Background

Healthy teeth are the guarantee of happy life, however, most people in China have diseases such as dental caries, gingivitis, periodontitis and the like at present, and the quality of life is seriously influenced. An important method of maintaining periodontal health is to perform periodic periodontal scaling. Periodontal scaling is to remove dental calculus gradually by using the oscillation of an ultrasonic scalpel head, but the process is complex and time-consuming. However, when the tobacco spots, the tea spots or the pigmentation are obvious, the ultrasonic knife head has low removal efficiency and great damage to teeth. Currently, when sand blasting is used for tooth cleaning, the pigment removal efficiency is obviously improved, but a longer time is still needed. When a patient needs to open the mouth for a long time and repeatedly sit up and lie down to spit out sewage in the mouth when teeth are cleaned, the discomfort of cleaning teeth is increased, and even temporomandibular joint disorder can occur to serious patients.

the tooth mould also comprises a plurality of cleaning spray sheet groups which are arranged corresponding to the teeth of each tooth position one by one and cover the cleaning surface of the teeth, and a plurality of cleaning water pipes which are arranged corresponding to the cleaning spray sheet groups one by one; a cavity is formed in the cleaning spray sheet group, and a spray hole is formed in the wall of the cleaning spray sheet group close to the tooth surface cavity; one end of the cleaning water pipe corresponding to the tooth of each tooth position is connected with the corresponding electromagnetic valve, and the other end of the cleaning water pipe is connected with the corresponding cleaning spray sheet group;

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

2) According to the invention, the image of the teeth in the oral cavity is collected, the three-dimensional view of the dentition is reconstructed, and the severity of tooth stains at different tooth positions is identified and analyzed, so that the cleaning water pressure at different tooth positions is intelligently controlled, and thus, the teeth at different tooth positions are intelligently and quickly cleaned.

meanwhile, the invention is provided with a camera device and a cleaning control system, wherein the cleaning control system comprises an image processing module, a cleaning parameter processing module, a cleaning control module, a human-computer interaction interface and a data storage module; the image processing module can be used for acquiring image information of the upper jaw teeth and image information of the lower jaw teeth, the image information of the upper jaw teeth and the image information of the lower jaw teeth comprise image information of all different tooth positions of the upper jaw teeth and the lower jaw teeth, the image processing module can be used for combining and splicing the tooth image information of the different tooth positions to construct a complete dentition three-dimensional view, and the image processing module can be used for identifying and analyzing tooth stain grade information of each tooth position in the dentition three-dimensional view; the cleaning parameter processing module can simultaneously call stain grade-water flow pressure comparison data according to stain grade information of each tooth position so as to obtain water flow pressure cleaning parameters of each tooth position corresponding to the stain grade information of each tooth position respectively, and the cleaning control module can control the water flow pressure supplied by the water pump corresponding to each tooth position according to the water flow pressure parameters of each tooth position so as to enable teeth of different tooth positions to be cleaned in a targeted manner under the required water pressure; for example, the teeth of some tooth positions are less stained and can be cleaned by adopting lower water pressure, while the teeth of some tooth positions are possibly stained more seriously and need higher water pressure for cleaning, so that the cleaning water flow pressure of the teeth of each tooth position can be accurately controlled according to the severity of stain adhesion of each tooth surface, and the effect of quickly and intelligently cleaning teeth is achieved; or the teeth of some tooth positions do not need to be cleaned, and only the tooth positions with more stains need to be cleaned, and the electromagnetic valve and the water pump corresponding to the tooth positions with more stains can be opened, so that the cleaning water is not wasted, and unnecessary damage to the teeth is not caused.

When the rapid intelligent tooth stain cleaning system is used, the camera device 3 is firstly extended into the oral cavity of a patient for cleaning and treating teeth, and different tooth positions of the teeth of the patient are shot or photos are taken, so that tooth image information of different tooth positions is obtained; the image processing module is connected with the tooth image information of different tooth positions for combination and splicing so as to construct a complete dentition three-dimensional view of the patient and identify and analyze tooth stain grade information of each tooth position in the dentition three-dimensional view; the cleaning parameter processing module receives the stain grade information of each tooth position, and simultaneously calls stain grade-water flow pressure comparison data to obtain water flow pressure parameters of each tooth position corresponding to the stain grade information of each tooth position respectively; at the moment, tooth image information of different tooth positions of a patient, a complete dentition three-dimensional view and water flow pressure cleaning parameters of each tooth position are stored in a data storage module; then, a doctor can call the data for checking through a human-computer interaction interface so as to carry out subjective diagnosis on the stain condition of the teeth of the patient; then, the dental model 2 can be placed in the oral cavity of a patient, after the patient bites the dental model 2, a tooth cleaning control instruction and a water pressure regulation instruction can be sent to the cleaning control module through the human-computer interaction interface, so that the water pump is controlled to supply water according to the water flow pressure parameters of each tooth position, and meanwhile, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened, so that the teeth of each tooth position can be cleaned according to the required water flow pressure parameters.

In order to improve the comfort of the oral cavity and avoid frequent spitting of washing water during tooth washing, the system further includes a negative pressure suction tube 205 in a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2; one end of the negative pressure suction tube 205 penetrates through the tooth mold 2 and protrudes out of the tail end of the tooth mold 2 to form a suction end, and the other end of the negative pressure suction tube 205 is connected with a negative pressure suction device.

Further, in a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the tooth mold 2 further includes a water pipe groove 206 disposed near an end surface of the central incisor; one end of the cleaning water pipe 204 corresponding to the tooth of each tooth position passes through the water pipe groove 206 and extends to the inside of the tooth mould 2 to be connected with the cavity of the corresponding cleaning spray sheet set 203, and the other end is connected with the corresponding electromagnetic valve 102.

Further, in a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cleaning nozzle set 203 includes a labial cleaning nozzle 2031 having a cavity therein and a cavity wall provided with a nozzle 2034, a palatal cleaning nozzle 2032 and an occlusal cleaning nozzle 2033; the labial-buccal surface cleaning spray piece 2031 and the lingual-palatal surface cleaning spray piece 2032 are respectively attached to the corresponding two sides of the grooves of the upper tooth socket 201 and the lower tooth socket 202, and the occlusal surface cleaning spray piece 2033 is attached to the groove bottom surfaces of the upper tooth socket 201 and the lower tooth socket 202.

In order to enable the labial/buccal surface cleaning spray piece 2031, the lingual/palatal surface cleaning spray piece 2032 and the occlusal surface cleaning spray piece 2033 to provide cleaning water with uniform pressure when cleaning teeth, so as to ensure the cleaning effect of three tooth surfaces of the teeth, further, in a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the labial/buccal surface water pipe 2041, the lingual/palatal surface water pipe 2042 and the occlusal surface water pipe 2043 are arranged at the water outlet end of the cleaning water pipe 204; the water outlet ends of the labial-buccal surface water pipe 2041, the lingual-palatal surface water pipe 2042 and the occlusal surface water pipe 2043 are respectively communicated with the labial-buccal surface cleaning spray piece 2031, the lingual-palatal surface cleaning spray piece 2032 and the occlusal surface cleaning spray piece 2033.

Further, in a preferred embodiment, the tooth image information of different tooth positions collected by the camera 3 includes upper jaw tooth image information and lower jaw tooth image information; the upper jaw tooth image information and the lower jaw tooth image information respectively comprise a left side first premolar, a left side second premolar, a left side molar image formed by the left side first molar and the left side second molar, a left side front tooth image formed by the left side middle incisor, the left side lateral incisor and the left side canine, a right side front tooth image formed by the right side middle incisor, the right side lateral incisor and the right side canine, and a right side molar image formed by the right side first premolar, the right side second premolar, the right side first molar and the right side second molar.

Further, in a preferred embodiment, the diameter of the orifice 2034 is 0.005mm to 0.05 mm.

Further, in a preferred embodiment, the spray holes 2034 are uniformly arranged on the tooth cleaning surface corresponding to the tooth site, and the overall shape of the spray holes 2034 is consistent with the tooth cleaning surface shape; the total number of the spray holes 2034 is 15-25.

Further, in a preferred embodiment, the stain grade information is divided into 3-7 grades according to the depth from white to black of the porcelain of the stains on the surface of the teeth; correspondingly, in the stain grade-water flow pressure comparison data, the water flow pressure parameters corresponding to the stain grade information are 3-7.

Further, in a preferred embodiment, the stain level information is divided into 5 levels of +, ++, +++, and ++++, based on the severity of the stain on the tooth surface; accordingly, in the stain level-water flow pressure comparison data, water flow pressure parameters corresponding to the stain level information +, + + + + + + + and + + + + were 0.3MPa, 0.4MPa, 0.5MPa, 0.6MPa and 0.65MPa, respectively.

In order to improve the cleaning effect and reduce the damage of the cleaning water to the teeth, further, in a preferred embodiment, the water supply device 1 uses a water source carrying a blasting sand.
