and transmits a signal to the PLC controller to control the intelligent switch to open and disconnect a circuit after the set time is reached, the electric push rod 79 is controlled to contract, so that a driving gear 78 is separated from an embedded tooth groove 713, the position between the rotating ring 71 and the rotating frame 72 after the rotation is defined again by fitting the stopper 717 into the stopper hole 712 of the rotating frame 72.
