The bolt sequentially penetrates through the bolt hole extending out of the overturning support, the connecting hole in the containing cylinder and the bolt hole in the central support piece and is fixedly connected with the corresponding nut, so that the overturning support, the containing cylinder and the annular frame are fixedly connected.

Meanwhile, a stabilizing cable is reserved at the escape window, one end of the stabilizing cable is fixedly connected to the window edge of the escape window, the other end of the stabilizing cable is fixedly connected with the epitaxial slings, and the two stabilizing cables are connected to the two epitaxial slings in circle symmetry.

The application process of the top bracket fixing device of the embodiment is as follows: firstly, fixedly installing a counterweight device of a turnover bracket on the inner side of the top of a fixed wall body, so that a rotating shaft on the top of the turnover bracket is flush with the upper end of the wall body; then, turning the extending overturning bracket of the overturning bracket to enable the extending overturning bracket to rotate to a horizontal position, wherein the accommodating cylinder is positioned below the extending overturning bracket; then, opening the explosion zipper at the bottom of the accommodating cylinder to enable the top support, the central sling, the extension sling and the pedal to fall freely, and finally forming a cylindrical rope ladder structure; and finally, connecting the stabilizing cable to the epitaxial sling corresponding to the escape window to further enhance the stability of the outdoor lifesaving rotary rope ladder.

Besides the above embodiments, the extended sling, the central sling, the traction cable, the fixed cable and the stable cable of the outdoor lifesaving rotary rope ladder can also adopt metal chain sling. Meanwhile, the number of the extension slings of the outdoor lifesaving rotary rope ladder can adopt 12, and the number of the fan-shaped pedals spliced into a complete round surface is 12. Meanwhile, the distance between the upper pedal and the lower pedal of the outdoor lifesaving rotary rope ladder between the two same extension slings can be lower than 1750 mm. The specific size of the fan-shaped pedal of the outdoor lifesaving rotary rope ladder is not limited to that the length of a straight angle at the circle center side of the pedal is 69mm, the side lengths of two sides of the pedal are 581mm, the radius of a circular arc at the circumferential side of the pedal is 600mm, and the angle of the circular arc is 45 degrees.
