As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, a corner of one side of the front end of the main body 1, which is far away from the connecting plate 29, is fixedly connected with a plurality of first placing plates 215, a corner of the right side of the outer surface of the main body 1, which is near the rear end, is fixedly connected with a plurality of second placing plates 216, a side of the outer surface of the front end of the movable plate 20, which is far away from the movable rod 211, is fixedly connected with a first magnetic block, a position of the outer surface of the main body 1, which is between the second placing plates 216, is fixedly connected with a plurality of second magnetic blocks, and the first magnetic block and the second magnetic blocks are attracted oppositely.

During operation, as the movable plate 20 needs to be rotated when the dust removing filter element 15 is disassembled and assembled, only one end of the movable plate 20 is movably connected with the connecting plate 29 after the screws are disassembled, so that the movable plate 20 is easily deformed due to the influence of gravity when being in a suspended state for a long time, thereby reducing the service life of the movable plate 20, and simultaneously being inconvenient for a worker to operate, the movable plate 20 is placed between the two second placing plates 216 by arranging the second placing plates 216, thereby avoiding the situation that the movable plate 20 is deformed due to the influence of gravity when the dust removing filter element 15 is disassembled and assembled due to the long-time suspended state of the movable plate 20, thereby prolonging the service life of the movable plate 20, facilitating the operation of the worker, preventing the movable plate 20 from being separated from the second placing plates 216 by mutual attraction between the first magnetic block and the second magnetic block, and enabling the movable plate 20 to be more stably connected with the dust remover main body 1 by arranging the first placing plate 215, the fixing effect of the dust removal filter element 15 is improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, two second sliding blocks 217 are fixedly connected to the outer surfaces of the upper and lower ends of the movable rod 211, sliding grooves 218 are formed in the positions of the outer surfaces of the upper and lower ends of the connecting plate 29, which are close to the second sliding blocks 217, and the second sliding blocks 217 are slidably connected to the sliding grooves 218.

In operation, as the movable plate 20 is fixedly connected with the dust collector main body 1 through the screw, the movable plate 20 is attached to the dust collector main body 1, and the movable plate 20 is prevented from rotating under the influence of the dust collector main body 1, the movable plate 20 is slidably connected with the sliding groove 218 through the second sliding block 217, when the movable plate 20 needs to be rotated, the movable plate 20 is moved forward to enable the second sliding block 217 to slide along the sliding groove 218, so that a gap is generated between the movable plate 20 and the dust collector main body 1, and the situation that the movable plate 20 is prevented from rotating under the influence of the dust collector main body 1 is avoided.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of support rods 219 are fixedly connected to front and rear ends of an inner surface of the movable plate 20, the support rods 219 penetrate through an interior of the sliding plate 212 and are slidably connected to the sliding plate 212, and the second spring 214 is sleeved on a side of an annular outer surface of the support rods 219, which is close to the fixed block 27.

Because the sliding plate 212 is movably connected with the movable plate 20 only through the second spring 214, when the sliding plate 212 is moved, the sliding plate 212 is easily stressed unevenly to incline, so that the clamping plate 213 and the movable plate 20 are clamped, and the operation of a worker is inconvenient.

As shown in fig. 5 and 7, a plurality of sliding rods 220 are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the front end of the sliding plate 212, and the front ends of the sliding rods 220 penetrate through the movable plate 20 and are fixedly connected to a pressing plate 221.

In operation, since the sliding plate 212 is located inside the movable plate 20, and the sliding plate 212 cannot be pressed, when the screw is screwed to fix the movable plate 20, since the sliding plate 212 needs to be moved backward to drive the clamping plate 213 to move forward to be engaged with the fixing groove 28, if the sliding plate 212 is moved by pressing the screw, the screws on both sides of the movable plate 20 need to be pressed simultaneously, otherwise, the clamping plate 213 and the supporting rod 219 are easily engaged with each other due to the force applied to one end of the sliding plate 212, which is inconvenient for the installation operation of the dust removing filter element 15, the present invention arranges the pressing plate 221, and connects the pressing plate 221 with the sliding plate 212 by arranging the sliding rod 220, when the movable plate 20 is fixed, the pressing plate 221 can push the sliding plate 212 to move and engage the clamping plate 213 with the fixing groove 28, and the screw is screwed to fix the movable plate 20 and the sliding plate 212, the situation that the sliding plate 212 cannot be pressed due to the fact that the sliding plate 212 is located inside the movable plate 20 is avoided, and the dust removal filter element 15 is convenient to install and operate.

As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, a second connecting rod 222 penetrates through the movable plate 20 at a side away from the connecting plate 29, and outer surfaces of upper and lower ends of the second connecting rod 222 are fixedly connected to the movable plate 20 through threaded sleeves.

During operation, as the number of the movable plates 20 is several, when all the dust removing filter elements 15 need to be disassembled and assembled, the plurality of movable plates 20 need to be sequentially rotated, the operation is complicated, and the operation is inconvenient for workers to operate.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, smoke is introduced into the dust remover main body 1 through the air inlet pipe 11, the smoke is contacted with the dust removing filter element 15 to enable dust and other impurities mixed in the smoke to be adsorbed by the dust removing filter element 15, clean smoke is discharged through the air outlet pipe 13, and therefore dust removing treatment of the smoke is completed, through the arrangement of the connecting mechanism 2, as the movable plate 20 is rotatably connected with the connecting plate 29 through the movable rod 211, when the dust removing filter element 15 needs to be detached and replaced, the screw is detached, the clamping plate 213 moves forwards under the action of the second spring 214 and is separated from the fixed groove 28, fixing action of the clamping plate 213 on the fixed block 27 disappears, the movable ring 23 moves forwards under the action of the elastic force of the first spring 22, so that the fixed ring 25 and the dust removing filter element 15 are driven to move forwards, the fixed block 27 moves forwards to the outside of the dust remover main body 1, and the movable plate 20 is rotated, the movable plate 20 drives the sliding plate 212 and the clamping plate 213 to rotate to the right side of the dust collector main body 1, and then the dust collecting filter elements 15 are sequentially pulled out, when in installation, the dust collecting filter elements 15 are sequentially placed in the dust collector main body 1, the first connecting rod 26 and the movable ring 23 are connected with each other, the dust collecting filter elements 15 are continuously pushed backwards, the first spring 22 is compressed, the fixed block 27 and the dust collector main body 1 are mutually attached, the sliding plate 212 is pressed by the pressing block to drive the clamping plate 213 to move backwards and be mutually clamped with the fixed groove 28, then the screw is screwed to fixedly connect the movable plate 20 and the dust collector main body 1, and simultaneously the sliding plate 212 and the clamping plate 213 are fixed, the dust collecting filter elements 15 are fixed by mutually clamping the clamping plate 213 and the fixed groove 28 through the arrangement of the connecting mechanism 2, and the fixing of the dust collecting filter elements 15 is released through screwing the screw, so as to facilitate the dismounting and installation of the dust collecting filter elements 15, the operation time of workers is saved, the labor force of the workers is reduced, and the convenience of the device in use is improved.
