the stator inner ring (2) is positioned on the inner side of the stator casing (1), consists of two halves which are butted along the radial direction, and is provided with odd number of lower journal mounting holes which are distributed along the circumferential direction, wherein one lower journal mounting hole is formed between the butted parts of the two halves of the stator inner ring (2);

the odd number of adjustable stator blades (3) are distributed between the stator casing (1) and the stator inner ring (2) along the circumferential direction; the upper journal of each adjustable stator blade (3) correspondingly extends into one upper journal mounting hole and extends out, and the lower journal correspondingly inserts into one lower journal mounting hole.

2. The engine odd number adjustable stator vane stator member assembling structure as recited in claim 1,

the two half stator casings (1) are provided with outer side connecting edges (4) at the butt joint positions;

the two halves of the stator casing (1) are connected through the outer side connecting edge (4) to realize butt joint.

3. The engine odd number adjustable stator vane stator member assembling structure as recited in claim 2,

the corresponding outer connecting edges (4) are connected through bolts.

4. The engine odd number adjustable stator vane stator member assembling structure as recited in claim 1,

the stator inner ring (2) is composed of two sections which are butted along the axial direction;

each lower journal mounting hole is formed between two stator inner rings (2).

5. The engine odd number adjustable stator vane stator member assembling structure as recited in claim 4,

the inner sides of the two sections of stator inner rings (2) are provided with inner side connecting edges (5);

the two sections of stator inner rings (2) are connected through the inner side connecting edge (5) to realize butt joint.

6. The engine odd number adjustable stator vane stator member assembling structure as recited in claim 1,

the inner connecting edges (5) of the two sections of stator inner rings (2) are connected through bolts.

7. A stator component assembling method for odd adjustable stator blades of an engine is characterized by comprising the following steps:

correspondingly assembling the adjustable stator blades (3) except the adjustable stator blades (3) positioned at the butt joint positions of the two half stator casings (1) and the two half stator inner rings (2) to the two half stator casings (1) and the two half stator inner rings (2) in odd number of adjustable stator blades (3);

the two half stator casings (1) and the two half stator inner rings (2) are in butt joint along the radial direction, so that upper journals of adjustable stator blades (3) at the butt joint positions of the two half stator casings (1) and the two half stator inner rings (2) are clamped in upper journal mounting holes formed at the butt joint positions of the two half stator casings (1), and lower journals of the adjustable stator blades are clamped in lower journal mounting holes formed at the butt joint positions of the two half stator inner rings (2).

Technical Field

The application belongs to the technical field of stator component assembly design of odd adjustable stator blades of an engine, and particularly relates to an odd adjustable stator blade stator component assembly structure and an odd adjustable stator blade stator component assembly method of the engine.

Background

The stator component in the engine comprises a stator casing, a stator inner ring and a plurality of adjustable mirror blades, wherein the stator casing is provided with a plurality of upper journal mounting holes distributed along the circumferential direction; the stator inner ring is positioned on the inner side of the stator casing and is provided with a plurality of lower journal mounting holes distributed along the circumferential direction; each adjustable stator blade is distributed along the circumferential direction between the stator casing and the stator inner ring; the upper journal of each adjustable stator vane correspondingly extends from one of the upper journal mounting holes and the lower journal is inserted into one of the lower journal mounting holes.

In practice, in order to facilitate the assembly of the stator component, the stator casing and the stator inner ring are designed to be composed of two halves which are butted in the radial direction, the technical scheme can be well applicable to the condition that the number of the adjustable stator blades is even, one half of the adjustable stator blades and the corresponding upper journal mounting holes and lower journal mounting holes thereof are positioned between one half of the stator casing and one half of the stator inner ring, the other half of the adjustable stator blades and the corresponding upper journal mounting holes and lower journal mounting holes thereof are positioned between the other half of the stator casing and the other half of the stator inner ring, when the number of the adjustable stator blades is odd, one adjustable stator blade always exists at the butt joint position of the two halves of the stator casing and the two halves of the stator inner ring, and the scheme is difficult to apply under the condition that the adjustable stator blades cannot be divided into two halves.

The present application has been made in view of the above-mentioned technical drawbacks.

It should be noted that the above background disclosure is only for the purpose of assisting understanding of the inventive concept and technical solutions of the present invention, and does not necessarily belong to the prior art of the present patent application, and the above background disclosure should not be used for evaluating the novelty and inventive step of the present application without explicit evidence to suggest that the above content is already disclosed at the filing date of the present application.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the present application is to provide an engine odd number adjustable stator vane stator component assembly structure and a method thereof, which overcomes or alleviates the technical defects of at least one known aspect.

The technical scheme of the application is as follows:

one aspect provides an engine odd number adjustable stator blade stator component assembly structure, including:

the stator casing is formed by two halves which are butted along the radial direction, and is provided with odd number of upper journal mounting holes which are distributed along the circumferential direction, wherein one upper journal mounting hole is formed between the butting parts of one part of the two halves of the stator casing;

the stator inner ring is positioned on the inner side of the stator casing, consists of two halves which are butted along the radial direction, and is provided with odd lower journal mounting holes which are distributed along the circumferential direction, wherein one lower journal mounting hole is formed between the butted parts of one of the two halves of the stator inner ring;

the odd number of adjustable stator blades are distributed between the stator casing and the stator inner ring along the circumferential direction; the upper journal of each adjustable stator blade correspondingly extends into an upper journal mounting hole and extends out, and the lower journal correspondingly inserts into a lower journal mounting hole.

According to at least one embodiment of the application, in the stator component assembling structure of the odd adjustable stator blades of the engine, the two half stator casings are provided with outer connecting edges at the butt joint part;

the two half stator casings are connected through the outer side connecting edge to realize butt joint.

According to at least one embodiment of the application, in the stator component assembling structure of the odd adjustable stator blades of the engine, the corresponding outer connecting edges are connected through bolts.

According to at least one embodiment of the application, in the stator component assembling structure of the odd adjustable stator blades of the engine, the stator inner ring is composed of two sections which are butted along the axial direction;

each lower journal mounting hole is formed between two stator inner rings.

According to at least one embodiment of the application, in the stator component assembling structure of the odd adjustable stator blades of the engine, the inner sides of the two stator inner rings are provided with inner connecting edges;

the connection between the inner rings of the two stator sections through the inner connecting edges realizes butt joint.

According to at least one embodiment of the application, in the stator component assembling structure of the odd adjustable stator blades of the engine, the inner connecting edges of the two stator inner rings are connected through bolts.

In another aspect, a stator component assembly method for an odd adjustable stator blade of an engine includes:

correspondingly assembling the odd number of adjustable stator blades to the two half stator casings and the two half stator inner rings except the adjustable stator blades positioned at the butt joint part of the two half stator casings and the two half stator inner rings;

the two half stator casings and the two half stator inner rings are in butt joint in the radial direction, so that upper journals of adjustable stator blades at the butt joint positions of the two half stator casings and the two half stator inner rings are clamped in upper journal mounting holes formed at the butt joint positions of the two half stator casings, and lower journals are clamped in lower journal mounting holes formed at the butt joint positions of the two half stator inner rings.

the stator casing 1 is composed of two halves which are butted along the radial direction, and is provided with odd number of upper journal mounting holes which are distributed along the circumferential direction, wherein one upper journal mounting hole is formed between the butted parts of one part of the two halves of the stator casing 1;

the stator inner ring 2 is positioned on the inner side of the stator casing 1, consists of two halves which are butted along the radial direction, and is provided with odd number of lower journal mounting holes which are distributed along the circumferential direction, wherein one lower journal mounting hole is formed between the butted parts of one part of the two halves of the stator inner ring 2;

the odd number of adjustable stator blades 3 are distributed between the stator casing 1 and the stator inner ring 2 along the circumferential direction; the upper journal of each adjustable stator blade 3 correspondingly extends into an upper journal mounting hole and extends out, and the lower journal correspondingly inserts into a lower journal mounting hole.

For the stator component assembling structure of the odd adjustable stator blades of the engine disclosed in the above embodiments, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that an upper journal mounting hole is formed between the butt joint portions of the two half stator casings 1, and a lower journal mounting hole is formed between the butt joint portions of the two half stator inner rings 2, so as to mount the upper journal and the lower journal of the adjustable stator blade 3 at the butt joint portion among the odd adjustable stator blades 3, and when assembling, the following steps can be referred to:

correspondingly assembling the odd number of adjustable stator blades 3 to the two half stator casings 1 and the two half stator inner rings 2 except the adjustable stator blades 3 positioned at the butt joint parts of the two half stator casings 1 and the two half stator inner rings 2;

the two half stator casings 1 and the two half stator inner rings 2 are in butt joint in the radial direction, so that upper journals of adjustable stator blades 3 at the butt joint positions of the two half stator casings 1 and the two half stator inner rings 2 are clamped in upper journal mounting holes formed at the butt joint positions of the two half stator casings 1, and lower journals are clamped in lower journal mounting holes formed at the butt joint positions of the two half stator inner rings 2.

In some alternative embodiments, in the above-described stator component assembly structure of the odd number adjustable stator blades of the engine, the two stator casing halves 1 have the outer connecting edges 4 at the butt joint portions;

the two half stator casings 1 are connected through the outer side connecting edge 4 to realize butt joint.

In some alternative embodiments, in the above-mentioned stator component assembly structure of the odd adjustable stator blades of the engine, the corresponding outer connecting edges 4 are connected by bolts.

In some alternative embodiments, in the stator component assembling structure of the odd number adjustable stator blades of the engine, the stator inner ring 2 is composed of two sections which are butted along the axial direction;

each lower journal mounting hole is formed between two sections of the stator inner ring 2.

For the stator component assembling structure of the stator blade with adjustable odd number of the engine disclosed in the above embodiment, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that on the basis of designing the stator inner ring 2 to be composed of two halves butted in the radial direction, the stator inner ring 2 is further designed to be composed of two sections butted in the axial direction, that is, the two halves symmetrical to the left and right of the stator inner ring 2 are respectively composed of two sections butted in front and back, so that the stator component can be conveniently assembled integrally.

In some alternative embodiments, in the stator component assembling structure of the odd adjustable stator blades of the engine, the inner sides of the two stator inner rings 2 are provided with inner connecting edges 5;

the two sections of stator inner rings 2 are connected through the inner side connecting edges 5 to realize butt joint, so that the two sections of stator inner rings 2 can be reliably connected from the inner side, the connection is convenient and quick, the main structure cannot be damaged, and the rigidity of the main structure is ensured.

In some alternative embodiments, in the above-mentioned stator component assembling structure of the odd number adjustable stator blades of the engine, the inner connecting edges 5 of the two stator inner rings 2 are connected by bolts.

In another aspect, a stator component assembly method for an odd adjustable stator blade of an engine includes:

correspondingly assembling the odd number of adjustable stator blades 3 to the two half stator casings 1 and the two half stator inner rings 2 except the adjustable stator blades 3 positioned at the butt joint parts of the two half stator casings 1 and the two half stator inner rings 2;

the two half stator casings 1 and the two half stator inner rings 2 are in butt joint in the radial direction, so that upper journals of adjustable stator blades 3 at the butt joint positions of the two half stator casings 1 and the two half stator inner rings 2 are clamped in upper journal mounting holes formed at the butt joint positions of the two half stator casings 1, and lower journals are clamped in lower journal mounting holes formed at the butt joint positions of the two half stator inner rings 2.

For the method for assembling the stator component of the stator blade with the odd number of the adjustable engine disclosed in the embodiment, the assembling of the stator component of the stator blade with the odd number of the adjustable engine disclosed in the embodiment is realized, the description is simple, specific relevant parts can be described only by referring to the description of relevant parts of the assembling structure of the stator component with the odd number of the adjustable engine stator blade, the technical effect can also be referred to the technical effect of relevant parts of the assembling structure of the stator component with the odd number of the adjustable engine stator blade, and the description is omitted here.
