The mounting rod 301 is a threaded rod, and is screwed with a movable sleeve 305; an annular mounting groove 307 is formed in the outer wall of the movable sleeve 305, a collar 306 is connected to the top end of the hanging rod 302, and the collar 306 is clamped in the mounting groove 307 and can rotate in the mounting groove 307.
