Ceramide, as antioxidant and humectant, has barrier effect, adhesion effect, and antiaging effect on skin, can quickly penetrate into skin, helps to renew natural protective layer of skin, and can intensively repair natural skin lipid membrane of skin.

The collagen peptide has molecular weight suitable for human body absorption, has strong permeability to skin, can be combined with skin epithelial cells through horny layer, participates in and improves metabolism of skin cells, and enhances collagen activity in skin.

The skin oil contains squalene and one of unsaturated fatty acids, and the skin oil is dry on skin surface, has no skin affinity to jojoba oil, has more moistening texture, and also has effects of delivering oxygen to cells and promoting cell metabolism.

The jojoba oil contains rich vitamin D, easily penetrates through a skin cell membrane barrier, is easily absorbed and utilized by skin, has good moistening and moisturizing effects, can lock moisture of the skin, and prevents wrinkles.

The vitamin C has oxidation resistance, destroys the saccharification process by blocking the oxidation process, inhibits the conversion of intermediate products of Maillard reaction to advanced saccharification end products AGEs, has the anti-saccharification effect, has strong capacity of eliminating free radicals, can delay aging, can promote the synthesis of human skin collagen, and has the functions of preventing and treating skin aging and eliminating pigmentation.

the preparation method of the mask essence comprises the following steps:

1) adding xanthan gum into deionized water, stirring until the xanthan gum is completely dissolved and expanded to obtain viscous liquid;

2) adding tween 20, phenoxyethanol and various active raw materials into the viscous liquid, and stirring until the active raw materials are uniformly dispersed to obtain a mixed solution;

When the facial mask packaging machine is used, firstly, a facial mask is placed in a placing bag, then the facial mask is placed in a first limiting mold 4 according to a facial mask packaging process sequence, the output end of a driving motor 2 rotates to drive a main turntable 3 to rotate, and the main turntable 3 rotates to drive the limiting molds 4 with the placing bags to sequentially move to the next process station;

Evaluation of efficacy

The efficacy of the anti-sugar mask for restoration having moisturizing efficacy prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 was evaluated:

180 female subjects with yellowing, dullness and sagging of skin due to glycation reaction between 30 and 40 years old were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups, and 30 subjects in each group were designated as test group 1, test group 2, test group 3, test group 4, test group 5 and test group 6, respectively, the test group 1 used the mask prepared in example 1, the test group 2 used the mask prepared in example 2, the test group 3 used the mask prepared in example 3, the test group 4 used the mask prepared in comparative example 1, the test group 5 used the mask prepared in comparative example 2, the test group 6 used the mask prepared in comparative example 3, and after the subjects cleaned their faces, the mask was applied to the facial skin for 15 to 20 minutes once every 2 days for 60 days. The effect of use was recorded every 10 days and the results were recorded.

Effect judgment standard:

the remarkable effects are as follows: the skin is dark and yellow, and the water is tender, white, fair and elastic;

the method has the following advantages: the skin is dull and yellowish, and the elasticity is enhanced;

and (4) invalidation: no obvious change of skin;

the test results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the facial mask prepared by the invention has the effects of effectively resisting oxidation and saccharification of the skin, repairing skin damage caused by saccharification reaction, comprehensively nourishing and moisturizing the skin and driving the skin metabolism speed.

In comparative example 1, compared to example 1, without carnosine, the binding of carnosine to glucose was absent, the protective effect on the protein was reduced, and the anti-glycation efficacy was reduced.

In comparative example 2, the antioxidant performance was reduced compared to example 1, and the intermediate product of maillard reaction could not be inhibited from converting to advanced glycation end products AGEs without adding vitamin C and vitamin E, thus reducing the efficacy of the mask.

In comparative example 3, compared with example 1, the mask cloth is made of a non-woven fabric material, the non-woven fabric material has poor affinity with the skin, and the air permeability is general, so that the permeation effect of the mask essence is poor, and the efficacy of the mask is weakened.

Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
