in the operation process, the output shaft of the motor 82 drives the rotating rod 83 and the rotating block 84 to rotate slowly and positively, and simultaneously, the telescopic rod 85 slowly pushes the mounting ring 86 to move downwards, so that the cleaning ring 88 drives the cleaning brush I89 to move downwards spirally along the heat pump heat exchange coil 4 to clean the dirt on the surface of the heat pump heat exchange coil 4 completely, and in the process that the mounting ring 86 rotates downwards, the cleaning brush II 861 cleans the dirt on the inner surface of the water accumulation barrel 1, when the cleaning ring 88 is close to the bottom end of the heat pump heat exchange coil 4, the output shaft of the motor 82 rotates reversely, and the telescopic rod 85 contracts upwards, so that the cleaning ring 88 drives the cleaning brush to move upwards, and the inside of the device is cleaned repeatedly;

simultaneously through setting up cleaning plate 12 and three 13 of cleaning brush, can move down to the take the altitude at collar 86, clear up a ponding 1 bottom surface dirt and impurity to closing plate 17 direction, the regular cleaning of the operating personnel of being convenient for, when collar 86 drives two 16 removal of magnet to being close to heat pump heat exchange coil 4 bottom, magnet 15 drives three 13 of cleaning brush and moves to the direction that is close to closing plate 17 under the magnetic adsorption of two 16 of magnet, thereby push the impurity that 8 descaling components cleared up to one side that is close to closing plate 17.
