Examples 1 to 5

Performance test

As shown by comparison of the detection data of the commercial polyester fabrics in the table 3 in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4, the antibacterial rates of the polyester fabrics prepared in the examples 1-5 in the aspects of staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans are higher than those of the commercial polyester fabrics in the comparative examples 1-4. After 30 times of washing, the polyester fabrics prepared in the examples 1-5 still keep good level in the three antibacterial aspects, and the stability is better than that of the polyester fabrics in the comparative examples 1-4 and on the market. The curcumin and the hydroxymethyl cellulose are firmly connected together under the common coordination of the dodecyl dimethyl betaine, the curcumin and the hydroxymethyl cellulose, and then the curcumin, the hydroxymethyl cellulose and the hydroxymethyl cellulose are attached to the polyester fabric together and are not easy to fall off, so that the antibacterial effect is good, and the antibacterial effect can be maintained for a long time.

According to the comparison of the detection data of the examples 6-7 in the table 3 and the commercial polyester fabrics, the antibacterial effect and the stability of the prepared polyester fabrics can be effectively improved by selecting the plant essential oil composition of a specific kind and controlling the specific dosage.

According to comparison of detection data of examples 8-9 in table 3 with that of a commercial polyester fabric, the use of the specific stone powder can further improve the antibacterial effect of the polyester fabric on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans. The proper amount of stone powder has slight friction effect on the fabric, and provides convenience for the adhesion of dodecyl dimethyl betaine, curcumin and hydroxymethyl cellulose, thereby improving the antibacterial effect.

According to comparison of detection data of examples 10-11 in table 3 with commercially available polyester fabrics, the use of the silane coupling agent further improves the connection strength between organic substances and inorganic substances, and substances such as dodecyl dimethyl betaine, curcumin, hydroxymethyl cellulose and the like can be more firmly connected with the soaked polyester fabrics, so that the antibacterial effect and the stability of the polyester fabrics are improved.
