Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of water-based adhesives, and particularly relates to a water-based foaming adhesive for an EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) plate and a preparation method thereof.

Background

EVA is a plastic material composed of ethylene (E) and Vinyl Acetate (VA). The proportion of the two chemical substances can be adjusted to meet different application requirements, and the higher the content of the vinyl acetate (VA content), the higher the transparency, the higher the softness and the higher the toughness of the product. The eva material can be used for manufacturing household articles and daily necessities such as guide pipes of household refrigerators, gas pipes, civil construction plates, containers and the like.

However, the water-based foaming adhesive cement on the market has the defects of poor adhesion to EVA materials, poor wear resistance, high foaming temperature and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a water-based foaming adhesive for an EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) plate and a preparation method thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the aqueous foaming adhesive for the EVA sheet comprises, by mass, 30-50 parts of natural latex, 30-50 parts of styrene-butadiene latex, 1-5 parts of an emulsifier, 1-5 parts of a filler, 1-5 parts of a foaming agent, 0.5-1 part of a PU value regulator, 0.5-1 part of a wetting agent, 0.5-1 part of a thickening agent, 1-5 parts of an antifoaming agent and 100 parts of water.

The water is deionized water.

The invention also provides a method for preparing the water-based foaming adhesive for the EVA sheet, which comprises the following steps: adding a wetting agent, an emulsifier, a defoaming agent, a filler and a foaming agent in proportion by mass into water, and then stirring and dispersing; adding natural latex and styrene-butadiene latex after the mixture is uniformly dispersed, and continuously stirring and dispersing; and finally, adding a pH value regulator and a thickening agent for thickening to obtain the water-based foaming adhesive for the EVA board.

The invention further provides an application of the water-based foaming adhesive prepared by the method, and the water-based foaming adhesive is used for adhering the EVA sheet material.

The invention has the advantages of excellent adhesion to EVA materials and low foaming temperature. Good wear resistance and uniform foaming.

The present invention will be further described below, it should be noted that the present embodiment is based on the technical solution, and a detailed implementation manner and a specific operation process are provided, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment.

Example 1

30 parts of natural latex, 30 parts of butadiene styrene latex, 1 part of emulsifier, 1 part of filler, 1 part of foaming agent, 0.5 part of PU value regulator, 0.5-1 part of wetting agent, 0.5 part of thickening agent, 1 part of defoaming agent and 100 parts of water which are added according to the mass fraction ratio.

According to the components, a wetting agent, an emulsifying agent, a defoaming agent, a filler and a foaming agent are added into water according to the mass fraction ratio, and then the mixture is stirred and dispersed; adding natural latex and styrene-butadiene latex after the mixture is uniformly dispersed, and continuously stirring and dispersing; and finally, adding a pH value regulator and a thickening agent for thickening to obtain the water-based foaming adhesive for the EVA board.

Example 2

40 parts of natural latex, 40 parts of butadiene styrene latex, 3 parts of emulsifier, 3 parts of filler, 3 parts of foaming agent, 0.7 part of PU value regulator, 0.7 part of wetting agent, 0.7 part of thickening agent, 3 parts of defoaming agent and 100 parts of water.

50 parts of natural latex, 50 parts of styrene-butadiene latex, 5 parts of emulsifier, 5 parts of filler, 5 parts of foaming agent, 1 part of PU value regulator, 1 part of wetting agent, 01 parts of thickening agent, 5 parts of defoaming agent and 100 parts of water.
