1. A clothes drying device, comprising:

a cabinet constituting a basic external structure of the laundry drying device;

an outer cylinder arranged in the box body;

an inner drum arranged in the outer drum to accommodate the dried clothes, the inner drum being communicated with the outer drum;

the air inlet duct is communicated with the inner barrel so as to supply air for drying to the inner barrel;

the exhaust air duct is communicated with the outer barrel so as to discharge the damp and hot air in the outer barrel out of the box body through the exhaust air duct;

the fresh air duct is communicated with the air inlet duct so as to enable air outside the box body to pass through the fresh air duct and be sent into the air inlet duct, one end of the fresh air duct is a fresh air inlet arranged on the front plate or the upper top plate of the box body, and the air outside the box body enters the fresh air duct through the fresh air inlet.

2. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the other end of the fresh air duct is a fresh air outlet communicated with the air inlet duct, and air outside the cabinet enters the fresh air duct through the fresh air inlet and is sent into the air inlet duct through the fresh air outlet.

3. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 2, wherein the fresh air inlet is disposed at a front panel of the cabinet.

6. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 5, wherein an air filter is disposed in the fresh air duct to purify air entering the fresh air duct from the outside.

7. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 6, wherein said air filter is removably mounted at said fresh air inlet.

The clothes drying apparatus of claim 2, wherein the exhaust duct has an exhaust inlet provided on the outer tub at one end thereof and an exhaust outlet provided on the cabinet at the other end thereof, and the hot and humid air in the outer tub can enter the exhaust duct through the exhaust inlet and can be discharged out of the cabinet through the exhaust outlet.

9. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 2, wherein the air inlet duct is provided with a heater for heating air flowing into the air inlet duct.

10. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 9, wherein the air inlet duct is provided with a fan for accelerating air circulation in the air inlet duct.

11. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 3, wherein a loading opening for loading the clothes into the drum and a door for opening or closing the loading opening are provided on the front plate of the cabinet.

The clothes drying apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a condenser having one end connected to the outer tub and cooling the hot and humid air introduced into the condenser; the other end of the condenser is communicated with the air inlet channel and supplies the condensed air into the inner cylinder through the air inlet channel.

The clothes drying apparatus of claim 12, wherein the fresh air duct is provided with a damper for controlling fresh air to enter; the air exhaust duct is provided with a sensor for acquiring environmental information, and transmits signals to control the opening or closing of the air door, so that the clothes drying device has a direct exhaust and/or condensation drying mode.

14. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 13, wherein the sensor is a temperature sensor and/or a humidity sensor to obtain a temperature and/or humidity of air in the exhaust duct.

15. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 12, wherein the fresh air outlet is disposed on the condenser, and air entering the fresh air duct from the outside passes through the condenser and then enters the intake air duct.

16. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 12, further comprising a drain duct having one end communicating with the tub and the condenser and the other end being a drain opening communicating with the outside to drain water generated in the tub and/or the condenser out of the cabinet.

17. The clothes drying apparatus of claim 16, wherein said drain line is provided with a drain pump.

18. The clothes drying apparatus of any of claims 1-17, wherein the clothes drying apparatus is a dryer or an all-in-one washer dryer.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of drying for clothes care, in particular to a clothes drying device.

Background

At present, the existing clothes drying device, such as a dryer and a washing and drying integrated machine, mainly adopts condensing type circulation drying, and the principle of the device is that air is heated by a heater and enters a drying cylinder, water on clothes is evaporated and forms damp and hot air with the air under the action of the hot air, then the damp and hot air enters a condenser, the damp and hot air is condensed into condensed water and dry gas under the action of a cooling medium in the condenser, and the dry gas enters the cylinder after passing through the heater for heating, so that the purpose of drying the clothes is achieved after circulation, but the air is recycled, the problems of large peculiar smell, high temperature, large water consumption for condensation and the like exist, and the circulation temperature is high, so that the clothes are damaged; therefore, the existing clothes drying device needs to be optimized and adopts a straight-line arrangement mode; the position air inlet of backplate or lower plate is adopted to prior art's straight line mode air inlet more, but this position still has the peculiar smell because general space limits, and the air is not circulated, and is close with drying air outlet position, and is unfavorable to the stoving, so need optimize current drying device to reduce peculiar smell or foreign matter, reach high-efficient stoving.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a clothes drying device.

a cabinet constituting a basic external structure of the laundry drying device;

the fresh air channel is communicated with the air inlet channel so as to send air outside the box body into the air inlet channel through the fresh air channel.

Preferably, one end of the fresh air duct is a fresh air inlet arranged on the box body, the other end of the fresh air duct is a fresh air outlet communicated with the air inlet duct, and air outside the box body enters the fresh air duct through the fresh air inlet and is sent into the air inlet duct through the fresh air outlet.

Preferably, the fresh air inlet is arranged on the front plate of the box body.

Preferably, the fresh air inlet is arranged on a rear back plate or an upper top plate of the box body.

Preferably, the fresh air inlet is arranged on a panel of a front plate of the box body, and the panel is used for controlling states of the operating device and the display device.

Preferably, an air filtering device is arranged in the fresh air duct to purify air entering the fresh air duct from the outside.

Preferably, the air filtering device is detachably mounted at the fresh air inlet.

Preferably, one end of the exhaust air duct is an exhaust inlet arranged on the outer cylinder, the other end of the exhaust air duct is an exhaust outlet arranged on the box body, and the damp and hot air in the outer cylinder can enter the exhaust air duct from the exhaust inlet and is exhausted out of the box body from the exhaust outlet.

Preferably, the air inlet duct is provided with a heater for heating air flowing into the air inlet duct.

Preferably, the air conditioner further comprises a condenser, one end of the condenser is communicated with the outer cylinder and is used for cooling the hot and humid air entering the condenser; the other end of the condenser is communicated with the air inlet channel and supplies the condensed air into the inner cylinder through the air inlet channel.

Preferably, the fresh air duct is provided with an air door for controlling fresh air to enter; the air exhaust duct is provided with a sensor for acquiring environmental information, and transmits signals to control the opening or closing of the air door, so that the clothes drying device has a direct exhaust and/or condensation drying mode.

Preferably, the fresh air outlet is arranged on the condenser, and air entering the fresh air duct from the outside enters the air inlet duct after passing through the condenser.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the clothes drying device provided by the invention has the advantages that when clothes in the inner barrel are dried, air outside the box body can enter the fresh air pipe and then enter the air inlet pipe, finally enters the inner barrel to dry the clothes, formed damp and hot air enters the outer barrel and is finally discharged out of the box body through the air exhaust pipe, the temperature of the used air is lower so as to avoid damage to the clothes, and the fresh air inlet is arranged on the front plate or the upper top plate, so that the air circulation is strong, and the air is favorable for direct exhaust type air inlet; furthermore, air filtration can be arranged to purify air entering a fresh air pipe so as to achieve clean air supply; further, a condenser can be added, a condensing and/or direct discharging drying mode is adopted, a more optimized drying effect is achieved, the selection of the condensing or direct discharging mode is adjusted according to the drying condition in real time, the drying time is shortened, and the efficiency is improved.

The foregoing and other objects, features, aspects and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description of the present invention when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which will enable those skilled in the art to practice the present invention with reference to the accompanying specification. In the drawings, the shape and size may be exaggerated for clarity, and the same reference numerals will be used throughout the drawings to designate the same or similar components. In the following description, terms such as center, thickness, height, length, front, back, rear, left, right, top, bottom, upper, lower, and the like are used based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings. As shown in fig. 1, a clothes drying apparatus of the present invention includes a cabinet 1; an outer cylinder 3 disposed in the case 1; an inner tub 2 for accommodating laundry, the inner tub 2 being disposed in the outer tub 3 and communicating with the outer tub 3; the air inlet duct 5 is communicated with the inner barrel 2 so as to supply air for drying to the inner barrel 2; the exhaust air duct 6 is communicated with the outer barrel 3, so that the damp and hot air in the outer barrel 3 is exhausted out of the box body 1 through the exhaust air duct 6; the air inlet duct 5 supplies drying air, and the air exhaust duct 6 exhausts damp and hot air, so that clothes in the inner barrel 2 are dried, meanwhile, the fresh air duct 7 is arranged and communicated with the air inlet duct 5, so that air outside the box body 1 is sent into the air inlet duct 5 through the fresh air duct 7 and finally enters the inner barrel 2, and a drying system in a direct discharging mode is formed to achieve the purpose of reducing the drying temperature.

In some embodiments, one end of the fresh air duct 7 is a fresh air inlet 72 disposed on the box 1, and the other end is a fresh air outlet 71 communicated with the air inlet duct 5, air outside the box 1 enters the fresh air duct 7 through the fresh air inlet 72, and is sent into the air inlet duct 5 through the fresh air outlet 71, the fresh air inlet 72 and the fresh air outlet 71 are disposed, the structure is clear, the fresh air inlet 72 is directly formed on the box, and the fresh air outlet 71 can be directly communicated with the air inlet duct 5 or other devices (such as a condenser) are added to optimize the air inlet.

In some embodiments, the fresh air inlet 72 is disposed on the panel 122 of the front plate 12 of the box 1 for controlling the states of the operating device and the display device, when the drying device is in operation, a user generally operates the control panel and views the display panel, the fresh air inlet 72 is disposed on the panel for facilitating the viewing of the user, and the air entering the fresh air also flows into the dryer in a relatively spacious environment, the control panel and the display panel of the dryer (washing and drying integrated machine) are generally disposed at a position close to the upper edge of the front plate for facilitating the operation and viewing of the user, and the air circulation at the position is good for facilitating the viewing of the user, so that the fresh air inlet is disposed at the position for facilitating the good air of the fresh air entering the drying system and facilitating the viewing of the user.

In some embodiments, an air filtering device 74 is disposed in the fresh air duct 7 to purify the air entering the fresh air duct 7 from the outside; the air filtering device 74, such as a filter screen, an adsorption sheet, a dust removing device, etc., is provided to adsorb dust and impurities in the air, and also to adsorb peculiar smell in the air, so that the air entering the fresh air duct 7 is purified, thereby ensuring the cleanness of the air source in the drying process and keeping the cleanness and sanitation of the dried clothes.

In some embodiments, the air filter 74 is removably mounted to the fresh air inlet 72, and the air filter absorbs saturated and accumulates dirt over a period of time, and needs to be replaced or cleaned at regular intervals, so that the user can replace the air filter conveniently; furthermore, the air filter device can be arranged at the fresh air inlet 72, so that a user can rapidly detach the air filter device without detaching the air filter device, and the air filter device is convenient to re-install; further, in the embodiment where the fresh air inlet 72 is disposed on the panel 122, the user can also conveniently check the usage of the air filter 74 in real time, and timely detach, clean and replace the air filter 74.

In some embodiments, the exhaust air duct 6 has one end provided with an exhaust air inlet 61 arranged on the outer cylinder 3 and the other end provided with an exhaust air outlet 62 arranged on the box body 1, and the hot and humid air in the outer cylinder 3 can enter the exhaust air duct 6 through the exhaust air inlet 61 and can be exhausted out of the box body 1 through the exhaust air outlet 62; the air exhaust duct 6 has clear structure and is convenient for discharging damp and hot air.

In some embodiments, the exhaust air outlet 62 of the exhaust air duct 6 may be provided at the rear back panel of the cabinet or the upper ceiling panel of the cabinet.

In some embodiments, the air exhaust duct can be detachably mounted on the upper top plate of the box body, so that a user can conveniently check the condition of the air exhaust duct, and the air exhaust duct can be maintained without disassembling the air exhaust duct; in the corresponding subsequent embodiment, when the air exhaust duct is provided with the sensor, the sensor can be arranged in the air exhaust duct of which the part is detachably arranged on the upper top plate of the box body, so that the maintenance and the replacement are convenient.

In some embodiments, the air inlet duct 5 is provided with a heater 52 for heating air flowing into the air inlet duct 5; further, a heating sheet, a heating pipe, a heating wire, etc. may be used.

In some embodiments, the fan 51 is disposed on the air inlet duct 5 to accelerate the air circulation of the air inlet duct 5, and for example, the fan may be disposed at a position far away from the air inlet outlet 53 (the connection between the air inlet duct and the inner cylinder) relative to the heater 52 in the air inlet duct 5 to accelerate the air flow, and the use of the fan will not be affected by the heated air flow.

In some embodiments, the front plate 12 of the casing is provided with a feeding opening for feeding the clothes into the inner drum 2, and a door cover 121 capable of opening or closing the feeding opening, the clothes can be fed into the inner drum 2 through the feeding opening, wherein the air inlet 53 can be arranged at the door seal of the feeding opening, so that the air in the air inlet duct 5 can smoothly enter the inner drum 2 through the air inlet 53.

In some embodiments, the condenser 4 is further included, and one end of the condenser 4 is communicated with the outer cylinder 3 and is used for cooling the hot and humid air entering the condenser 4 from the outer cylinder 3 (for example, a corrugated pipe at the lower position of the outer cylinder 3 is shown in the figure); the other end of the condenser 4 is communicated with an air inlet duct 5 (for example, a position of a fan 51 close to the condenser 4 shown in the figure) and supplies the condensed air into the inner drum 2 through the air inlet duct 5, and the condenser is introduced in the related scheme, so that the whole drying device has two drying modes (direct discharging or/and condensation), wherein the condenser 4 can be directly arranged between the outer drum 3 and an air inlet of the air inlet duct 5, and the moist and hot air is condensed to achieve internal circulation.

In some embodiments, further, due to two modes, the fresh air outlet 71 of the fresh air duct 7 can be arranged on the condenser 4, and air entering the fresh air duct 7 from the outside enters the air inlet duct 5 after passing through the condenser 4; or directly at the connection with the intake duct 5 (preferably at a position before the air passes through the blower 51).

In some embodiments, the inner cylinder 2 is provided with a plurality of through holes (not shown) on the sidewall thereof, which are communicated with the outer cylinder 3, so that the hot and humid air in the inner cylinder 2 can reach the outer cylinder 3 through the through holes; especially in washing and drying machines, the through holes are usually used for water supply in the washing process and for air supply in the drying process.

In some embodiments, further, an air door 73 for controlling the entry of fresh air is arranged on the fresh air duct 7, so as to control the entry of the outside air from the fresh air inlet 72 of the fresh air duct 7, the air door can be opened and closed, the outside air enters when being opened, and can be subjected to direct exhaust drying or direct exhaust condensation drying, and the outside air enters when being closed, and only condensation circulation drying is performed; further, of course, the damper can be opened and closed manually and mechanically, and more preferably, it is controlled logically, for example, a sensor 63 for acquiring environmental information is disposed on the exhaust air duct 6, and a signal is transmitted to control the opening or closing of the damper 73, so that the clothes drying device has a drying mode of direct exhaust and/or condensation, and a sensor is used to detect an air parameter of the exhaust air duct 6, so as to feed back and control the opening and closing of the damper 73 according to the air parameter, and a preferred sensor can be a temperature and/or humidity sensor for detecting the temperature and/or humidity of the exhaust air duct 6.

In some embodiments, the damper 73 has an adjustable opening, which is a percentage of the ventilation area of the whole damper 73, and the opening ranges from 0% to 100%, so that the outside air entering the fresh air inlet 72 can be adjusted as required; further, when condensation drying and direct-discharge drying are simultaneously used, the proportion of condensation drying and direct-discharge drying is reasonably adjusted through an adjustable air door, and the drying process is optimized.

In some embodiments, further, the drying device further comprises a drainage pipeline 8, one end of the drainage pipeline 8 is communicated with the outer cylinder 3 and the condenser 4, and the other end of the drainage pipeline 8 is a drainage port 81 communicated with the outside so as to drain water generated in the outer cylinder 3 and/or the condenser 4 out of the box body 1; further, a drain pump 82 may be provided at the drain line 8 to accelerate the draining and drain the water from the drain port 81 to the outside, for example, a sewer or the like at home.

In some embodiments, the laundry drying apparatus is a dryer or a washer dryer, and in the case of a washer dryer, the laundry drying apparatus has a washing structure and a washing function, and more preferably, a drum washer dryer.
