1. A natural ventilation system for a building, characterized in that a roof top (10) of the building is provided with a top exhaust system (20), a roof slope (12) is provided with an upper slope exhaust system (30), and a roof plane (14) is provided with an upper plane exhaust system (40);

the top end exhaust system (20) is arranged outside a roof exhaust outlet (11) at the top end of a roof, and mainly comprises side outer covers (21) at two sides, the upper ends of the side outer covers (21) are respectively provided with an upper outer cover (22), the upper outer covers (22) respectively extend inwards and obliquely upwards to be connected, the lower end of the outer cover (21) at one side is provided with a water outlet (26), the middle section of the outer cover (21) at the other side is internally provided with an oblique guide plate (25) in an extending way, the joint of the oblique guide plate (25) and the side outer cover (21) is provided with the water outlet (26), the upper outer cover (22) at the upper end of the oblique guide plate (25) is provided with an outer exhaust outlet (23), and a rain baffle plate (24) is arranged between the outer exhaust outlets (23);

the upper inclined plane exhaust system (30) is arranged outside a top side exhaust outlet (13) of a roof, and mainly comprises a left outer cover body (31) and a right outer cover body (32) at two sides, light transmission plates (33) are embedded on the left outer cover body (31) and the right outer cover body (32), an upper inclined guide plate (36) extending inwards is connected at the topmost end of the left outer cover body (31), an outer exhaust outlet (35) is formed between the upper inclined guide plate (36) and the topmost end of the right outer cover body (32), at least a rain baffle plate (34) is additionally arranged at the outer exhaust outlet (35), an auxiliary guide plate (37) and a lower inclined guide plate (38) are arranged below the front end of the upper inclined guide plate (36), the auxiliary guide plate (37) is arranged at the central positions of the upper inclined guide plate (36) and the lower inclined guide plate (38), and the lower inclined guide plate (38) extends to the inner side of the right outer cover body (32) to be connected, a water outlet (39) is arranged at the joint;

the upper plane exhaust system (40) is arranged at the plane of the upper end of the building body, and mainly comprises a right outer cover body (42) and a left outer cover body (41) which are respectively arranged at the outer ends of the outer sides (15) of the top surface air outlets, an outer air outlet (43) is reserved between the foremost ends of the left and right outer cover bodies, a long baffle (44) is arranged at the central position of the outer air outlet (43), a plurality of short baffles (45) are arranged at the two sides of the long baffle (44), an upper inclined guide plate (47) is arranged at the lower end of the long baffle (44), a plurality of splash guards (472) are additionally arranged on the upper inclined guide plate (47), a side baffle (471) extends upwards at the leftmost side of the upper inclined guide plate (47), a drain hole (50) is arranged at the joint of the upper inclined guide plate (47) and the side baffle (471), an auxiliary baffle (46) is arranged at the space between the short baffle (45) and the upper inclined guide plate (47), an auxiliary guide plate (48) and a lower inclined guide plate (49) are arranged below the right end of the upper inclined guide plate (47), the auxiliary guide plate (48) is arranged at the central position of the upper inclined guide plate (47) and the lower inclined guide plate (49), the lower inclined guide plate (49) extends to the inner side of the right outer cover body (42) to be connected, and a water outlet (50) is formed in the joint.

2. The natural ventilation device for buildings as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the diameter of the roof vent (11) of the top exhaust system (20) is larger than the outer vent (23).

3. The building natural draft apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the diameter of the top side exhaust port (13) of the upper inclined surface exhaust system (20) is larger than that of the outer exhaust port (23).

4. The natural ventilation device for buildings as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the aperture of the top air outlet (15) of the upper plane exhaust system (20) is larger than the outer air outlet (23).

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a natural ventilation device for buildings, and more particularly to a device capable of naturally exhausting indoor hot air by design.

Background

Because the inside of the iron sheet building body of factory building or warehouse is sultry, and then lead to operational environment not good, consequently most operators all can install the fan of airing exhaust additional on the building body, according to the air that makes in the building body can circulate to reach the effect of cooling.

However, the fan needs to be driven by electricity, which increases the business cost, and in rainy days, the fan device cannot effectively remove rainwater, so that the water inlet inside the building is wet, and therefore, the improvement should be solved.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a natural ventilation device for buildings, which mainly uses the principle of air flow to make the air outlet inside the device larger than the air outlet outside the device when air flows, so as to provide smoother air circulation. The present invention also provides a design of the document board for the air intake and exhaust device, which can effectively block more than half of the rain water from directly spraying into the air exhaust device, and further, the design of drainage of the guide board is matched to obtain excellent waterproof effect.

In order to achieve the above object, a natural ventilation apparatus for a building of the present invention comprises:

the natural ventilation device for the building is mainly characterized in that a top end exhaust system is arranged at the top end of the roof of the building body, an upper inclined plane exhaust system is arranged on the inclined plane of the roof, and an upper plane exhaust system is arranged on the plane of the roof;

the top end exhaust system is arranged outside a roof air outlet at the top end of a roof, and mainly comprises side outer covers at two sides, the upper ends of the side outer covers are additionally provided with upper outer covers, the upper outer covers extend to the inner side and obliquely upward to be connected, the lower end of one side outer cover is provided with a water outlet, the middle section of the other side outer cover extends inwards to form an oblique guide plate, a water outlet is arranged at the joint of the oblique guide plate and the side outer covers, the upper outer cover at the upper end of the oblique guide plate is provided with an outer air outlet, and a rain baffle is arranged between the outer air outlets;

the upper inclined plane exhaust system is arranged outside an exhaust outlet at the top side of the roof, and mainly comprises a left outer cover body and a right outer cover body at two sides, light-passing plates are embedded on the left outer cover body and the right outer cover body, an upper inclined guide plate extending inwards is connected at the topmost end of the left outer cover body, an outer exhaust outlet is formed between the upper inclined guide plate and the topmost end of the right outer cover body, at least a rain baffle plate is additionally arranged at the outer exhaust outlet, an auxiliary guide plate and a lower inclined guide plate are arranged below the front end of the upper inclined guide plate, the auxiliary guide plate is arranged at the central positions of the upper inclined guide plate and the lower inclined guide plate, the lower inclined guide plate extends to the inner side of the right outer cover body to be connected, and a water outlet is formed at the joint;

the upper plane exhaust system is arranged at the plane of the upper end of the building body and mainly comprises a right outer cover body and a left outer cover body which are respectively arranged at the outer ends of the outer sides of the top surface air outlets, an outer air outlet is reserved between the foremost ends of the left and right outer cover bodies, a long baffle is arranged at the central position of the outer air outlet, a plurality of short baffles are arranged at the two sides of the long baffle, an upper inclined guide plate is arranged at the lower end of the long baffle, a plurality of anti-splash plates are additionally arranged on the upper inclined guide plate, a side baffle extends upwards from the leftmost side of the upper inclined guide plate, a drain hole is formed at the joint of the upper inclined guide plate and the side baffle, an auxiliary baffle is arranged in the space between the short baffle and the upper inclined guide plate, an auxiliary guide plate and a lower inclined guide plate are arranged below the right end of the upper inclined guide plate and the lower inclined guide plate, the auxiliary guide plate is arranged at the central position of the upper inclined guide plate and the lower inclined guide plate, and the lower inclined guide plate extends to the inner side of the right outer cover body to be connected, and a water outlet is arranged at the joint.

Preferably, the aperture of the roof exhaust outlet of the top end exhaust system is larger than that of the outer exhaust outlet.

Preferably, the aperture of the top side exhaust outlet of the upper inclined plane exhaust system is larger than that of the outer exhaust outlet.

Preferably, the aperture of the top surface air outlet of the upper plane exhaust system is larger than that of the outer air outlet.

By adopting the natural ventilation device for the building, the air outlet at the upper part of the building is larger than the outer air outlet of the exhaust system, namely the inner air outlet is larger than the outer air outlet when the gas flows, so that the hot air in the building is naturally exhausted, and the design of the file plates of each exhaust system can effectively shield more than half of rainwater from being directly sprayed into the exhaust device, and can achieve good waterproof effect by matching with the drainage design of the guide plates.

Detailed Description

For a further understanding and appreciation of the features and characteristics of the present invention, reference is made to the following preferred embodiments, which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings:

referring first to FIG. 1, the present invention is primarily directed to a building having a roof top 10 with a top exhaust system 20, a roof slope 12 with an upper slope exhaust system 30, and a roof flat 14 with an upper flat exhaust system 40.

Firstly, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the top exhaust system 20 is installed outside the roof exhaust port 11, and mainly includes two side outer covers 21 on both sides, the upper ends of the side outer covers 21 are respectively provided with an upper cover 22, the upper covers 22 respectively extend to the inner side and obliquely upward to be connected, wherein the joint of the lower end of the side outer cover 21 and the roof is provided with a water outlet 26, the middle section of the other side outer cover 21 extends inward with an oblique guide plate 25, the joint of the oblique guide plate 25 and the side outer cover 21 is provided with the water outlet 26, the upper cover 22 at the upper end of the oblique guide plate 25 is provided with an outer exhaust port 23, and a rain shield 24 is arranged between the outer exhaust ports 23; therefore, when the hot air flows upwards and enters through the roof exhaust outlet 11 with a larger caliber, the hot air flows to the space at the other side when encountering the inclined guide plate 25, and the hot air is compressed in the side outer cover 21 at the side, bypasses the inclined guide plate 25 by pushing and is exhausted from the outer exhaust outlet 23 with larger wind power; when raining, rainwater is sprayed from the outer air outlet 23, and more than half of the sprayed rainwater can be blocked by the rain baffle 24, so that the situation that rainwater is excessively sprayed or the water in the water outlet 26 cannot be discharged in time due to the fact that the rainwater directly impacts the inner edge of the inclined guide plate 25 or the side outer cover 21 is avoided.

Secondly, referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, the upper inclined plane exhaust system 30 is installed outside the top side exhaust outlet 13, and mainly includes a left outer cover 31 and a right outer cover 32 on both sides, the left outer cover 31 and the right outer cover 32 are both embedded with a light-transmitting plate 33, the topmost end of the left outer cover 31 is connected with an upper inclined guide plate 36 extending inwards, an outer exhaust outlet 35 is formed between the upper inclined guide plate 36 and the topmost end of the right outer cover 32, a plurality of rain shields 34 are additionally installed at the outer exhaust outlet 35, an auxiliary guide plate 37 and a lower inclined guide plate 38 are installed below the front end of the upper inclined guide plate 36, the auxiliary guide plate 37 is installed at the central position of the upper inclined guide plate 36 and the lower inclined guide plate 38, the lower inclined guide plate 38 extends to the inner side of the right outer cover 32 to connect, and a water outlet 39 is opened at the joint; therefore, when the external air flow passes through the left outer cover 31 or the right outer cover 32, the inclined design of the covers will drive the air flow of the outer air outlet 35, so that the hot air of the top side air outlet 13 will be sucked by the air flow, and the hot air will be guided out to the outer air outlet 35; in addition, the rain shield 34, the upper inclined guide plate 36, the auxiliary guide plate 37 and the lower inclined guide plate 38 arranged in the structure of the upper inclined exhaust system 30 are designed to support and guide water, so that external rainwater can be effectively isolated from permeating, the auxiliary guide plate 37 can effectively reduce the dripping and splashing conditions during rainwater flow guiding, and a small amount of permeated rainwater is discharged from the water discharge hole 39; the light transmitting plate 33 fitted in the left and right outer covers 31 and 32 can provide natural lighting to the interior of the building.

Referring to fig. 1, 6 and 7, the upper plane exhaust system 40 mainly includes a right outer cover 42 and a left outer cover 41 respectively disposed at the outer ends of the top exhaust ports 15, an outer exhaust port 43 is left between the foremost ends of the left and right outer covers 4142, a long baffle 44 is disposed at the center of the outer exhaust port 43, a plurality of short baffles 45 are disposed at both sides of the long baffle 44, an upper inclined guide plate 47 is disposed at the lower end of the long baffle 44, a plurality of splash guards 472 are additionally disposed on the upper inclined guide plate, a side baffle 471 extends upward from the leftmost side of the upper inclined guide plate 47, a joint between the upper inclined guide plate 47 and the side baffle 471 is provided with an auxiliary baffle 50, a space between the short baffle 45 and the upper inclined guide plate 47 is provided with an auxiliary baffle 46, an auxiliary guide plate 48 and a lower inclined guide plate 49 are disposed below the right end of the upper inclined guide plate 47, the auxiliary guide plate 48 is disposed at the center of the upper inclined guide plate 47 and the lower inclined guide plate 49, the lower inclined guide plate 49 extends to the inner side of the right outer cover 42 for connection, and a water outlet 50 is opened at the joint; therefore, when the hot air flows upward and enters through the top surface air outlet 15 with a larger caliber, the hot air flows to the left and right spaces respectively when encountering the upper inclined guide plates 47, and the hot air is compressed in the left and right outer cover bodies 4142 at the two sides and bypasses each guide plate through pushing and then is discharged from the outer air outlet 43 with larger wind power; when it rains, rainwater is sprayed from the outer air outlet 43, more than half of the sprayed rainwater can be blocked by the long baffle 44 and the short baffle 45, the splash of rainwater can be effectively avoided by the splash-proof plate 472 and the auxiliary baffle 46, and the rainwater permeating through the drain hole 50 formed at the lowest position of the upper inclined guide plate 47 and the lower inclined guide plate 49 can be discharged.
