9. A method of making the self-heating menstrual pants according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:

step one, applying elastic rubber bands between the outer waist non-woven fabric and the inner waist non-woven fabric of the front waistline (2) and the rear waistline (3) respectively, and compounding the respective outer waist non-woven fabric and the respective inner waist non-woven fabric together through hot melt adhesive;

step two, compounding the bottom crotch part (1) of the compounded internally-installed chip (6) with the bottom ends of the front waistline (2) and the rear waistline (3) in the step one through hot melt adhesive, wherein the compounding surface is an internally-waistline non-woven fabric;

step three, compounding graphene fiber self-heating layers at the front waistline (2) and the rear waistline (3), wherein the compounding process is hot melt adhesive compounding;

fourthly, the front waistline (2) and the rear waistline (3) are composited together through ultrasonic waves to form a trouser-shaped structure;

and step five, folding and packaging the trouser-shaped structure to form a final product, namely the self-heating menstrual period trousers.

Background

step three, compounding graphene fiber self-heating layers at the front waistline and the rear waistline, wherein the compounding process is hot melt adhesive compounding;

fourthly, compounding the front waistline and the rear waistline together through ultrasonic waves to form a trouser-shaped structure;

and step five, folding and packaging the trouser-shaped structure to form a final product, namely the self-heating menstrual period trousers.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

1. according to the self-heating menstrual period trousers and the preparation method thereof, the height of the front waistline and the back waistline is increased by 30-100mm, the navel, the lower abdomen and the back waist are perfectly wrapped, the coverage area of the heated area is wider, and the problems of dysmenorrhea and body cold in the female menstrual period can be effectively relieved.

1. elastic rubber bands are respectively applied between the outer waist non-woven fabric and the inner waist non-woven fabric of the front waistline 2 and the rear waistline 3, and the respective outer waist non-woven fabric and the respective inner waist non-woven fabric are compounded together through hot melt adhesive;

2. compounding the bottom crotch part 1 with the built-in chip 6 and the bottom ends of the front waistline 2 and the rear waistline 3 in the step 1 through hot melt adhesive, wherein the compounding surface is inner waistline non-woven fabric;

3. compounding graphene fiber non-woven fabrics at the front waistline 2 and the rear waistline 3, wherein the compounding process is hot melt adhesive compounding;

4. the two sides of the front waistline 2 and the back waistline 3 are compounded together by ultrasonic waves to form a trouser-shaped structure;

5. the pant-like structure is folded and packaged to form the final product, i.e., self-heating menstrual pants.
