4) the heated high-temperature gas enters a heat flow air duct (19) through an air supply fan (18) and is sprayed out of a spraying arm (17) through a pipeline (15) to dry dishes;

5) and after drying, the power supply is turned off, the door plate (9) of the dish washing machine is opened, and dishes are taken out.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of dish washing machines, and particularly relates to a drying device for a dish washing machine and a using method thereof.

Background

The dish washer is a kitchen appliance integrating multiple functions of washing tableware, storing bowls and chopsticks, drying bowls and dishes and the like, and is popular among more and more families. In actual conditions, however, tableware in the dish washer is placed densely, hot air flow obstruction is large, and drying time is long; meanwhile, Chinese tableware is various in shape and rich in placement structure, and problems of hot air covering dead corners, water stain residue and the like are easily caused during drying; and when external air is used for drying dishes, the hot air can carry a small amount of bacteria to cause secondary pollution to tableware, and the disinfection efficiency of the dish washing machine is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a drying device for a dishwasher and a method of using the same.

In order to achieve the purpose, the following technical scheme is provided:

3) high-temperature water vapor in the inner box body is pumped out by a micro fan and enters a steam-water cyclone separator through an induced duct to be separated into liquid and gas, the condensed liquid and gas are separated through different guide pipes, the liquid enters a main water pipe through a condensed water guide pipe, and the gas enters a heating box through a gas communicating pipe to be heated;

4) the heated high-temperature gas enters the heat flow air guide pipe through the air supply fan and is sprayed out by the spraying arm through the pipeline to dry the dishes;

5) and after drying, closing the power supply, opening the door plate of the dish washing machine, and taking out the dishes.

Further, the width of the outer box body is 500-550 mm, the depth is 520-580 mm, and the height is 680-720 mm; the gap between the inner box back plate and the outer box back plate is 40-50 mm; the height of the front plate of the outer box is 60-80 mm; the height of the induced draft tube is 100-110 mm.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the device is provided with a condensing and heating device, and circulates the air in the dishwasher, so that the possibility of secondary pollution of hot air to tableware is reduced;

2) the drying and spraying device is arranged, the flowability of hot air is enhanced by utilizing the rotation of the spraying arm, the drying time of bowls and dishes is shortened, and the drying efficiency of the dish washing machine is improved;

3) the steam generated after the high-temperature rinsing of the dish washer is utilized to improve the initial temperature of hot air heating and reduce the energy consumption required by the drying of the dish washer.

A drying device for a dish washer comprises a dish washer box body, a condensation and heating device and a drying and spraying device.

As shown in fig. 3-5, the drying spray device is disposed between the lower part of the inner box 1 and the outer box 2, and includes a water main 10, a water inlet valve 13, a water pump 14, a pipeline 15, an air inlet valve 16 and a spray arm 17, the water main 10 is provided with the water inlet valve 13, the condensed water guide pipe 8 is connected with the water main 10 to form a path, one end of the water main 10 penetrates through the outer box 2 and extends to the outside of the outer box 2, the other end of the water main is provided with the water pump 14, one end of the pipeline 15 is connected with the water pump 14, the other end of the pipeline 15 is divided into two branches which are respectively connected with one spray arm 17, the heat flow air duct 19 is connected with the pipeline 15 to form a path, and the heat flow air duct 19 is provided with the air inlet valve 16.

As shown in fig. 6, the inner box side plate 11 at the bottom of the inner box body 1 is provided with a concave surface, and a filter screen 24 is arranged at the concave surface; the spray arm 17 is a bent strip-shaped structure, spray holes are uniformly formed in the spray arm 17, and the spray arm 17 is connected with the pipeline 15 in a threaded mode.

As shown in fig. 7, the draft tube 4 has one end of a funnel shape and the micro fan 3 is embedded in the inner box back panel 12.

A use method of a drying device for a dish washing machine comprises the following steps:

1) the water inlet valve 13 is opened, the high-temperature water reaches the spray arm 17 through the pipeline 15 by the water pump 14, and is sprayed out by the spray arm 17 to wash the tableware;

2) closing a washing program of the dish washer, closing the water inlet valve 13, starting a drying program, and opening the air inlet valve 16 and the heating device 7;

3) high-temperature water vapor inside the inner box body 1 is pumped out by the micro fan 3, enters the steam-water cyclone separator 6 through the air guide pipe 4 and is separated into liquid and gas, the condensed liquid and gas are separated through different guide pipes, the liquid enters the main water pipe 10 through the condensed water guide pipe 8, and the gas enters the heating box 72 through the gas communicating pipe 5 for heating;

4) the heated high-temperature gas enters a heat flow air duct 19 through an air supply fan 18 and is sprayed out of a spray arm 17 through a pipeline 15 to dry dishes;

5) and after drying, the power supply is turned off, the door plate 9 of the dish washer is opened, and dishes are taken out.
