Background

With the continuous progress of wireless communication technology, especially the popularization of high-speed wireless local area network technology represented by WiFi, various intelligent products have gone into thousands of households. However, in the actual use process, due to the short plates of the wireless communication technologies such as WiFi in the aspects of communication distance, barrier shielding, metal shielding and the like, the user experience of the wireless single-mode technology in the smart home product is greatly influenced.

The PLBUS is a communication technology based on the power line, has the advantages of no need of wiring, no shielding and no metal shielding, and can be widely applied to various scenes of the Internet of things, particularly to application scenes with power line access.

In an intelligent home application scene, a user can be connected to a cloud platform through an APP to monitor the service conditions of household appliances at present, and a gateway based on wireless communication technologies such as WiFi generally cannot effectively monitor household appliances and various intelligent devices in a kitchen and a toilet due to the limitations of wireless signal radiation dead angles, partition wall shielding, metal shielding and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problem that intelligent equipment cannot be effectively monitored in the prior art, and provides a PLBUS intelligent home gateway.

In some embodiments, the PLBUS signal of the PLBUS signal coupling circuit is coupled directly to the AC220V power zero line, enabling coupling of the PLBUS signal on 220V AC.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the embodiments of the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or be indirectly on the other element. The WiFi module and the PLBUS module of the embodiment of the invention are jointly designed on a PCB mainboard, and the PLBUS and the WiFi functions are simultaneously compatible in a limited space smaller than a standard 86 box, so that the problem of electromagnetic compatibility is solved, and the two communication modules are easy to interfere with each other, so that the communication performance is reduced. Through the shielding design of the WiFi module and the WiFi antenna part of the easy-radiation electromagnetic device, the crosstalk of low-frequency electromagnetic waves to WiFi signals is avoided, and the related physical design is schematically shown in an attached drawing 1.

The gateway can be connected with the cloud service system control platform through the APP, and convenient user experience and an intuitive data management platform are provided. The compact design makes the size of the whole product far smaller than the size of a common 86-box. The gateway can be directly inserted into the 86 box to obtain 220V commercial power. In order to avoid a complicated installation link, the gateway integrates a power panel for converting AC220V to DC12V into a power supply of the whole machine, a PLBUS signal is directly coupled to an AC220V power zero-fire wire, data of a PLBUS module is connected with a WiFi module through a serial port, so that the gateway can connect and monitor each PLBUS node device and is connected to a cloud platform through a WiFi uplink channel, a user can monitor the intelligent device of each PLBUS node through APP, and the system is connected as shown in an attached figure 5.

According to the invention, the gateway realizes downlink communication of gateway message data through a group of zero-fire wires and the PLBUS through the existing power line, and well solves the problems of large signal attenuation and unstable communication under the complex and variable load environment of the power line through the functions of free networking, blind relaying and the like of the PLBUS, and the system architecture is shown in FIG. 6.

In the gateway, the communication distance of the PLBUS can be increased by improving the power line impedance of the intelligent gateway; in addition, the common mode inductance is added before the AC220V enters the AC transformer, as shown in fig. 7, so as to improve the impedance of the power circuit to the PLBUS signal in the circuit, and prevent the PLBUS signal from being excessively attenuated in the gateway power circuit to reduce the communication distance.

The gateway design circuit part consists of a power panel and a mainboard, as shown in figure 8, signal coupling is realized in a plug-in mode, and a good isolation effect is achieved. The power panel realizes that AC220V changes DC12V and supplies power to the mainboard, and the PLBUS signal coupling circuit is designed at the power panel simultaneously. The mainboard comprises a WiFi module and a PLBUS module and is jointly designed on the same PCB. And the WiFi module and the PLBUS module exchange data through serial ports. The mainboard is equipped with loudspeaker, supports voice broadcast, can broadcast gateway connection status etc.. The mainboard has designed little night-light function, can look over gateway operating condition night to provide the illumination function.

According to the PLBUS intelligent home gateway, the uplink and downlink dual-mode data communication between the power line and the wireless channel is realized through the PLBUS power line channel, the gateway is ensured to be stably and reliably connected with various intelligent devices in the intelligent home, a user can conveniently and stably monitor various intelligent devices in real time through the APP, and the intelligent home experience of the user is greatly improved.
