1. A self-sealing cable gland assembly, the assembly comprising: a main cylinder body,

one end of the main cylinder body is in threaded connection with the sealing seat, and the other end of the main cylinder body is provided with a cable penetrating boss and an exhaust hole; a boss through hole is formed in the middle of the cable penetrating boss and used for penetrating a cable; the main cylinder body and the movable core are coaxial, and the excircle of the movable core is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the main cylinder body;

one end of the movable core is provided with a first cable passing hole, and the other end of the movable core is provided with a positioning hole;

the positioning hole is in clearance fit with the excircle of the cable-penetrating boss, an inner sealing groove is arranged on the positioning hole, and an inner sealing ring is arranged in the inner sealing groove and used for sealing between the positioning hole and the cable-penetrating boss;

a pressure inclined plane is arranged between the first cable passing hole and the positioning hole, a circular boss end face is arranged on the cable penetrating boss, an annular conical space is formed by the boss end face, the pressure inclined plane, the positioning hole and the cable, and a cable pressing sealing ring is arranged in the annular conical space;

The self-sealing cable penetrating assembly according to claim 1, wherein a second cable passing hole is formed in the center of the sealing seat and used for allowing a cable to pass through; and a pipe wall sealing groove is arranged around the central line of the sealing seat, and a pipe wall sealing ring is arranged in the pipe wall sealing groove.

3. A method of use for the self-sealing cable transit assembly of claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:

the cable pressing sealing ring is arranged on the pressure inclined plane, and the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring are respectively arranged in the inner sealing groove and the outer sealing groove;

inserting the movable core with the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring into the main cylinder, wherein the positioning hole needs to be arranged inwards until the cable pressing sealing ring is contacted with the end face of the boss;

the pipe wall sealing ring is arranged in a pipe wall sealing groove on the sealing seat, and the sealing seat penetrates out of the interior of the pipe wall to fix the main cylinder on the sealing seat;

the cable penetrates through the boss through hole in the cable penetrating boss, sequentially penetrates through the boss through hole, the cable pressing sealing ring, the first cable passing hole, the upper cavity and the second cable passing hole, and enters the pipeline.

4. The use method of the self-sealing cable penetrating assembly according to claim 3, wherein lubricating oil is coated on the inner wall of the main cylinder body.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cable penetrating, in particular to a self-sealing cable penetrating assembly and a using method thereof.

Background

When laying cables in the pipeline, the cables need to pass through the closing panel, and in this case, holes need to be formed in the pipe wall to pass through the cables. Generally, the cable penetrating part is required to ensure that media on two sides of the pipe wall cannot freely flow after penetrating through the cable, such as: the high pressure fluid in the pipe cannot seep out from the gap between the cable and the panel, so that a special cable penetrating device is needed to achieve the sealing requirement.

The current common treatment mode is direct glue pouring sealing or a customized cable penetrating device, but the treatment mode has the following defects:

the direct glue filling method lacks the specialty and has more potential safety hazards, such as: the sealing adhesive is easy to lose sealing effectiveness after aging. The use of custom sealer assemblies is often complicated, non-uniform in size, and expensive.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the traditional cable penetrating sealing method, the invention provides a self-sealing cable penetrating assembly and a using method thereof, which are described in detail in the following description:

in a first aspect, a self-sealing cable transit assembly, the assembly comprising: a main cylinder body,

one end of the main cylinder body is in threaded connection with the sealing seat, and the other end of the main cylinder body is provided with a cable penetrating boss and an exhaust hole; a boss through hole is formed in the middle of the cable penetrating boss and used for penetrating a cable; the main cylinder body and the movable core are coaxial, and the excircle of the movable core is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the main cylinder body;

one end of the movable core is provided with a first cable passing hole, and the other end of the movable core is provided with a positioning hole;

the positioning hole is in clearance fit with the excircle of the cable-penetrating boss, an inner sealing groove is arranged on the positioning hole, and an inner sealing ring is arranged in the inner sealing groove and used for sealing between the positioning hole and the cable-penetrating boss;

a pressure inclined plane is arranged between the first cable passing hole and the positioning hole, a circular boss end face is arranged on the cable penetrating boss, an annular conical space is formed by the boss end face, the pressure inclined plane, the positioning hole and the cable, and a cable pressing sealing ring is arranged in the annular conical space;

the pressure inclined plane is used for extruding the cable pressing sealing ring; an outer sealing groove is formed in the outer circle of the movable core, and an outer sealing ring is arranged in the outer sealing groove and used for sealing between the outer circle of the movable core and the inner wall of the main cylinder body.

The center of the sealing seat is provided with a second cable passing hole for passing through a cable; and a pipe wall sealing groove is arranged around the central line of the sealing seat, and a pipe wall sealing ring is arranged in the pipe wall sealing groove.

In a second aspect, a method of using a self-sealing cable transit assembly, the method comprising the steps of:

the cable pressing sealing ring is arranged on the pressure inclined plane, and the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring are respectively arranged in the inner sealing groove and the outer sealing groove;

inserting the movable core with the inner sealing ring and the outer sealing ring into the main cylinder, wherein the positioning hole needs to be arranged inwards until the cable pressing sealing ring is contacted with the end face of the boss;

the pipe wall sealing ring is arranged in a pipe wall sealing groove on the sealing seat, and the sealing seat penetrates out of the interior of the pipe wall to fix the main cylinder on the sealing seat;

the cable penetrates through the boss through hole in the cable penetrating boss, sequentially penetrates through the boss through hole, the cable pressing sealing ring, the first cable passing hole, the upper cavity and the second cable passing hole, and enters the pipeline.

In one embodiment, the inner wall of the main cylinder is coated with lubricating oil.

The technical scheme provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the self-sealing cable penetrating assembly is simple in structure, compact in matching and high in reliability, and the service life is prolonged;

2. the self-sealing cable penetrating assembly can realize self sealing under the action of the pressure of pipeline fluid without sealing and fastening by additional bolts, so that the manual installation cost is saved, the situation that a sealing device is excessively screwed or the pre-tightening is insufficient due to insufficient experience of workers can be avoided, and the failure of a sealing element caused by construction is further avoided;

3. the self-sealing cable penetrating component can be used for oil, gas and water pipelines and can also be used for cable penetrating occasions on other high-pressure containers;

4. this self sealss wear cable subassembly's self sealss structure follows pipeline pressure automatic adjustment seal member's elasticity degree, effectively avoids leading to inefficacy and ageing emergence because of the long-term plastic deformation of sealing washer, and then prolongs the life of sealing member.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below.

Example 1

To achieve the above object, referring to fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides a self-sealing cable-penetrating assembly, including: the device comprises a main cylinder body 1, a movable core 2, a sealing seat 3, a cable 4 and a sealing ring 5;

wherein, one end of the main cylinder body 1 is in threaded connection with the sealing seat 3, and the other end is provided with a cable-penetrating boss 10 and an exhaust hole 11; a boss through hole 103 is formed in the middle of the cable penetrating boss 10 and used for penetrating the cable 4; the exhaust hole 11 is used for exhausting. The movable core 2 is coaxial with the main cylinder body 1, and the excircle 21 of the movable core is in clearance fit with the inner wall 14 of the main cylinder body, so that the movable core 2 can freely slide in the main cylinder body 1; the sealing ring 5 is used for sealing.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, one end of the movable core 2 is provided with a first cable passing hole 24, and the other end is provided with a positioning hole 23; the positioning hole 23 is in clearance fit with the cable-penetrating boss excircle 102, an inner sealing groove 25 is arranged on the positioning hole 23, and an inner sealing ring 51 is arranged in the inner sealing groove 25 and used for sealing between the positioning hole 23 and the cable-penetrating boss 10. A pressure inclined plane 20 is arranged between the first cable passing hole 24 and the positioning hole 23 and is used for extruding the cable pressing sealing ring 50; an outer sealing groove 26 is formed in the outer circle 21 of the movable core, and an outer sealing ring 52 is arranged in the outer sealing groove 26 and used for sealing between the outer circle 21 of the movable core and the inner wall 14 of the main cylinder body.

As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a boss through hole 103 is formed in the center of the cable penetrating boss 10 and is used for penetrating the cable 4; the cable-penetrating boss 10 is provided with a ring-shaped boss end face 101, an annular conical space is formed by the annular boss end face, the pressure inclined plane 20, the positioning hole 23 and the cable 4, and a cable-pressing sealing ring 50 is arranged in the annular conical space.

Further, a second cable passing hole 30 is formed in the center of the sealing seat 3 and used for allowing a cable 4 to pass through; and a pipe wall sealing groove 31 is formed around the central line of the sealing seat 3, and a pipe wall sealing ring 53 is arranged in the pipe wall sealing groove 31.

The working principle is as follows:

when the pressure in the pipeline is increased, the pressure in the upper chamber 13 is increased due to the communication between the inner space of the pipeline and the upper chamber 13, and due to the sealing action of the inner sealing ring 51 and the outer sealing ring 52 on the movable core 2, the high-pressure fluid can only flow out along the gap between the outer circle of the cable 4 and the cable through hole 24, but because the sectional area of the gap is far smaller than the area of the upper end surface 22 of the movable core, the movable core 2 moves downwards under the action of the pressure in the upper chamber 13, and at this time, the air in the lower chamber 12 is exhausted to the outside of the pipeline through the exhaust hole 11. The movable core 2 pushes the cable pressing sealing ring 50 while moving downwards, and when the lower edge of the cable pressing sealing ring 50 is contacted with the boss end face 101, the movable core 2 continues to move downwards under the action of pressure, and the cable pressing sealing ring 50 tightly holds the cable 4 in the middle under the extrusion action of the pressure inclined plane 20, so that the sealing effect is realized.

In summary, in the embodiment of the invention, the self-sealing cable penetrating assembly can realize self-sealing under the action of the pressure of the pipeline fluid, and no additional bolt is needed for sealing and fastening.

Example 2

The method for using the self-sealing cable-penetrating assembly of example 1 is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4, and comprises the following steps:

101: the cable-pressing seal ring 50 is mounted on the pressure slope 20, and the inner seal ring 51 and the outer seal ring 52 are respectively mounted on the pressure slope 20

Are mounted in the inner seal groove 25 and the outer seal groove 26;

102: the inner wall 14 of the main cylinder body is coated with lubricating oil;

103: inserting the movable core 2 with the sealing ring into the main cylinder 1, and stopping until the cable pressing sealing ring 50 contacts with the boss end face 101, wherein the positioning hole 23 needs to be ensured to face inwards;

104: the pipe wall sealing ring 53 is arranged in the pipe wall sealing groove 31 on the sealing seat 3;

105: the sealing seat 3 penetrates out of the inner part of the pipe wall, and then the main cylinder body 1 is fixed on the sealing seat 3;

106: the cable 4 is inserted from the boss through hole 103 on the cable penetrating boss 10, sequentially passes through the boss through hole 103, the cable pressing sealing ring 50, the first cable passing hole 24, the upper chamber 13 and the second cable passing hole 30, and enters the pipeline.

In summary, in the embodiment of the invention, the self-sealing cable penetrating assembly can realize self-sealing under the action of the pressure of the pipeline fluid, and no additional bolt is needed for sealing and fastening.

In the embodiment of the present invention, except for the specific description of the model of each device, the model of other devices is not limited, as long as the device can perform the above functions.
