The existing safety seal generally comprises a shell, a valve, a seal body, a control circuit and a mechanism for driving the seal body and the valve to carry out the sealing operation; the seal body is arranged in the shell, the valve seals the seal body in the shell, the control circuit receives an external authorization instruction and an external operation instruction, generates a corresponding operation program, and drives the valve to open and the seal body to move out of the shell for sealing operation; the valve of the existing seal comprises a door body, a swing arm and a motor, wherein one end of the swing arm is connected with the door body, the other end of the swing arm is connected with the motor through a meshing gear, and the motor drives the swing arm to drive the valve to be opened.

The prior art has the following disadvantages: the size of the shell of the seal is usually limited, the valve can be adapted to the size of the shell only by turning in the opening and closing processes, the swing arm can be connected with one end of the valve only, the swing arm needs to push or pull the valve in the opening or closing process of the valve, the turning of the valve is very easy to generate clamping stagnation in the pushing process, the valve cannot be opened or closed, and therefore the use and the function of the safety seal are affected.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, the valve is arranged into a crawler belt structure, the crawler belt is formed by the door plate, two ends of the door plate are connected with the chain through chain pins, the guide rail is arranged on the outer side of the chain, a chain shaft is embedded into the guide rail in an extending mode, the side face of the valve is provided with the guide chain wheel, the chain teeth of the guide chain wheel are inserted into the chain, the guide chain wheel is connected with the motor in a rotating mode, the motor drives the guide chain wheel to rotate, and the chain teeth drive the chain to move, so that two sides of the valve are always restrained by the guide rail in the opening or closing process, and the clamping stagnation phenomenon of the valve in the opening and closing process is avoided.

Detailed Description

An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.

The invention

The valve of the safety seal is shown in figure 1, the safety seal is provided with a shell 1, a valve 2 is arranged at the bottom of the shell, and the valve 2 shown at the lower end of the shell 1 is in a closed position.

As further shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the shutter 2 comprises a door plate 21 and a motor 6 which are connected in a crawler type, and further comprises a chain 3 and a guide chain wheel 4; chain pins extend from two ends of the door panel 21, and the chain pins are inserted into the chain to directly form a rotating shaft of the chain (or the chain pins are inserted into the rotating shaft of the chain); the outer side of the chain 2 is also provided with a guide rail 5, the guide rail 5 is formed by a guide rail seam which is arranged on a guide rail plate 54 and penetrates through the guide rail plate, the guide rail is divided into a transverse section 51 and a vertical section 52, the transverse section 51 corresponds to the closing position of the valve, the vertical section 52 corresponds to the opening position of the valve, the transverse section 5 is in transitional connection with the vertical section 52 through an arc 53, the radius of the arc 53 is matched with the length of the chain, so that the chain cannot be clamped when moving along the guide rail, and the rotating axis of the guide chain wheel 4 is coincided with the circle center of the arc, so that the guide chain wheel keeps consistent with the arc turning direction of the chain when rotating; the rotating shaft of the chain extends out of the guide post 31, the guide post 31 is embedded into the guide rail 5, the sprocket 41 of the guide sprocket 4 is inserted into the chain, and the guide sprocket rotates to drive the chain and the door panel to move along the guide rail; the motor rotating shaft is provided with a driving gear (or a driving chain wheel or a driving belt wheel), the guide chain wheel is also provided with a transmission gear 7 (or a transmission chain wheel or a transmission belt wheel) which is correspondingly meshed, and the transmission gear 7 is formed by meshing a plurality of gears step by step, so that the motor can have smaller size and torque to drive the guide chain wheel to rotate.

As further shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, two guide chain wheels 4 are provided, and correspond to the chains 3 at the two ends of the door panel respectively, so that the chains 3 at the two sides of the valve 2 can be driven by the guide chain wheels 4 in a balanced manner at the same time, and the guide chain wheels 4 are provided with transmission gears 7 (or transmission chain wheels or transmission belt wheels) respectively; the motor rotating shaft is led out from one end of the motor or two ends of the motor; when the motor rotating shaft is led out from one end of the motor, a connecting shaft 8 is arranged between two corresponding driving gears (or between two corresponding driving chain wheels or between two corresponding driving belt wheels) to ensure that the two guiding chain wheels keep synchronous; when the motor rotating shaft is led out from the two ends of the motor, the two ends are both provided with a driving gear (or a driving chain wheel or a driving belt wheel).

Compared with the prior art, the door plate of the valve is of a crawler belt structure, two ends of the crawler belt are connected with the chain through the chain pins, the guide rail is arranged on the outer side of the chain, the chain shaft extends and is embedded into the guide rail, the guide chain wheel is arranged on the side of the guide rail, the chain teeth of the guide chain wheel are inserted into the guide chain wheel, the guide chain wheel is rotatably connected with the motor, the motor drives the guide chain wheel to rotate, and the chain teeth drive the chain to move, so that two ends of the valve are always subjected to rigid constraint in the opening or closing process, and the clamping stagnation phenomenon of the valve in the opening and closing process is avoided.
