Technical Field

The invention relates to a closed container, in particular to a high-pressure closed container.

Background

With the continuous improvement of the technical level of modern industrial production, the large-diameter high-pressure closed container plays more and more obvious roles in various industrial production; the quick door opening mechanism of the high-pressure closed container has very important significance for improving the use efficiency of the closed container and enhancing the function of the high-pressure closed container.

The traditional quick-opening door of a high-pressure closed container is usually connected by using pre-tightening bolts, and in order to meet the sealing requirement, a large number of bolts are used; when bolts are pre-tightened by using a torque wrench or a hydraulic tensioner conventionally, a long time is required, and the working strength and the time for sealing the flange of the high-pressure closed container are greatly increased along with the increase of the size and the number of the bolts.

Therefore, the quick door opening of the high-pressure closed container is widely concerned, and the quick door opening of the conventional high-pressure closed container is difficult to meet the functional requirements of the high-pressure closed container for efficiently and quickly opening or closing the door.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem that the quick door opening or closing of the conventional high-pressure closed container is difficult to realize in the background art, the invention provides a high-pressure closed container which realizes the quick door opening and the quick door opening of the high-pressure closed container.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the clamp is of an annular structure provided with an opening, and two ends of the opening are fixedly connected with one end of the first piston and one end of the second piston respectively;

the axial sections of the cylinder flange and the quick opening flange are both wedge-shaped sections; a wedge-shaped groove is formed in the inner side of the clamp; the clamp is sleeved on the periphery of the joint of the cylinder flange and the quick-opening flange, and the two wedge-shaped sections of the cylinder flange and the quick-opening flange are matched with the wedge-shaped groove on the inner side of the clamp; the clamp can be under the drive of first piston and second piston to cylinder flange and the flange realization of opening a door soon hug closely and seal.

Further, the clamp connection sections are not less than three.

Furthermore, the container door opening device further comprises a cylinder supporting block and a quick-opening door supporting block, one end of the cylinder supporting block is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the container cylinder, one end of the quick-opening door supporting block is fixedly arranged outside the quick-opening door, and the cylinder supporting block is hinged to the other end of the quick-opening door supporting block.

Furthermore, the other end of the electric telescopic rod is hinged with the quick-opening door supporting block.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. according to the high-pressure closed container, the quick-opening hydraulic assembly is used for quickly opening or closing the quick-opening door, the opening and closing are flexible, the structure is simple, the working strength and time of the high-pressure closed container for pre-tightening and sealing by using the bolts are greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

2. According to the high-pressure closed container provided by the invention, the electric telescopic cylinder and the electric telescopic rod are arranged on the container barrel, so that the quick opening or closing of the quick opening door is realized, the safety performance of the high-pressure closed container is improved, and the damage of high-temperature and high-pressure gas to an operator during manual operation is avoided.

3. According to the high-pressure closed container, the adopted annular hoop is sleeved on the periphery of the joint of the cylinder flange and the quick-opening flange, and the cylinder flange and the quick-opening flange are quickly pre-tightened or opened through the quick-opening hydraulic assembly; under the action of the circle-approaching effect during quick pre-tightening, the deformation of the cylinder flange and the quick opening flange can be prevented; when the quick opening device is opened quickly, the barrel flange and the quick opening flange can be reused.

4. According to the high-pressure closed container provided by the invention, the sealing ring is arranged in the sealing groove of the cylinder flange, so that the sealing performance of the cylinder flange and the quick-opening flange can be improved.

5. The high-pressure closed container provided by the invention adopts the annular hoop with the opening formed by the plurality of circular-arc-shaped hoop connecting sections, the first connecting sheet and the second connecting sheet, so that the hoop has short processing period and high material utilization rate.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.

The invention provides a high-pressure closed container, as shown in figure 1, comprising a container cylinder body 1 and a quick-opening door 2; the container barrel 1 is provided with a barrel flange 3, and the quick opening door 2 is provided with a quick opening door flange 4.

As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, a barrel support block 23 and a telescopic support 12 are arranged on the outer wall of the container barrel 1, and a quick-opening door support block 24 and an electric telescopic rod 14 are arranged outside the quick-opening door 2; the container barrel 1 is hinged with the quick-opening door 2 through a barrel support block 23 and a quick-opening door support block 24; articulated on the telescopic support 12 have an electric telescopic cylinder 13, and 14 one end of electric telescopic handle moves in electric telescopic cylinder 13, and the other end is articulated with quick-opening door supporting shoe 24, and electric telescopic cylinder 13 and 14 cooperation of electric telescopic handle, 14 retractions of electric telescopic handle open quick-opening door 2, and electric telescopic handle 14 stretches out to close quick-opening door 2, and the switch is nimble, simple structure.

as shown in fig. 5, the quick-opening hydraulic support 10 is fixedly arranged on the outer side wall of the container barrel 1, and a limiting cavity is arranged inside the quick-opening hydraulic support for installing a quick-opening hydraulic assembly; one end of the first piston 6 and one end of the second piston 7 are arranged in a limiting cavity of the quick-opening hydraulic support 10, the other end of the first piston 6 and the other end of the second piston 7 are arranged in the first piston oil cylinder 8 and the second piston oil cylinder 9 respectively, an output pipeline of the hydraulic pump 11 is connected with the first piston oil cylinder 8 and the second piston oil cylinder 9 respectively, the hydraulic pump 11 drives the first piston 6 and the second piston 7 to move relatively or back to back in the limiting cavity of the quick-opening hydraulic support 10, the clamp 5 is driven to open or close the cylinder flange 3 and the quick-opening flange 4 of the high-pressure closed container, the working strength and time of the high-pressure closed container sealed by using bolts in a pre-tightening mode are greatly reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 6, the axial cross sections of the cylinder flange 3 and the quick-opening flange 4 are both wedge-shaped, that is, the two end faces opposite to each other and the joint surface of the flange are provided with a certain included angle; the clamp 5 inboard is provided with the wedge slot, and the suit encloses in the periphery that barrel flange 3 and quick-opening flange 4 laminated, and barrel flange 3 cooperatees with the wedge slot of 5 inboards of clamp with two wedge cross-sections of quick-opening flange 4, can make the barrel flange 3 with the degree of laminating between the quick-opening flange 4 higher.

In the clamp 5 of the embodiment, the end parts of the plurality of circular arc-shaped clamp connecting sections 17 are respectively hinged with one end of the corresponding plurality of first connecting sheets 18 and second connecting sheets 19 to form an open annular structure, so that the clamp 5 is short in processing period and high in material utilization rate.

As shown in fig. 7, two open ends of the clamp 5 are fixedly connected with one end of the first driving member 20 and one end of the second driving member 21, respectively; the other ends of the first driving piece 20 and the second driving piece 21 extend into the quick-opening hydraulic support 10, and the first driving piece 20 in the quick-opening hydraulic support 10 is hinged with one end of the first piston 6 through a pin shaft 22; a second driving piece 21 extending into the quick-opening hydraulic support 10 is hinged with one end of the second piston 7 through a pin 22. The clamp 5 can drive the first driving piece 20 and the second driving piece 21 to hold and seal the barrel flange 3 and the quick-opening flange 4 under the driving of the first piston 6 and the second piston 7 through the pin 22.

The working process of the above embodiment is as follows:

when the quick-opening door 2 is opened, a first piston oil cylinder 8 and a second piston oil cylinder 9 which are connected on an output pipeline of a hydraulic pump 11 simultaneously drive a first piston 6 and a second piston 7 respectively; the first piston 6 drives the first driving part 20 through a pin 22, the second piston 7 drives the second driving part 21 to move back and forth in the limiting cavity of the quick-opening hydraulic support 10 through the pin 22, and the first driving part 20 and the second driving part 21 drive two open ends of the hoop 5 to expand the hoop 5; when the diameter of the hoop 5 is larger than that of the quick opening flange 4, the barrel flange 3 and the quick opening flange 4 exit from the wedge-shaped groove of the hoop 5, the electric telescopic rod 14 contracts the quick opening support block 24, and the quick opening flange 4 is gradually opened under the traction of the electric telescopic rod 14.

When the quick-opening door 2 is closed, the electric telescopic rod 14 extends out, the quick-opening door 2 is pushed to be closed through the quick-opening door supporting block 24, and when the cylinder body flange 3 is attached to the quick-opening door flange 4, the first piston oil cylinder 8 and the second piston oil cylinder 9 connected to the output pipeline of the hydraulic pump 11 simultaneously drive the first piston 6 and the second piston 7 respectively; the first piston 6 drives the first driving part 20 through a pin 22, and the second piston 7 drives the second driving part 21 to move relatively in the limiting cavity of the quick-opening hydraulic support 10 through the pin 22; first driving piece 20 and second driving piece 21 make 5 opening both ends of clamp shrink, and barrel flange 3 and two wedge terminal surfaces embedding of quick opening flange 4 clamp 5 inboard wedge slot simultaneously, the terminal surface of barrel flange 3 and the laminating of quick opening flange 4 compresses sealing washer 16 gradually, realizes the quick of quick opening 2 and closes.
