Because the cement concrete base course and the asphalt mixture pavement layer are two materials with different properties (different materials, different elastic moduli, different deformation coefficients, different strengths and the like), the interface combination between the cement concrete base course and the asphalt mixture pavement layer is a weak link, and the waterproof bonding layer is used for improving and enhancing the weak interface. Through the bonding effect of the waterproof bonding layer, the concrete base layer and the asphalt mixture pavement layer are bonded together to form a whole, and various shearing destructive forces generated by the load of a running vehicle, wheel impact and climbing emergency brake are jointly borne. The road repairing material with short curing time and high curing strength is prepared by dry-mixing the old road aggregate, the glass fiber and the new aggregate when in use, adding the waterborne epoxy asphalt and uniformly stirring. The patent CN201310414087 discloses a color high polymer modified water emulsion asphalt-based waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, the material is prepared by mixing high-concentration superfine suspension microemulsion anion modified color emulsified asphalt, various synthetic high-molecular polymers such as SBS rubber, chloroprene rubber, high-molecular resin, epoxy resin and the like, and various functional additives such as a plasticizer and the like as raw materials by using a special production process, and tests show that the color is bright after film forming, the coating does not crack at the low temperature of-30 ℃, does not flow at the high temperature of 120 ℃, the elastic recovery rate reaches 90 percent, the coating can be stably stored for more than 2 years, and the service life reaches 50 years.

In conclusion, how to provide an epoxy asphalt waterproof adhesive which is healthy, environment-friendly, low in cost, simple in preparation, good in durability and strong in mechanical property is a technical problem to be solved by technical personnel in the field.

The special asphalt is prepared by adding petroleum-based active reaction substances into a blend of natural asphalt and petroleum asphalt as main components.

Curing agents are a class of substances that enhance or control the curing reaction. The resin curing is carried out by carrying out chemical reactions such as condensation, ring closure, addition or catalysis to enable the thermosetting resin to generate an irreversible change process, and the curing is completed by adding a curing agent. The catalyst can reduce the activation energy of the system, enhance the compatibility of the epoxy asphalt waterproof adhesive component and further increase the performance of the material. Preferably, the catalyst is one or a mixture of more than two of cyclodextrin, crown ether and dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.

The water-based amino resin cross-linking agent can improve the adhesive force to a special substrate and improve the water resistance, and is used as a heat cross-linking agent of a resin material. Preferred aqueous amino resin crosslinkers are aziridines or N-hydroxy compounds.
