3. The parking fee management method as recited in claim 1, wherein the step of generating a preset financial form based on the payment data comprises:

acquiring a payment order and payment data corresponding to the payment order;

Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of parking lot management technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for managing parking fees, a terminal device, and a storage medium.

Background

With the enhancement of the charging management of the parking lot, most of the parking lots adopt an intelligent parking lot charging management system to manage the parking lot at present; with the development of the parking lot management system, a lot of system defects still exist to influence the quality of the management work of the user for the parking fee.

For example, most parking lots are an information isolated island, and the operators of group property or multi-parking lot cannot uniformly manage the parking fee payment information of the multi-parking lot. Meanwhile, more and more payment modes for the vehicle passing fee are provided for the user to select, for example, the parking fee is paid in an electronic payment mode, or the parking fee is paid in a cash payment mode, and even the payment is finished by adopting two or more payment modes aiming at the payment order form of the same parking fee; however, when the charging condition is counted in the existing parking lot, the total charging amount is generally counted, the parking fees collected by adopting different payment channels are not distinguished, the user cannot obtain the charging statistical condition of the different payment channels of the parking lot management system, and the financial accounting work in the later period is quite difficult.

Therefore, how to manage the payment information of the parking fee according to the payment channel aiming at a plurality of parking lots so as to improve the parking fee management quality of group property or a plurality of parking lot operators is a great problem in the technical field of parking lot management at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a parking fee management method, a device, a terminal device and a storage medium, aiming at carrying out payment information for managing parking fees according to payment channels aiming at a plurality of parking lots so as to improve the parking fee management quality of group property or a plurality of parking lot operators.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for managing parking fees, the method comprising the steps of:

building a preset expense management platform, wherein the preset expense management platform is connected with a plurality of payment channels of a parking lot;

acquiring payment data of the payment channel through the preset expense management platform;

and generating a preset financial form based on the payment data, and sending the preset financial form to a preset object.

Further, the preset financial form includes: the parking lot form and the channel form, the step of generating the preset financial form based on the payment data comprises:

generating the parking lot form according to the type of the parking lot; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

and generating the channel form according to the category of the payment channel.

Further, the step of generating a preset financial form based on the payment data includes:

acquiring a payment order and payment data corresponding to the payment order;

and classifying the payment data corresponding to the payment order according to a payment channel, and generating the preset financial form based on the classified payment data.

Further, the preset financial form includes: a regular form and a difference form, the step of generating a preset financial form based on the payment data comprising:

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the parking fee management method as described above.

In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer program product, which includes a management program of parking fees, and the management program of parking fees, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for managing parking fees as described above.

The steps implemented when the management program for parking fees run on the processor is executed may refer to various embodiments of the parking fee management method of the present invention, and are not described herein again.

According to the parking fee management method, the parking fee management device, the terminal equipment and the storage medium, a preset fee management platform is built, the preset fee management platform is connected with a plurality of payment channels of a parking lot, and the number of the payment channels is multiple; acquiring payment data of the payment channel through the preset expense management platform; and generating a preset financial form based on the payment data, and sending the preset financial form to a preset object.

The method comprises the steps that a preset expense management platform is built through a terminal, is connected with a plurality of parking lots needing to be managed in a unified mode, and is in butt joint with a plurality of payment channels of the parking lots; when the parking lot collects parking fees, the terminal acquires payment data of each payment channel of each parking lot through the preset fee management platform, generates a financial form in a specific form based on the payment data, and then sends the financial form to a group property or a plurality of parking lot operators corresponding to the parking lot.

Thus, the parking fee management method provided by the invention can manage the payment information of the parking fees according to the payment channels aiming at a plurality of parking lots, thereby improving the parking fee management quality of group property or a plurality of parking lot operators and having higher practicability.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a hardware operating environment related to a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

It should be noted that fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a hardware operating environment of the terminal device. The terminal equipment of the embodiment of the invention can be a parking fee management device, a PC, a portable computer and other terminal equipment.

As shown in fig. 1, the terminal device may include: a processor 1001, such as a CPU, a network interface 1004, a user interface 1003, a memory 1005, a communication bus 1002. Wherein a communication bus 1002 is used to enable connective communication between these components. The user interface 1003 may include a Display screen (Display), an input unit such as a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional user interface 1003 may also include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. The network interface 1004 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface). The memory 1005 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., a magnetic disk memory). The memory 1005 may alternatively be a storage device separate from the processor 1001.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal device configuration shown in fig. 1 is not intended to be limiting of the terminal device and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.

As shown in fig. 1, a memory 1005, which is a kind of computer storage medium, may include therein an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and a distributed task processing program. Among them, the operating system is a program that manages and controls the hardware and software resources of the sample terminal device, a handler that supports distributed tasks, and the execution of other software or programs.

In the terminal apparatus shown in fig. 1, the user interface 1003 is mainly used for data communication with each terminal; the network interface 1004 is mainly used for connecting a background server and performing data communication with the background server; and the processor 1001 may be configured to call a management program of the parking fee stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:

building a preset expense management platform, wherein the preset expense management platform is connected with a plurality of payment channels of a parking lot;

acquiring payment data of the payment channel through the preset expense management platform;

and generating a preset financial form based on the payment data, and sending the preset financial form to a preset object.

Further, the preset financial form includes: a parking lot form and a channel form, the processor 1001 may call a management program of parking fees stored in the memory 1005, and further perform the following operations:

generating the parking lot form according to the type of the parking lot; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

Based on the above structure, various embodiments of the parking fee management method of the present invention are provided.

It should be noted that, most parking lots are an information isolated island, and the group property or the operator of the multi-parking lot cannot uniformly manage the parking fee payment information of the multi-parking lot. Based on the above phenomena, embodiments of the parking fee management method of the present invention are provided. It should be noted that, although a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that shown or described herein.

The first embodiment: referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a parking fee management method according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The parking fee management method provided by the invention comprises the following steps:

step S100, a preset expense management platform is built, the preset expense management platform is connected with a plurality of payment channels of the parking lot.

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the preset fee management platform is a custom management platform for collectively managing the parking fees of a plurality of parking lots, and the management platform is connected to a plurality of payment channels of the parking lots.

The terminal builds a user-defined management platform for uniformly managing the parking fees of a plurality of parking lots, and the user-defined management platform is connected with a plurality of payment channels of the parking lots.

Specifically, for example, the parking lot a, the parking lot B, and the parking lot C belong to a certain group property, and the payment information of the parking fees for the parking lot a, the parking lot B, and the parking lot C can be collectively managed by the preset fee management platform.

And step S200, acquiring payment data of the payment channel through the preset expense management platform.

After a user-defined management platform for uniformly managing the parking fees of a plurality of parking lots is built, the terminal acquires payment data from each payment channel of the parking lots through the user-defined management platform.

Specifically, for example, since the predetermined fee management platform is connected to a plurality of payment channels of the parking lot, payment information for collecting parking fees through the WeChat channel of the parking lot A, the Paibao channel of the parking lot B or the cash channel of the parking lot C is collected to the predetermined fee management platform.

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the preset object is a charging subject of the parking lot fee, and includes a group property or a multi-parking-lot operator; the preset financial form is a financial form of a particular form that facilitates the collection of financial checks by the subject.

The terminal acquires payment data from each payment channel of the parking lot through a user-defined management platform for uniformly managing the parking fees of a plurality of parking lots, classifies and gathers the payment data, correspondingly generates a financial form which is convenient for financial checking and has a specific form, and sends the financial form to a collection main part of the parking lot fees.

In the embodiment, a user-defined management platform for uniformly managing the parking fees of a plurality of parking lots is built through a terminal, and the user-defined management platform is connected with a plurality of payment channels of the parking lots; after a user-defined management platform for uniformly managing the parking fees of a plurality of parking lots is built, the terminal acquires payment data from each payment channel of the parking lots through the user-defined management platform; the terminal classifies and summarizes the payment data after acquiring the payment data from each payment channel of the parking lot, correspondingly generates a financial form which is convenient for financial verification and has a specific form, and sends the financial form to a collection main body of the parking lot fee.

Thus, the parking fee management method provided by the invention can manage the payment information of the parking fees according to the payment channels aiming at a plurality of parking lots, thereby improving the parking fee management quality of group property or a plurality of parking lot operators and having higher practicability.

Further, based on the first embodiment of the parking fee management method, a second embodiment of the parking fee management method of the present invention is provided.

In a second embodiment of the parking fee management method of the present invention, the preset financial form includes: the parking lot form and the channel form, in step S300, the step of generating the preset financial form based on the payment data may include:

step S301, generating the parking lot form according to the type of the parking lot.

It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the parking lot form is a financial form generated by the terminal according to the category of the parking lot, so that the charging subject of the parking lot fees can perform financial accounting on each parking lot.

In this embodiment, after payment data from each payment channel of a parking lot is acquired through a custom management platform which manages parking fees of a plurality of parking lots in a unified manner through a terminal, a conventional form is generated based on the payment data, then a comparison form about the payment data is acquired through the official management platform of the payment channel, the conventional form is compared with the comparison form to obtain form data with differences between the conventional form and the comparison form, and the form data is summarized to generate a difference form.

Therefore, the embodiment realizes that when the payment data of the parking fee changes due to various accidents in the process of receiving the parking fee, the corresponding difference form is generated, so that the receiving main body of the parking lot fee can perform corresponding financial accounting according to the difference form, and the practicability of the parking fee management method is improved.

Further, a fifth embodiment of the parking fee management method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment of the parking fee management method described above.

In this embodiment, after the initial parking fee data that the customer needs to pay is acquired through the terminal, the payment data corresponding to the customer and used for offsetting part of the initial parking fee data is determined, then the initial parking fee data is corrected according to the payment data to obtain the actual payment data that the customer actually needs to pay, and a corresponding financial form is generated according to the actual payment data.

Therefore, according to the embodiment, when the parking lot manager gives preference to the customer to pay the parking fee according to different modes, the terminal generates the corresponding financial form aiming at the process so as to be used by the parking lot fee collection main body to perform corresponding financial accounting, the application range of the parking fee management method is expanded, and the practicability of the parking fee management method is improved.
