Technical Field

The invention relates to slaughtering equipment, in particular to an electric stunning device for a slaughtering house.

Background

The humane slaughter program is a work carried out by the world animal protection society worldwide in order to improve the manner in which farm animals are disposed of and slaughtered before slaughter. The humanoid slaughter project content mainly comprises a humanoid slaughter training plan developed by slaughter industry managers and slaughter enterprise technicians; the method is characterized by comprising the following steps of establishing relevant specifications and standards of animal welfare and humanitarian slaughtering technology, popularizing the relevant specifications and standards nationwide, and promoting humanitarian slaughtering technology knowledge to be brought into university veterinarian specialties and industry personnel to continue education course outline. The national Standard Commission of China has issued the technical Specification for humanistic slaughter of live pigs in 2008, 12 months and 15 days. However, no technical specifications are available for slaughtering poultry. Therefore, there is a need for improvement in the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a slaughterhouse electric stunning device, which is particularly suitable for batch electric stunning slaughter of poultry.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an electric stunning device for slaughterhouses, comprising:

the conveying device comprises a rack and an annular slide rail arranged on the rack, the annular slide rail is provided with an annular chute, the chute is provided with a chain type feeding mechanism which slides in the chute to convey poultry to be slaughtered, and the chain type feeding mechanism at least comprises a feeding chain positioned in the chute and a hook which is hung on the feeding chain and is convenient for hooking the poultry; the frame is composed of a first frame body and a second frame body which are arranged at intervals, a water tank is arranged between the first frame body and the second frame body, sufficient water for wetting at least part of bodies of suspended poultry to form a loop is contained in the water tank, and a conductive copper brush is rotatably arranged in the water tank; the first frame body and/or the second frame body are/is also provided with a driving mechanism for driving the chain type feeding mechanism to act;

the electric shock control module is communicated with a mains supply and supplies power to the conductive copper brush, the conductive copper brush is constructed into an electrode to shock the poultry in the water tank, the electric shock control module at least comprises a voltage conversion unit and a controller, the voltage conversion unit is configured to convert the mains supply to generate electric shock voltage with frequency higher than that of the mains supply, and the controller is electrically connected with the voltage conversion unit and is configured to release the electric shock voltage when the poultry enters the water tank.

Preferably, the electric shock control module further comprises a current detection unit configured to acquire a current feedback value in the loop, and the control module is configured to control the electric shock time and/or the electric shock voltage according to the current feedback value acquired by the current detection unit.

Preferably, the control unit compares the current feedback with the preset value when controlling the electric shock time and/or the electric shock voltage, the controller controls the switching circuit to decrease the electric shock voltage when the current feedback exceeds the preset value, controls the switching circuit to increase the electrode voltage when the current feedback is lower than the preset value, and controls the switching circuit to output the electrode voltage when the current feedback is equal to the preset value.

Preferably, the driving mechanism comprises a servo motor and a transmission mechanism connected to the output end of the servo motor, the transmission mechanism comprises a first transmission mechanism and a second transmission mechanism which are connected through a gear, the first transmission mechanism is connected with the servo motor, and the second transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the feeding chain.

Preferably, the first transmission mechanism comprises a transmission chain, a driven gear and a gear box, a driving gear is arranged on an output shaft of the servo motor, the driving gear and the driven gear are in transmission connection through the transmission chain, and the driven gear is connected to a first transmission shaft of the gear box.

Preferably, the gear box comprises a crown gear therein, the crown gear is engaged with a bevel gear connected to the first transmission shaft, the crown gear is connected to a second transmission shaft in the vertical direction, and an output gear is arranged at the output end of the second transmission shaft.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure. the conveying device comprises a rack 1 and an annular slide rail 5 arranged on the rack 1, wherein the annular slide rail 5 is provided with an annular slide groove 51, the slide groove 51 is provided with a chain type feeding mechanism 6 which slides in the slide groove 51 to convey poultry to be slaughtered, and the chain type feeding mechanism 6 at least comprises a feeding chain 61 positioned in the slide groove 51 and a hook 62 which is arranged on the feeding chain 61 in a hanging manner and is convenient for hooking the poultry; the frame 1 is composed of a first frame body 11 and a second frame body 12 which are arranged at intervals, a water tank 7 is arranged between the first frame body 11 and the second frame body 12, and the water tank 7 contains enough water which enables at least part of bodies of suspended poultry to be wetted so as to form a loop, and a conductive copper brush 8 which is rotatably arranged in the water tank 7; the first frame body 11 and/or the second frame body 12 are/is further provided with a driving mechanism for driving the chain type feeding mechanism 6 to act; a blanking conveyor belt 10 is arranged on the other side of the water tank 7, and the conveyor belt 10 comprises a belt body 101 and grid fences 102 arranged along two sides of the belt body.

A shock control module (not shown) connected to the mains and supplying power to the conductive copper brush 8, wherein the conductive copper brush 8 is configured as an electrode to shock the poultry in the trough 7, the shock control module at least comprises a voltage conversion unit (not shown) and a controller (not shown), the voltage conversion unit is configured to convert the mains to generate a shock voltage with a frequency higher than the mains, and the controller is electrically connected to the voltage conversion unit and configured to release the shock voltage when the poultry enters the trough. In the invention, water is used as a conductive medium, and the conductive copper brush 8 is used as an electrode to electrically shock and slaughter poultry in water, so that relatively high efficiency can be achieved. It will be appreciated that in the case of a working area of the basin 7, in a real environment, fencing may be performed to ensure production safety. Meanwhile, since the voltage conversion and the simple shock circuit formation are performed in the prior art, the person skilled in the art can easily make a specific design, and thus, they are not specifically stated in the present invention. In some modifications, the shock control module further comprises a current detection unit, actually an ammeter, the current detection unit is configured to obtain a current feedback value in the loop, and the control module is configured to control the shock time and/or the shock voltage according to the current feedback value obtained by the current detection unit. Specifically, referring to fig. 7, preferably, the control part compares the current feedback with the preset value when controlling the shock time and/or the shock voltage, controls the switching circuit to decrease the shock voltage when the current feedback exceeds the preset value, controls the switching circuit to increase the electrode voltage when the current feedback is lower than the preset value, and controls the switching circuit to output the electrode voltage when the current feedback is equal to the preset value.

With respect to the structural part, in the present invention, specifically, the driving mechanism includes a servo motor 2 and a transmission mechanism connected to an output end of the servo motor 2, the transmission mechanism includes a first transmission mechanism 3 and a second transmission mechanism 4 connected by a gear, the first transmission mechanism 3 is connected to the servo motor 2, and the second transmission mechanism 4 is connected to the feeding chain 61 in a transmission manner. More specifically, the first transmission mechanism 3 includes a transmission chain 31, a driven gear 32 and a gear box 33, a driving gear (not labeled) is disposed on an output shaft of the servo motor 2, the driving gear and the driven gear 32 are in transmission connection through the transmission chain 31, and the driven gear 32 is connected to a first transmission shaft 334 of the gear box 33. The gear box 33 includes a crown gear 333, the crown gear 333 is engaged with a bevel gear 335 connected to the first transmission shaft 334, the crown gear 333 is connected to a second transmission shaft 332 in the vertical direction, and an output gear 331 is provided at an output end of the second transmission shaft 332.
