the device is integrally sterilized, a first urethral rod 1, a three-way valve 4 and a second urethral rod 2 are assembled, one end of the second urethral rod 2, which is far away from the three-way valve 4, is provided with a urethra mounting rod 7, one end of the first urethral rod 1, which is far away from the three-way valve 4, is coated with sterile lubricant, the first urethral rod 1, the three-way valve 4 and the second urethral rod 2 are inserted into a urethra through the urethra mounting rod 7, the insertion length is about 15cm, the three-way valve 4 is positioned at the tail end or the front end of a urethral cavernous body part, a hole is formed in the perineum to reach the urethra, the second output end of the three-way valve 4 is aligned to the hole by adjusting the urethra mounting rod 7, the perineum rods 3 are butted, in the process of butting of the perineum rods 3, in order to realize stable and firm installation of the perineum rods 3, the rotation torque can be improved by additionally installing the perineum mounting rod 6, one side (namely a first knob part 312 and a second knob part 322) of the perineum mounting rod 6, which is far away from the second output end of the three-way valve 4, is exposed outside the body, after the perineum rod 3 is installed, the perineum installation rod 6 is taken down and screwed out of the urethra installation rod 7, so that the installation process of the invention is realized.

When contraceptive measures are not needed, the contraceptive device can be dismantled, and the specific dismantling process is as follows:

the urethra mounting rod 7 is screwed into one end of the second urethra rod 2 and fixed, the perineum rod 3 is detached by the perineum mounting rod 6, the first urethra rod 1, the three-way valve 4 and the second urethra rod 2 are taken out of the urethra by the urethra mounting rod 7, and the perineum is sutured, so that the detachment process is completed.

The invention can realize contraceptive measures after installation, does not influence later pregnancy after dismantling, and is safe, simple and convenient to use.
