Background

With the enhancement of the charging management of the parking lot, most of the parking lots adopt an intelligent parking lot charging management system to manage the parking lot at present; with the development of the parking lot management system, a lot of system defects still exist to influence the quality of the management work of the user for the parking fee.

Disclosure of Invention

In the terminal apparatus shown in fig. 1, the user interface 1003 is mainly used for data communication with each terminal; the network interface 1004 is mainly used for connecting a background server and performing data communication with the background server; and the processor 1001 may be configured to call a management program of the parking fee stored in the memory 1005, and perform the following operations:

The terminal determines payment data corresponding to the customer and used for offsetting part of initial parking expense data after acquiring the initial parking expense data required to be paid by the customer, then corrects the initial parking expense data according to the payment data to obtain actual payment data actually required to be paid by the customer, and generates a corresponding financial form according to the actual payment data.

The terminal acquires identification information contained in a member account corresponding to a client, then determines a member point currently held by the corresponding client according to the identification information contained in the member account, determines point data for offsetting partial initial parking fee data according to the member point, corrects the generated initial parking fee data according to the point data to obtain actual payment data actually required to be paid by the client, and generates a corresponding financial form according to the actual payment data.

Specifically, for example, a parking fee order generated by a customer using a parking place of a certain mall includes 30-yuan initial parking fee, the customer owns a member account registered in a parking lot management system, when the customer pays the parking fee, a terminal detects the member account of the customer, determines that the member account currently holds 100 member points, converts the 100 member points into 10-yuan point data, then partially cancels the 30-yuan initial parking fee data according to the 10-yuan point data, and finally generates 20-yuan actual parking fee data, and the customer can complete the payment for the 30-yuan parking fee order only by paying 20 yuan at this time.

In this embodiment, after the initial parking fee data that the customer needs to pay is acquired through the terminal, the payment data corresponding to the customer and used for offsetting part of the initial parking fee data is determined, then the initial parking fee data is corrected according to the payment data to obtain the actual payment data that the customer actually needs to pay, and a corresponding financial form is generated according to the actual payment data.

Therefore, according to the embodiment, when the parking lot manager gives preference to the customer to pay the parking fee according to different modes, the terminal generates the corresponding financial form aiming at the process so as to be used by the parking lot fee collection main body to perform corresponding financial accounting, the application range of the parking fee management method is expanded, and the practicability of the parking fee management method is improved.

In addition, referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a parking fee management device, including:

the system comprises a building module, a payment module and a payment module, wherein the building module is used for building a preset expense management platform, the preset expense management platform is connected with a plurality of payment channels of a parking lot;
