s5: after S1-S4, after antistatic treatment, taking down polyester yarns on the polyester yarn traction equipment and sleeving the polyester yarns at the outer positions of the two groups of connecting cross rods 23, holding a handle by a worker and applying force to the outside so as to enable the door body 27 to rotate through a hinge and turn over to the front side, sleeving the two groups of connecting cross rods 23 in the inner cavities of the upper and lower groups of arrangement grooves 22 respectively and fixing the positions of the connecting cross rods 23 under the action of the upper and lower groups of arrangement blocks 24, and dispersing the accumulated and concentrated polyester yarns by the worker to fully distribute the polyester yarns on the connecting cross rods 23;

s6: after the door body 27 is closed again, the control valve is opened, the heating fan 21 is started, hot air is injected into the inner cavity of the heat treatment box 26 through the heating air pipe 20, moisture on the polyester yarns is evaporated and is discharged through the exhaust pipe 25, and therefore heat treatment is carried out on the polyester yarns;

s7: when the heat treatment is carried out in S5-S6, the time duration of the heat treatment is controlled to be 15-18 minutes through the timing relay 19 and the temperature controller 18, the temperature is controlled to be 50-60 ℃, and the heat treatment effect is ensured;

s8: through the steps of S1-S7, the antistatic treatment process and the heat treatment process are finished, the antistatic effect is improved, and the antistatic agent is prevented from being separated;

s9: after the antistatic treatment is finished through steps S1 to S7, the second bolts 14 are screwed to be separated from the second screw holes 16, and then the mounting risers 15 are moved to the left side to be separated from the first treatment tank 2, thereby detaching the first mounting bracket 1 and the electrostatic disk 12;

s10: through steps S1 to S7, the antistatic treatment process is completed, the first bolt 7 is screwed to be separated from the first screw hole 8, and then the mounting frame 10 is moved upward to be separated from the second mounting frame 6, thereby detaching the mounting frame 10 and the ion wind bar 9.
