Background

The main forms of indoor space airflow organization are two main types of mixed ventilation and displacement ventilation:

The mechanical force is generally opposite to the direction of the indoor thermal plume buoyancy lift force, the air supply is strongly mixed with the indoor air, the thermal stratification phenomenon basically does not exist, and the temperature and the humidity of the whole space are uniformly distributed. But the mixed ventilation aims at eliminating all indoor loads, and the ventilation efficiency is low; the displacement ventilation is used for displacing indoor polluted air from bottom to top, the synergistic effect of the heat buoyancy lifting force and the mechanical force is considered, air supply and indoor air are not mixed or only slightly mixed, the ventilation mode can achieve better air quality, the ventilation efficiency is higher, the cold and heat load of a working area is effectively eliminated, and the living or production requirements of a regulation object are met.

The floor air supply strategy is the same as the replacement ventilation, as shown in fig. 10, the pipeline of the ventilation system is arranged in the floor interlayer, the air supply enters the room through the floor air diffuser, flows upwards under the action of the heat buoyancy of the indoor heat source and/or the air exhaust port entrainment, and flows out from the air exhaust port at the top. The floor air supply air conditioning system can achieve the same thermal comfort and better air quality with lower energy consumption through proper temperature layered design.

However, the use of floor blowing in practical engineering applications has found the following disadvantages:

in order to prevent the cold feeling of air supply in a working area, the temperature difference of the air supply is smaller than that in a room, the air supply speed is lower, and when the same indoor cold load is borne, the air quantity of a system is larger and the energy consumption of the tail end is higher; meanwhile, as people walk around, dust is easily brought into a room, the floor is raised for air supply, an air pipe is not additionally arranged, the space is directly used as an air flow channel, the dust and pollutants in the space cannot be purified by an air conditioning unit, and the indoor air quality is reduced along with the air supply air flow sent into the room; meanwhile, if the air supply temperature and the relative humidity are not taken into consideration and are not controlled, machine lines and building floors under the floors can be caused to dewed under the condition that the air supply temperature is too low or the relative humidity is too high, partial equipment is easily damaged, short circuit and corroded, and the mildew phenomenon is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an adherence air supply device of an integrated air purification system and an air supply method thereof, which solve the problems of poor air supply quality and easy equipment damage of the existing floor.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

an adherence air supply device of an integrated air purification system comprises a column, a pre-buried air pipe, a mushroom head baffle, an air outlet plate and an annular air deflector;

the lower end of the column body is connected with the embedded air pipe, the upper end of the column body is connected with the air outlet plate, and the mushroom head baffle plate cover is arranged above the air outlet plate; the center of the air outlet plate is provided with a circular air outlet, and the outer edge of the air outlet plate is provided with an annular air outlet;

the annular air deflector is arranged between the circular air outlet and the annular air outlet;

the circular air outlet is communicated with the inner cavity of the cylinder body, and the mushroom head baffle is a hollow cavity;

a pre-filtering net, an active carbon filter and a middle-effect filter are sequentially arranged in the column body from bottom to top.

Further, the circular air outlet and the annular air outlet are both grid air outlets.

Detailed Description

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative, but not limiting, of the invention.

The idea of the invention is as follows: the original floor air supply mode is optimized by utilizing a column wall attached jet flow air supply method, the air supply effect is improved by the air supply airflow through attached air supply, and meanwhile, the quality of the air supplied is improved by combining an air purification device.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the invention provides an adherence air supply device of an integrated air purification system, which comprises a column 6, an embedded air pipe 10, a mushroom head baffle 1, an air outlet plate 4 and an annular air deflector 3; the lower end of the column 6 is connected with the pre-buried air pipe 10, the upper end is connected with the air outlet plate 4, and the mushroom head baffle 1 is covered above the air outlet plate 4; a circular air outlet 16 is formed in the center of the air outlet plate 4, and an annular air outlet 2 is formed in the outer edge of the air outlet plate 4; the annular air deflector 3 is arranged between the circular air outlet 16 and the annular air outlet 2; the circular air outlet 16 is communicated with the inner cavity of the cylinder 6, and the mushroom head baffle 1 is a hollow cavity; a pre-filtering net 9, an active carbon filter 8 and an intermediate filter 7 are sequentially arranged in the column body 6 from bottom to top.

The pre-filtering net 9 plays a role in coarse filtering, most of the filtering materials are glass fibers, artificial fibers and the like, and the pre-filtering net is used as the primary filter of a higher-level filter and plays a role in certain protection; the activated carbon filter 8 is used as the pre-stage protection of the intermediate filter 7, is used for adsorbing formaldehyde, TVOC and the like, has the functions of removing odor, dehumidifying, preventing mildew, sterilizing, purifying and the like, and eliminates environmental pollution; the medium-efficiency filter 7 has large air volume and small resistance, can be repeatedly cleaned and used, and is used for trapping 1-5um of particle dust and various suspended matters.

The marginal effect of the cylinder can generate certain influence on the flow field, and the width of the recommended annular air outlet 2 is 30-150 mm.

The column body 6 can ensure that the indoor attractive effect is not influenced by the decoration and the bearing column made of the same material; the air supply device has wide use space, and a plurality of air supply devices can be arranged in a large space; the shape of the cylinder 6 of the air supply device can be set into a cylinder or a square column according to the actual environment, and the original floor air supply form is replaced according to the actual space size and the scene requirement, so that the air supply effect is improved.

The mushroom head-shaped baffle is connected with the air outlet plate 4 through the bearing cylinder 5 and is arranged on the upper part of the cylinder 6, and the bearing cylinder 5 does not influence the whole airflow flow.

The circular air outlet 16 and the annular air outlet 2 are both grid air outlets.

Preferably, a box door is installed on the side wall of the column body 6, the box door comprises a first box door 13, a second box door 14 and a third box door 15, the pre-filtering net 9, the activated carbon filter 8 and the intermediate filter 7 can be respectively taken out for cleaning, replacing and maintaining the filtering unit consisting of the pre-filtering net 9, the activated carbon filter 8 and the intermediate filter 7.

As shown in fig. 2, the cross section of the annular air deflector 3 is semicircular, and when the air flow flows out from the air outlet, the annular air deflector 3 plays a role of guiding, reduces the flow resistance of the air flow, and deflects to the annular air outlet 2 to flow after guiding.

One end of an embedded air pipe 10 is connected with the column body 6, the other end of the embedded air pipe is arranged in the floor interlayer and connected with an air supply unit, and the embedded air pipe 10 is a fireproof heat-preservation flexible connecting pipe or a metal pipe.

The air quantity adjusting device 11 is installed in the embedded air pipe 10 and is controlled in an electric mode and a manual mode.

The controller 12 is installed on the column 6, and controls parameters such as air supply start and stop, air supply mode heating, refrigeration, fresh air and the like, air supply speed, air supply temperature and the like through electric power.

The radius of the cylinder 6 is R, the height of the cylinder 6 is H, the radius of the cylinder 6 and the radius of the air outlet are determined according to the air supply amount and the room size, the areas of the annular air outlet 2 and the circular air outlet 16 are ensured to be the same, and the air supply speed range of the circular air outlet 16 is 1-4 m/s.

The key point of the invention lies in replacing the original floor air supply mode by the innovative design of the air supply device, as shown in figure 3, the annular air outlet 2 is arranged along the circumference of the cylinder 6, the air supply air flow passes through the circular air outlet 16, is blocked by the mushroom head baffle 1 and flows out of the annular air outlet 2, the air supply air flow is attached to the wall surface of the cylinder 6 and flows downwards, and deflects along the horizontal direction after impacting the ground, so that the air lake with low air speed and small temperature difference is formed to spread along the ground; meanwhile, an air purification device is additionally arranged in the column body 6, so that dust in the floor interlayer is prevented from being sent into a room along with air supply airflow, and the quality of the air supply is improved.

Example 1

To big space office or data center computer lab, prior art often adopts top mixed air supply or floor air supply mode, there is the ventilation efficiency low, the unsatisfactory scheduling problem of air supply air quality, air supply arrangement is arranged to this embodiment in the middle of the room, air supply unit can adopt combined type air conditioning unit or fresh air unit etc. as shown in fig. 4 and 5, pre-buried tuber pipe 10 is connected with it, arrange in the floor intermediate layer, the air current of supplying air strikes mushroom head baffle behind the filter unit and is sent out by annular air outlet 2, 6 wall face downward flow of attached cylinder are to ground, stretch to the whole room along ground, form the air lake.

For office space, as shown in fig. 9(a1), the structural parameters are 10m × 10m × 3m, the ventilation columns are arranged in the middle of a room, under the refrigeration working condition in summer, the indoor design temperature is 26 ℃, heat sources 25.7W/square meter are uniformly arranged on the side walls, the air supply speed is 2m/s, the air supply temperature is 18 ℃, the return air inlets are arranged at the upper part of the room, the radius of the column body 6 is 0.5m, the width of the annular air outlet 2 is 0.05m, and the sizes of the four return air inlets are 0.4m × 0.4m and are arranged at the top of the room.

Comparative example 3

As shown in fig. 10, the other points are the same as those in example 2, and as shown in fig. 10(a1), the structural parameters are 10m × 10m × 3m, the air supply method adopts the conventional floor air supply, four circular air supply openings are arranged on the ground, the area of the air supply openings is 0.1 square meter, the air supply speed is 0.8m/s, and the total air supply amount is the same as that in example 2.

Analysis of examples

1. Example 1 analysis of the invention

Taking the invention as a fresh air supply device, as seen from the indoor middle section velocity cloud chart of fig. 8(a2), the air supply device can form a form of attaching air supply airflow organization, when the air supply speed is 4m/s, an air lake can be formed on the ground of a large-space office, the air supply distance can reach 10m (the terminal speed is 0.2m/s), and for a short-term staying area, the air supply speed is preferably less than 0.5m/s, so that the blowing feeling generated to the human body in the embodiment is small; from the ground speed cloud chart of fig. 8(a3), the air flow attached to the column wall flows downward, and after reaching the ground, the air flow spreads along the circumferential direction of the column 6, and the "air lake" is distributed over the whole space (the end wind speed is 0.2m/s), so that the air supply effect is more desirable.

2. Comparison between example 2 of the invention and comparative example 3 of the prior art

As can be seen from fig. 9(a2) and fig. 10(a2), in terms of velocity distribution, the air flow of embodiment 2 hits the mushroom-head-shaped baffle plate, then flows along the column 6, then hits the ground and spreads along the ground to form an air lake, and the air velocity in the air lake is less than 0.3m/s, so that no blowing feeling is generated to people; and when comparative example 3 adopted the floor air supply mode, for avoiding the sense of blowing that produces human ankle, the air supply speed should not be too big, and the air supply air current receives momentum effect to influence the upflow, along with the increase of air supply distance constantly rolls up the mat surrounding air, spreads after reacing room top ceiling, receives the entrainment effect of air exit to flow to top air exit afterwards, and in the air supply air current did not send into personnel's workspace, the air supply effect was not ideal.

In the aspect of temperature distribution, for the temperature difference range in the working area, the temperature difference between the ankle (0.1 m from the ground) and the standing head (1.7 m from the ground) is required to be less than or equal to 3.0 ℃, and as can be seen from fig. 9(a3) and fig. 10(a3), no matter the air is supplied by a floor air supply device or an adherence air supply device, the vertical temperature difference is less than 3.0 ℃, the phenomenon of 'head warming and foot cooling' on people is avoided, and the advantages of the replacement ventilation and attachment air supply modes are achieved.

Compared with the existing floor air supply mode, when the air supply device is used for attaching air supply, the blowing feeling of people can be reduced, the air supply flow can spread on the ground to form an 'air lake', and the air supply uniformity is improved.

In order to further compare the advantages and disadvantages of the design of the air supply device of the present invention and the existing floor air supply mode, the energy utilization effectiveness of the air flow distribution mode is considered, and the energy utilization efficiency can be expressed by an energy utilization coefficient eta, namely

The energy use coefficients of example 2 and comparative example 3 were calculated to be 1.07 and 0.93, respectively, by the formula, and thus the energy use efficiency was improved by 13.1% by using the air blowing device.

In conclusion, the invention has obvious technical advancement, obvious economical efficiency and strong practicability, and can be popularized, referred and applied in commercial building environments such as large-space offices, data center machine rooms and the like. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the invention, and that any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
