1. A method for manufacturing an airbag for a curtain airbag having high pressure maintaining properties, comprising the steps of:

preparing plain weave gluing fabrics of an air bag for a curtain type safety air bag;

cutting the plain-woven gummed fabric according to a certain pattern;

3. The method for producing an airbag for a curtain airbag having high pressure-maintaining property according to claim 1, wherein,

the width of the adhesive tape is 7mm-10mm after the adhesive is sprayed, and the thickness of the adhesive tape is 0.7mm-1.2 mm.

4. The method for producing an airbag for a curtain airbag having high pressure-maintaining property according to claim 1, wherein,

the volume of the air bag is 30L-50L.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a method for producing an airbag for a curtain airbag, and more particularly, to a method for producing an airbag for a curtain airbag having high pressure retaining properties, and an airbag for a curtain airbag obtained by the method and having high pressure retaining properties.

Background

Curtain airbags are an important component of passive safety systems that are widely used today. In recent years, as the automobile market expands and the demand for safety increases, the curtain airbag has been increasingly assembled.

When the glue coating amount of the fabric for the traditional curtain type safety airbag is large, the pressure maintaining performance is high, but when an air bag made of the fabric is folded, the folding size of the air bag is large, and a large amount of space is occupied. The closed areas of the upper layer and the lower layer of the adopted one-step formed air bag are woven, and the flatness of the closed area and the flatness of the unfolded area are inconsistent due to surface gluing, so that the air bag pressure maintaining performance sometimes cannot achieve an ideal effect.

Disclosure of Invention

In one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for producing an airbag for a curtain airbag having high pressure maintaining properties, the method comprising the steps of:

preparing plain weave gluing fabrics of an air bag for a curtain type safety air bag;

cutting the plain-woven gummed fabric according to a certain pattern;

aligning the cut plain-woven gummed fabric gummed surfaces to the upper layer and the lower layer in a face-to-face mode on automatic gumming machine equipment, starting an automatic gumming machine, sucking the upper plain-woven gummed fabric from the lower plain-woven gummed fabric by an upper layer pressure adding plate of the automatic gumming machine through negative pressure, spraying glue on the surface of the lower plain-woven gummed fabric by a glue spraying head according to a set program, and automatically moving and transferring to the next station for spraying glue after spraying silica gel;

the upper layer pressurizing plate of the glue spraying station descends and pressurizes, and the upper layer plain-woven glued fabric and the lower layer plain-woven glued fabric are glued together through silicon glue sprayed on the surface of the lower layer plain-woven glued fabric;

humidifying the upper and lower plain layer glued fabric which is bonded together through the silica gel adhesive tape;

conveying the upper and lower ruled layer gluing fabrics which are bonded together after being subjected to moisture adjustment to a sewing process; and

and sewing the gluing parts of the plain-weave gluing fabrics of the upper layer and the lower layer to manufacture the curtain type air bag for the safety air bag.

In one embodiment, the silica gel for spray and bonding process of the present invention is composed of two components, a and B. The viscosity of the component A is 170-220 Pa.S; the viscosity of the component B is 200-250 Pa.S; a and B are as follows 1: 1 weight ratio, and the viscosity after stirring is 190-240 Pa.S, and the test method is the shear viscosity value under the condition of 10l/S of a shear rheometer.

In one embodiment, the fineness of the filaments for the plain gluing fabric is 470-700dtex, the warp density of the plain gluing fabric is 160-209 pieces/10 cm, the weft density of the plain gluing fabric is 160-209 pieces/10 cm, and the gluing amount of the plain gluing fabric is 25-40 g/min.

In one embodiment, the glue spraying speed of a glue spraying head of the automatic glue spraying machine is 20-32m/min, the moving speed of the glue spraying head on a glued fabric is 30-45m/min, the width of a glue strip between two glued fabrics after bonding is 7-10mm, and the thickness of the glue strip is 0.7-1.2 mm.

The viscosity of the component A is 170-220 Pa.S; the viscosity of the component B is 200-250 Pa.S. A and B are as follows 1: the viscosity after 1 weight ratio mixing and stirring is 180-240 Pa.S. The upper and lower layers of the air bag for the curtain type safety air bag are plain weave rubber coating fabrics, and the fineness of filaments for the plain weave rubber coating fabrics is as follows: 470-700 dtex; the warp density of the plain weave gummed fabric is as follows: 160-209 roots/10 cm; weft density of plain weave rubber coating fabric: 160-209 roots/10 cm; gluing amount of the plain weave gluing fabric: 25-40g/m2. The fineness and the warp and weft density of the plain-weave gummed fabric are the specifications of the fabric for the common air bag. If the glue coating amount of plain weave glue coating fabric<25g/m2After the air bag is made, the pressure maintaining performance is reduced due to the small glue coating amount. The glue spraying speed of a glue spraying head of the automatic glue spraying and bonding equipment in the preparation method of the air bag for the curtain type safety air bag is 20-32 m/min; the moving speed of the glue spraying head on the glued fabric is 30-45 m/min; the width of the adhesive tape between the two glued fabrics after bonding is 7mm-10mm, and the thickness of the adhesive tape is 0.7mm-1.2 mm. If the glue spraying speed of the glue spraying head is less than 20 m/min, and the moving speed of the glue spraying head on the glued fabric is greater than 45m/min, the amount of silica gel on the fabric is small, the width of the glued tape is less than 7mm, and the thickness of the glued tape is less than 0.7mm, so that the pressure maintaining property and the stripping property of the air bag are influenced. If the glue spraying speed of the glue spraying head is greater than 32/min and the moving speed of the glue spraying head on the glued fabric is less than 30m/min, the amount of silica gel on the fabric is large, the width of the glued rubber strip is greater than 10mm, and the thickness of the glued rubber strip is greater than 1.2mm, so that the silica gel rubber strip is too hard, and the folding performance of the air bag is influenced.

The sewing thread of the air bag for the curtain type airbag is formed by twisting 3 filaments, the total fineness is 1200-1600dtex, the twist is 150-250 twist/m, and the tensile strength of the sewing thread is more than 80N. The size of the sewing is as follows: 35-50 roots/10 cm. The sewing thread adopts the specification of the current common sewing thread. If the specification is less than 35 threads/10 cm during sewing, the plain-woven rubber coated fabric on the upper layer and the lower layer of the air bag is easy to peel off, and the pressure maintaining performance of the air bag is affected. If the specification during sewing is more than 50 threads/10 cm, the needle penetrates too much during sewing, so that the needle holes of the adhesive tape between the plain-woven glued fabrics of the upper layer and the lower layer are too large, the adhesive tape is damaged too much, the sealing effect of the adhesive tape is influenced, and the pressure retaining property of the air bag is reduced.

The volume of the curtain airbag bag of the present invention is 30L to 50L. If the volume of the air bag for the curtain air bag is less than 30L, the thickness of the air bag which is expanded by the generated gas is small when the safety curtain air bag is exploded, and the head of a human body cannot be protected. If the volume of the airbag for the curtain airbag is more than 50L, the gas generated during the explosion of the airbag fills the whole airbag for a long time, and the airbag cannot be expanded in an effective time, so that the airbag does not play a role in protecting the head of a human body.

In the invention, the temperature of the humidity conditioning treatment is 23 +/-5 ℃, and the relative humidity is 40-60%.

In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an airbag for a curtain airbag having high pressure retaining properties, which is obtained according to the above-described method.

According to the curtain type air bag for the safety air bag, after the air bag is inflated for 6 seconds, the pressure maintaining performance of gas in the air bag is more than or equal to 60%. If the pressure maintaining property is less than 60%, after the automobile rolls in a side collision way and rolls for 2 times or 3 times, the gas in the safety curtain type air bag leaks too fast, and the safety curtain type air bag cannot protect the head of a human body.

The curtain type air bag for the safety air bag has the thickness difference rate of the adhesive tape less than or equal to 20 percent. The thickness difference rate of the adhesive tape is more than or equal to 20 percent, the diameter difference between all the positions is large after the air bag is folded into a strip shape, on one hand, the air bag is not beneficial to being uniformly placed in a space, and meanwhile, the pressure maintaining performance of air between all the positions is inconsistent, so that the pressure maintaining performance of the air bag is reduced.

According to the curtain type air bag for the safety air bag, the stripping degree of the upper layer silicon adhesive part and the lower layer silicon adhesive part of the adhesive fabric is more than or equal to 1300N. According to the method of ISO13934-1, the upper and lower plain layer gummed fabrics of the air bag with sewing threads are cut into samples with the length of 16cm and the width of 5cm by taking the adhesive tapes as symmetry. And placing the sample which is unfolded to be 32cm long and 5cm wide into a tensile machine for testing, and peeling off the sample from the surface of the gummed fabric by using the broken adhesive tape or the silica gel adhered to the plain-woven gummed fabric by the adhesive tape. The stripping degree of the silicon adhesive part on the upper layer and the lower layer of the gluing fabric is less than 1300N, so that gas generated at high temperature and high pressure is easy to damage the silicon adhesive part when the air bag is exploded, and the pressure maintaining effect is influenced.

The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and specific examples. It should be understood that the following examples are given by way of illustration only and should not be construed to limit the present invention in any way. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.

It is to be understood that the drawings of the present invention are solely for the purpose of illustrating the invention and are not necessarily drawn to scale.

It should also be understood that directional terms, such as "above," "below," "right," "left," "front," "back," "bottom," "top," "upper," "lower," and the like, that may be present in the present invention are merely for convenience in describing the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention in any way.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a curtain airbag bag 100 having high pressure retaining performance according to the present invention includes a bag plain fabric 10. The scrim 10 may be an air bag fabric known in the art, such as polyamide 66 filaments and polyester, and may have a denier of between 470 and 700dtex, and the silicone of the scrim may be silicone known in the art.

The curtain airbag 100 having high pressure retaining performance of the present invention further includes a silicone gel coating layer 20 in the middle portion. The silica gel layer 20 is formed by spraying silica gel with the viscosity of 180-240Pa & S on the gluing surface of the plain weave gluing fabric for the air bag.

The experimental method comprises the following steps:

1. volume of the air bag:

according to the test method of ASTM D7559/7559M-09, an initial pressure of 75KPa was set, the bag was inflated, a plateau pressure V1 was recorded when the pressure peak reached a plateau, the peak pressure began to drop, the pressure of the gas in the bag after 6S (6 seconds) was measured at V2, and the packing pressure of the bag was calculated according to the formula (V1-V2)/V1X 100.

3. Thickness variation rate of adhesive tape:

the method for testing the adhesive tape thickness difference rate is to test the adhesive tape thickness of 10 different positions of the air bag section by using SEM (50 multiplying power), and the thickness difference rate is equal to the ratio of the difference between the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness to the maximum thickness.

And the automatic sampling equipment takes the upper and lower layers of the glued fabric which are bonded together away and places the glued fabric in a fixed position for humidifying treatment. The sewing thread is sewn into a curtain air bag at the position of the silica gel strip according to the standard of 38 threads/10 cm according to a specified procedure. The physical properties of the airbag are shown in Table 1 below.

The speed of the glue spraying head is 23m/min, and the moving speed is 41 m/min. And lowering the upper layer pressure plate to pressurize the glue sprayed position, and bonding the upper and lower layers of glue-coated fabrics together through the silicon glue sprayed on the surface of the lower layer of plain-weave glue-coated fabric, wherein the width of the pressurized glue strip is 7.5mm, and the thickness of the glue strip is 0.8 mm. And lowering the upper layer pressure plate to pressurize the glue sprayed position, and bonding the upper and lower layers of glue-coated fabrics together through the silicon glue sprayed on the surface of the lower layer of plain-weave glue-coated fabric, wherein the width of the pressurized glue strip is 7.5mm, and the thickness of the glue strip is 0.8 mm. And the automatic sampling equipment takes the upper and lower layers of the glued fabric which are bonded together away and places the glued fabric in a fixed position for humidifying treatment. The sewing thread is sewn into a curtain type air bag at the position of the silica gel strip according to the specification of 55 threads/10 cm according to a specified program. The physical properties of the airbag are shown in Table 1 below.

The filament number is 550dtex, the density is 200 pieces/10 cm, and the glue coating amount is 20g/m2The polyester scrim of (1). The speed of the glue spraying head is 34m/min, and the moving speed is 28 m/min. And lowering the upper layer pressure plate to pressurize the glue sprayed position, and bonding the upper and lower layers of glue-coated fabrics together through the silicon glue sprayed on the surface of the lower layer of plain-weave glue-coated fabric, wherein the width of the pressurized glue strip is 12mm, and the thickness of the glue strip is 1.25 mm. And the automatic sampling equipment takes the upper and lower layers of the glued fabric which are bonded together away and places the glued fabric in a fixed position for humidifying treatment. The sewing thread is sewn into a curtain type air bag at the position of the silica gel strip according to the standard of 42 threads/10 cm according to a specified procedure. The physical properties of the airbag are shown in Table 1 below.
