Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation, and relates to an aviation actuator.

Background

An aviation actuator is an indispensable part in an airplane, and needs a compact structure and high reliability to realize torque transmission. Due to the particularity of the working conditions of aviation products, when a circuit for supplying power to the aviation actuator on the airplane breaks down, the aviation actuator cannot work normally.

Therefore, an aviation actuator is needed to work normally when a circuit fails, so as to improve safety.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an aviation actuator, which comprises the following technical scheme:

an aerospace actuator, comprising: a motor, an emergency hand-operated device, a differential gear train, a dead axle gear, a bracket component, an output shaft, a terminal switch and a cover plate,

the motor is connected with the emergency hand-cranking device through a differential gear train, the motor is electrically connected with an end switch, the end switch is electrically connected with an external circuit, the differential gear train is connected with a dead axle gear, the dead axle gear is meshed with an output shaft through a gear, and the support assembly is installed on the output shaft; the dead axle gear, the bracket component, the output shaft and the end point switch are positioned on the cover plate; when the motor can not normally work, the emergency hand-cranking device is used for transmitting the torque generated by the pulling action to the ordinary gear train through the differential gear train under the pulling action, so that the ordinary gear train transmits the torque to the output shaft, and the aviation actuator normally works.

When the motor works normally, the motor drives an output shaft of the motor to rotate, torque is transmitted to the differential gear train, the torque is transmitted to the fixed shaft gear train through the differential gear train, the fixed shaft gear train transmits the torque to the output shaft, and the support assembly arranged on the output shaft moves linearly along with the output shaft.

When the motor works normally, the steel balls are constrained between the grooves of the friction disc and the circular holes of the input shaft by the springs, when torque is transmitted from the input shaft to drive the steel balls in the circular holes of the friction disc to climb from the bottommost part of the grooves of the friction disc to a high point, the springs are compressed, the first friction disc and the second friction disc are separated, the first fastening piece connected to the friction disc drives the friction disc to rotate, and the torque is transmitted to the bevel gear by the friction disc through the spline pair; when torque is transmitted by the bevel gear, the bevel gear drives the friction disc to rotate, and due to the action of the spring force and the action of friction force between the first friction disc and the second friction disc, the first fastening piece on the friction disc cannot drive the input shaft to rotate, and torque cannot be transmitted, so that torque can only be transmitted in a single direction from the input shaft end.

Detailed Description

The present invention is described in further detail below.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an aero-actuator device comprising: a motor 1, an emergency hand-operated device 2, a differential gear train 3, a fixed-axis gear train 4, a bracket component 5, an output shaft 6, a terminal switch 7 and a cover plate 8,

the motor 1 is connected with the emergency hand-cranking device 2 through the differential gear train 3, the motor 1 is electrically connected with the end point switch 7, an external circuit supplies power to the actuator through a socket on the actuator, the end point switch 7 cuts off the power supply and sends a position signal after reaching a specified stroke, the differential gear train 3 is connected with the ordinary gear train 4, the ordinary gear train 4 is meshed with the output shaft 6 through a gear, and the support assembly 5 is arranged on the output shaft 6; the ordinary gear train 4, the bracket component 5, the output shaft 6 and the end switch 7 are positioned on the cover plate 8; when external circuit trouble or motor self broke down, emergent hand cranking device 2 is used for under pulling the effect, and the moment that pulls the effect and produce transmits ordinary gear train 4 through differential gear train 3 for ordinary gear train 4 transmits output shaft 6 with moment, so that aviation actuator normally works.

In this application, when the motor normally worked, motor 1 drove the output shaft rotation of motor 1, with moment transmission to differential gear train 3 on, moment passes through differential gear train 3 and transmits ordinary gear train 4 to go up, and ordinary gear train 4 transmits output shaft 6 with moment, installs bracket component 5 on output shaft 6 and is linear motion along with output shaft 6.

As shown in fig. 2, emergency hand cranking device 2 includes: bevel gear 2a, bearing 2c, support plate 2d, spring 2e, friction disc 2f, steel ball 2g, first fastener 2h, first friction disc 2i, second friction disc 2j, thrust bearing 2k, needle bearing 2l, seal ring 2m, input shaft 2n, first housing 2o, second fastener 2p, third fastener 2q and second housing 2r,

wherein, input shaft 2n passes through clearance fit with bevel gear 2a and is connected, and two bearings 2c are installed on bevel gear 2n, are provided with packing ring 2b between two bearings 2c, and packing ring 2b can be separated two bearings, avoids the jamming friction.

Spline pairs are arranged at the centers of the support plate 2d, the friction disc 2f and one end of the bevel gear 2a, which is far away from the gear, and the support plate 2d, the friction disc 2f and the bevel gear 2a are connected through splines;

As shown in fig. 4, a triangular disc is arranged at one end of the input shaft 2n close to the bevel gear 2a, a plurality of kidney-shaped holes and a plurality of round holes are arranged on the triangular disc, the kidney-shaped holes and the round holes are uniformly arranged at intervals, the first fastening pieces 2h penetrate through the kidney-shaped holes on the input shaft 2n and are installed on the friction disc 2f, and the steel balls 2g are installed between the round holes of the input shaft 2n and the grooves of the friction disc 2 f. For example, 3 kidney-shaped holes and 3 round holes can be arranged on the triangular disc. Further, the end, far away from the bevel gear 2a, of the input shaft 2n is provided with an outer hexagonal structure, and the outer hexagonal structure is favorable for a wrench or a general tool to be directly wrenched without a special tool.

The input shaft 2g is provided with a thrust bearing 2k and a needle bearing 2 l; the hand-operated handle has a supporting function, reduces friction force during hand-operated operation, enables the rotation of each component to be smoothly carried out, and prolongs the durability of the components.

All components of the emergency hand cranking device 2 are coaxial and are positioned in a sealed cavity formed by a first shell 2o and a second shell 2r, the first shell 2o and the second shell 2r are connected through a second fastener 2p, a sealing ring 2m is arranged at the joint of the first shell 2o and the second shell 2r, and the sealing ring 2m can be made of rubber materials; the first case 2o and the second case 2r are made of aluminum alloy.

Illustratively, the first fastener, the second fastener, and the third fastener may be screws. Of course, bolts, rivets, etc. may be used.

When the motor cannot work normally, the input shaft 2n is manually pulled, torque is transmitted from the input shaft 2n, and drives the steel balls 2g in the round holes of the friction discs, so that the steel balls 2g climb from the bottommost part of the grooves of the friction discs 2f to a high point, the spring 2e is compressed, the first friction disc 2i is separated from the second friction disc 2j, the input shaft 2n drives the friction discs 2f to rotate by driving the first fasteners 2h connected to the friction discs 2f, the torque is transmitted to the bevel gear 2a from the friction discs 2f through the spline pair, the output shaft of the motor 1 cannot rotate due to the holding torque of the motor clutch, the torque is transmitted to the fixed shaft gear train 4 through the bevel gear 2a and the differential gear train 3, the fixed shaft gear train 4 transmits the torque to the output shaft 6, and the support assembly 5 installed on the output shaft 6 moves linearly along with the output shaft 6.

When the motor works normally, the steel ball 2g is constrained between the groove of the friction disc 2f and the round hole of the input shaft 2n by the spring 2e, when torque is transmitted from the input shaft 2n to drive the steel ball 2g in the round hole of the friction disc 2f to climb from the bottommost part of the groove of the friction disc 2f to a high point, the spring 2e is compressed, the first friction disc 2i is separated from the second friction disc 2j, the first fastener 2h connected to the friction disc 2f drives the friction disc 2f to rotate, and the torque is transmitted to the bevel gear 2a by the friction disc 2f through the spline pair; when torque is transmitted by the bevel gear 2a, the bevel gear 2a drives the friction disc 2f to rotate, and due to the action of the force of the spring 2e and the action of the friction force between the first friction disc 2i and the second friction disc 2j, the first fastening piece 2h on the friction disc 2f cannot drive the input shaft 2n to rotate, so that the torque cannot be transmitted, and the torque can only be transmitted in a single direction from the end of the input shaft 2 n.

The aviation actuator provided by the invention has the advantages that the emergency hand-operated device is arranged, so that when the circuit on an airplane is normal and the motor is normal, the aviation actuator can realize torque transmission through the driving of the motor, and when the circuit fails, the emergency hand-operated device is used for transmitting torque to realize torque transmission, so that an output shaft moves linearly, and the aviation actuator is compact in structure, simple to operate and high in reliability.
