When the closing piece 6 is installed, the abutting plate body 62 of the closing piece 6 is suspended above the horizontal base plate 1, the gap distance between the abutting plate body 62 and the horizontal base plate 1 is equal to the thickness of the stepping plate 2, so that when the stepping plate 2 is installed on the horizontal base plate 1, the plate end of the horizontal main plate 21 of the stepping plate 2 is also inserted into the gap between the abutting plate body 62 and the horizontal base plate 1, and the closing piece 6 can press the limiting stepping plate 2.
