defects are that the bonding strength is insufficient and the efficiency is low. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems of low strength, heavier weight, low repeated utilization rate, inconvenient transportation and the like of the existing building template, and provides a method for manufacturing a honeycomb plate with edge sealing.

It is to be noted that the materials of the specification and claims are in english abbreviation forms, such as PP means polypropylene material, PET means polyester resin, CPP means cast polypropylene film.
