Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of living appliances, in particular to a bracket, a child chair and application.

Background

The child seat is adapted to be seated by a child aged 0 to 14 years and is capable of providing relatively firm support to enable the child to be seated safely in the child seat. The children can sit on the children chair to have dinner or play games.

The child seat mainly includes two parts, a seating part for seating a child, and a supporting part for stably supporting the seating part on the ground. The child chairs currently on the market can be divided into two types based on the difference of the support part. The support part of a child chair of the kind comprising several support legs, which correspond to a point support, stands on the ground and opens up to a certain distance from each other to support the seat firmly above the ground. The support portion of another type of child seat is a support frame or a support cushion which serves as a surface support for resting directly on the ground to firmly support the seat portion above the ground.

At present, in order to facilitate going out with children, the consumer demands for portability of the child chair are increased, and many child chairs are provided to be foldable. The supporting legs of the former type of child chair can be mutually closed to be folded and stored, and the supporting part and the sitting part of the latter type of child chair can be mutually closed to be folded and stored.

It will be appreciated that for children, there are times when it is necessary to eat in a child chair and there are times when it is necessary to rest on a child chair, particularly for younger children. This requires changing the structure of the seating portion, and it is noted that the position of the force applied to the support portion is also changing while the child changes posture. This puts high demands on the stability of the support part, so that the support part of the child chair which can adjust the sitting part to the posture change of the child is generally designed to be more stable, for example, the support part has a larger weight, or the support structure is more complex, so as to provide stable support for the child sitting in the sitting part, which is contrary to the trend of portability of the child chair.

It is understood that the terms "a" and "an" should be interpreted as meaning that a number of one element or element is one in one embodiment, while a number of other elements is one in another embodiment, and the terms "a" and "an" should not be interpreted as limiting the number.

Referring to figures 1 to 8 of the drawings, a child chair 1 according to a preferred embodiment of the invention is illustrated, wherein the child chair 1 is intended for use with infants, toddlers or older children. The child chair 1 is able to provide a firm support for the user.

The user can sit on the child chair 1 for dining or playing games, and can also lie on the child chair 1 for rest. It is noted that when the position of the user on the child chair 1 changes, the center of gravity of the child chair 1 subjected to pressure may also change, for example, the center of gravity of the user in a sitting position and the center of gravity of the user in a lying position may not be in the same position. This puts high demands on the stability of the child chair 1. The child chair 1 provided by the embodiment can provide stable support for a user through a relatively simple design, so that the child chair 1 can be applied to various use scenes.

Specifically, the child chair 1 comprises a support, which may be a foldable support 1000, and a support pad 2000, wherein the support pad 2000 is disposed on the foldable support 1000 and can be folded along with the foldable support 1000. The foldable stand 1000 of the child seat 1 includes a seat portion 10 and a support portion 20, wherein the support portion 20 is used for supporting the seat portion 10, the seat portion 10 is used for a user to sit, and the support portion 20 supports the seat portion 10. The support pad 2000 is placed on the ride 10. When the child chair 1 is used, the supporting part 20 may be placed on a work surface, which may be the ground, and supported at a certain height from the seating part 10.

The seating part 10 includes a back support 11 and a seating support 12, wherein the back support 11 can support the back of the user, and the seating support 12 can support the buttocks of the user, so that the user can be seated on the seating part 10 safely. The back support 11 is connected to the seating support 12, and the seating part 10 can form a seating space 100, the seating space 100 being formed between the back support 11 and the seating support 12. The user can ride in the seating space 100.

The position of the seating space 100 with respect to the support part 20 is variable so that the position or magnitude of the force applied by the seating part 10 and the support part 20 is changed. The position of the entire seat portion 10 with respect to the support portion 20 may be variable, or the position of some of the seat portions 10 with respect to the support portion 20 may be variable. Of course, when the positions of the seating part 10 and the supporting part 20 are kept relatively fixed, a user with a large size may also cause the position or magnitude of the force applied to the supporting part 20 by the seating part 10 to change when the user sits on the seating part 10.

The support portion 20 can be adjusted to accommodate changes in the force from the seating portion 10.

In detail, the support part 20 includes at least one support leg 21 and at least one support assembly 22, wherein at least one support leg 21 is provided at both sides of the seating part 10, respectively, and the support assembly 22 is connected to the support leg 21. The support legs 21 may extend from the seat support 12 of the seat portion 10 or from the back support 11 of the seat portion 10. In the present embodiment, the support legs 21 extend from the seat support 12 of the seat part 10. It will be appreciated that when the child chair 1 is in use, the seat support 12 is generally located lower than the back support 11 and the support legs 21 support the seat support 12 in a lower position to facilitate overall stability of the child chair 1. It is understood that the number of the support legs 21 may be one or more, and when the number of the support legs 21 is one, the number of the support assemblies 22 may be one or more.

The support assembly 22 is located on the ground and is connected to the support leg 21. The support assembly 22 and at least one of the support legs 21 form a support angle, which may be an acute angle. The support assembly 22 is supported by the support leg 21, and the support leg 21 supports the seat 10.

In the present embodiment, one end of the support leg 21 is connected to the seat support 12 of the seat 10, and the other end of the support leg 21 is connected to the support assembly 22. From the perspective of the entire child chair 1, the junction of the support leg 21 and the support member 22 acts as a fulcrum, most of the support leg 21 of the support portion 20 of the child chair 1 is suspended, the seat portion 10 bears on the support leg 21, and the support leg 21 bears on the support member 22 through the junction of the support leg 21 and the support member 22.

Further, the support assembly 22 comprises at least one support member 221, wherein the support member 221 is connected to the support leg 21. The support leg 21 has a high end and a low end, wherein the high end of the support leg 21 is connected to the seating part 10 and the low end of the support leg 21 is connected to the support part 221 of the support assembly 22.

The support assembly 22 may further include a support connector 222, wherein the support connector 222 is adapted to be connected to the support member 221. The support connection 222 may be mounted to the support member 221. The support link 222 may be mounted to the support member 221 for use during use of the child chair 1. That is, the supporting connection member 222 can be used as a use accessory of the child chair 1, and can be detached or installed according to requirements. In this embodiment, the supporting connection 222 is connected to the supporting member 221.

The support member 221 extends outward from the lower end of the support leg 21 by a predetermined distance to be stably supported on the seating part 10. The support connection 222 is connected to the support member 221 to facilitate increased support of the seat 10.

In detail, in this example, the number of the supporting pieces 221 is two, each of the supporting pieces 221 extends from the supporting leg 21 and the supporting piece 221 extends toward the back support 11 side of the seat 10. The supporting member 221 is connected to the supporting leg 21 and the supporting connector 222, respectively. When the child chair 1 is used while being placed on the ground, the support part 221 of the support part 20 is attached to the ground, and the support leg 21 supported by the support part 221 is supported at a predetermined height.

The support part 20 has a support area, wherein the support part 221 and the support connection 222 form the support area. When the support link 222 is mounted to the support 221, the support area can be enlarged, thereby facilitating stable support of the seating part 10.

In more detail, the supporting connection 222 can be mounted to the supporting member 221 and extend in the same direction as the supporting member 221. In this example, the support member 221 is implemented as a support arm, and the support connection 222 extends for the length of the support arm. As for the support 221, the seating support 12 of the seating part 10 is closer to the support 221 than the back support 11. The sitting support 12 generally bears a large weight of the human body, but the user has a center of gravity shifted toward the back support 11 side with respect to the sitting posture in various postures, for example, lying postures. The center of gravity may shift rearward if the user located in the seating space 100 is used as a coordinate. In this case, the support connection 222 of the support assembly 22 extends along the support member 221 to increase the support area towards the back support 11 side, which is beneficial for maintaining the stability of the entire child chair 1.

In other words, the child seat 1 can be adapted to the change of the center of gravity of the seat portion 10 and accordingly the support of the supporting portion 20 is adjusted, so that the supporting portion 20 can be adapted to the change of the seat portion 10 and finally a stable support is achieved as a whole.

The support connection 222 may be received in the support 221 when not in use and does not itself take up excessive space or weight. That is, the adaptability adjustment of the support portion 20 to the seating portion 10 does not require a sacrifice in portability for the support portion 20. The support 20 need not be designed to be bulky to accommodate different usage scenarios.

Further, in this example, the support connector 222 of the support assembly 22 is connected to the support member 221 and can be folded over the support member 221 for convenient storage and use.

In detail, one end of the supporting member 221 is connected to the supporting leg 21, the other end of the supporting member 221 is connected to the supporting link 222, and the supporting link 222 is rotatably connected to the supporting member 221. For example, the support link 222 is pivotally connected to the support member 221.

The supporting connection member 222 can be rotated to overlap the supporting member 221, an included angle between the supporting connection member 222 and the supporting member 221 is 0 °, and can also be rotated to extend in the same direction as the supporting member 221, and an included angle between the supporting connection member 222 and the supporting member 221 is 180 °. Optionally, the support connector 222 is rotated by an angle ranging from 0 ° to 360 ° relative to the support member 221.

Further, when the supporting portion 20 is subjected to the acting force from the seating portion 10, the portion of the supporting member 221 of the supporting assembly 22 connected to the supporting connector 222 is pressed against the ground, and the portion of the supporting member 221 connected to the supporting leg 21 has a tendency of tilting upward. The support of the seat 10 can be increased by lengthening the distance from the support assembly 22 to the connection of the support leg 21 and the support member 221, on the one hand, and by enlarging the force-receiving area, on the other hand.

Referring to fig. 4, the supporting connectors 222 can be respectively installed on two supporting members 221, such that one supporting member 221 located at the left side, the supporting connector 222 located at the middle side, and the supporting member 221 located at the right side are connected to each other to form a stable supporting system.

In detail, one end of one of the supporting links 222 is connected to one of the supporting members 221, and the supporting link 222 rotates to the other end to be connected to the other of the supporting members 221.

When the supporting links 222 are completely overlapped with the corresponding supporting pieces 221, the supporting pieces 221 respectively located at both sides have a tendency to be drawn inward, and this tendency is prevented by the supporting links 222, and the entire supporting part 20 is more stable. Further, the supporting connection member 222 between the two supporting members 221 can be pressed against the ground to increase the contact area between the supporting portion 20 and the ground, which is beneficial for stably supporting the seat portion 10 on the ground, but it is understood that the child seat 1 can be placed in other working environments, such as a vehicle, by taking the ground as an example.

Further, the other support connecting member 222 may also be rotated to be connected to the two support members 221, respectively. Alternatively, when the two supporting connectors 222 are respectively rotated to be connected to the two supporting members 221, the two supporting connectors 222 may be overlapped with each other.

Further, the supporting member 22 has a free end 2201 and a connecting end surface 2202, wherein the connecting end surface 2202 is formed at a connecting end of the supporting member 22, wherein the connecting end is connected to the supporting leg 21.

In this example, the number of the supporting connecting piece 222 and the number of the supporting pieces 221 are two, and the free end 2201 is one end of the supporting connecting piece 222 which is not connected to the supporting pieces 221 or one end of the supporting pieces 221 which is not connected to the supporting leg 21. The connection end surface 2202 is formed at an end of the support member 221 connected to the support leg 21.

When the two support connectors 222 are respectively overlapped with the support member 221 or only the support member 221, the free ends of the support members 221 have a tendency to draw together inwardly or outwardly during the load-bearing process, and the center of gravity of the seating portion 10 is also shifted rearward with respect to the support members 221. The supporting connection pieces 222 are located between the two supporting pieces 221 and respectively supported on the two supporting pieces 221 so that the positions of the supporting pieces 221 are kept fixed.

In this way, the deflection of the support 221 is prevented. In other words, the free ends 2201 of the supporting members 22 are extended to the connecting end surface 2202 by preventing the free ends of the supporting members 221 from approaching each other, thereby facilitating the supporting of the seating portion 10 on the working surface.

The child chair 1 further comprises a locking assembly 30, wherein the locking assembly 30 is arranged to the support assembly 22 of the support portion 20. The locking assembly 30 is used for locking the supporting member 221 and the supporting connection member 222 of the supporting member 22.

The locking assembly 30 includes at least one engaging member 31, at least one retaining seat 32 and at least one retaining seat 33, wherein the retaining seat 33 is disposed at a junction between the supporting member 221 and the supporting connector 222 of the supporting assembly 22, and the retaining seat 32 is mounted on the supporting member 221 of the supporting assembly 22 and can move along a surface of the supporting member 221 under the application of an external force. The engaging member 31 is disposed on the supporting connector 222 of the supporting member 22.

In detail, when the supporting connection piece 222 is not needed to be used, the supporting connection piece 222 is overlapped with the supporting piece 221, and the limit seat 32 can slide to one end of the supporting piece 221 close to the supporting leg 21. The engaging member 31 is disposed at a free end of the supporting connector 222. When the supporting connector 222 is overlapped with the supporting member 221, the engaging member 31 is engaged with the position-limiting seat 32, so that the supporting member 221, the supporting connector 222 and the position-limiting seat 32 are mutually limited.

When one of the supporting connectors 222 needs to span to connect two of the supporting members 221, the engaging member 31 at the free end of the supporting connector 222 can be engaged with the fixing seat 33 of the other supporting member 221, thereby fixing the two supporting members 221 and the supporting connector 222. Similarly, for the other supporting connector 222, the fixing seat 33 disposed at the connection point of the opposite supporting member 221 and the supporting connector 222 can be engaged by the engaging member 31.

Further, one of possible factors of the change in the acting force from the seating portion 10 is a change in the posture of the user himself/herself, such as the user leaning forward or backward, and the other possible factor is a change in the seating portion 10 himself/herself.

The seat portion 10 may be changeable in position entirely with respect to the support portion 20, for example, the entire seat portion 10 may be rotatable with respect to the support portion 20, so that the center of gravity of the seat portion 10 is changed. In this example, the back support 11 of the seat unit 10 is described as being movable. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the seat support 12 of the seat part 10 may also be movable.

Referring to the seating part 10 of the child chair 1 shown in fig. 5 to 6, the back support 11 of the seating part 10 moves rearward, and the back support 11 is rotatably connected to the seating support 12.

The child seat 1 further includes at least one connection seat 40, the number of the connection seats 40 being two, and being respectively disposed at both sides of the seating part 10, wherein the seat support 12 and the back support 11 of the seating part 10 are respectively connected to the connection seats 40. The coupling seat 40 is installed at the junction of the seat support 12 and the back support 11. The support legs 21 of the support part 20 are mounted to the coupling seat 40. It is understood that the seat support 12 and the back support 11 can also be connected to the connecting seat 40 respectively, that is, the seat support 12 can be connected to the back support 11 by means of the connecting seat 40.

The back support 11 of the sitting portion 10 is pivotally connected to the sitting support 12 such that the angle between the back support 11 and the sitting support 12 is larger or smaller.

The relative positions of the back support 11 and the seat support 12 of the seating part 10 can be adjusted and can be fixed at the adjusted positions.

The child seat 1 further comprises a switch 50, wherein the switch 50 may be arranged in the seat part 10, for example in the position of the back support 11 of the seat part 10. The seating part 10 is controllably connected to the switch 50.

When the switch 50 is operated, the back support 11 can be released relative to the seat support 12. For example, when the switch 50 is toggled or pressed, the back support 11, which is originally fixed relative to the sitting support 12, can move toward the sitting support 12 or move away from the sitting support 12, so that the size of the sitting space 100 can be changed. For a user, the user may lie on the seat portion 10 of the child chair 1 when the angle between the back support 11 and the seat support 12 becomes larger, and the user may sit on the seat portion 10 of the child chair 1 when the angle between the back support 11 and the seat support 12 becomes smaller.

By operating the switch 50, the back support 11 and the seat support 12 can be maintained in a fixed position to provide a firm support for the user. It will be appreciated that the locking and unlocking of the back support 11 and the seat support 12 may be varied, for example by snap-fitting, screwing, etc.

Further, referring to fig. 6 with emphasis, when the center of gravity of the seating part 10 is moved backward, if the support member 22 is kept at the original short length, the probability that the entire child seat 1 will fall backward increases. The length of the support member 22 on the side of the seat 10 can be extended. That is, the support members 22 can extend toward the same side as the center of gravity of the seating portion 10 moves rearward to reduce the chance of the child seat 1 tipping rearward.

In other words, when the length of the center of gravity of the seating portion 10 projected to the connection end surface 2202 on the working surface is extended, the distance from the free end 2201 of the support member 22 to the connection end surface 2202 can be extended in the same direction.

Optionally, the projection of the seat 10 on the work surface is located inside the free end 2201 of the support member 22. That is, the maximum distance from the free end 2201 of the support member 22 to the junction of the support member 22 and the support leg 21 is greater than the distance of the center of gravity of the seat 10 projected to the junction of the support member 22 and the support leg 21.

Further, the child chair 1 comprises at least one armrest 60, wherein the armrest 60 is disposed on both sides of the seat portion 10 and connected to the seat support 12 and the back support 11, respectively, so that a user can place a hand at the position of the armrest 60 for obtaining support, and the armrest 60 can prevent the user in the seat portion 10 from falling off from the position of the seat portion 10 to some extent.

When the back support 11 of the sitting portion 10 is drawn toward the sitting support 12, the armrests 60 respectively connected to the sitting support 12 and the back support 11 can be folded so as not to cause an obstruction when the back support 11 and the sitting support 12 are drawn toward each other.

The number of the armrests 60 is two, and each armrest 60 comprises an armrest arm 61 and an armrest leg 62, wherein the armrest leg 62 is supported by the armrest arm 61 on the sitting support 12. The armrest arms 61 extend outwardly from the back support 11, and the armrest legs 62 extend outwardly from the seat support 12.

The armrest arm 61 is rotatably connected to the back support 11 and the armrest leg 62 is rotatably connected to the sitting support 12, for example, the armrest arm 61 is pivotably connected to the back support 11 and the armrest leg 62 is pivotably connected to the sitting support 12.

The armrest arm 61 is rotatably connected to the armrest leg 62. When the sitting support 12 and the back support 11 are close to each other, the armrest arms 61 and the armrest legs 62 can also be folded close to each other. When the seat support 12 and the back support 11 are moved away from each other, the armrest arms 61 and the armrest legs 62 can also be opened away from each other.

Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the child chair 1 has an open state and a folded state for the entire child chair 1, and the child chair 1 can be switched between the open state and the folded state by operating the child chair 1. In the present embodiment, the child chair 1 can be switched between the card punching state and the folding state by operating the switch 50. It will of course be appreciated that the switch 50 need not be present. The adjustment of the relative position of the seat support 12 and the back support 11 of the seat part 10 may also be independent of the switch 50 design. The sitting support 12 and the back support 11 can be adjusted in a stepped manner or in a stepless manner.

In the opened state, the seating support 12 and the back support 11 are formed in the seating space 100 for the user to sit, and the support part 20 is supported on the seating part 10 to support the seating part 10 on the ground.

In the folded state, the seat support 12 and the back support 11 are drawn close to each other, and the support portion 20 and the seat support 12 are drawn close to each other, so that the entire child chair 1 is maintained in a small size.

The back support 11 is folded towards the sitting support 12 while the armrests 60 connected to the back support 11 and the sitting support 12 are simultaneously folded. The support part 20 can also be folded over the seat support 12 of the seating part 10.

The support legs 21 and the support assemblies 22 of the support part 20, which are respectively located at both sides, can be respectively overlapped with the sitting support 12.

In the open position the support leg 21 and the support assembly 22 are supported by the seat support 12 and in the folded position the support leg 21 and the support assembly 22 are no longer supported by the seat support 12.

In detail, the support leg 21 of the support part 20 is connected to the connection seat 40, the seat support 12 is connected to the connection seat 40, and the back support 11 is connected to the connection seat 40. The movement of the support leg 21 originally located at the position of the connection seat 40 is limited by at least one of the connection seat 40, the seat support 12 and the back support 11, and the position of the seat support 12 and the back support 11 at the connection seat 40 is changed due to the change of the relative position of the seat support 12 and the back support 11, so that the support leg 21 of the support part 20 can move freely.

Under the action of gravity, the two support legs 21 have a tendency to approach towards a neutral position, the support legs 21 being able to rotate inwardly so that the support legs 21 and the support assemblies 22 on each side overlap the seat support 12. Therefore, the seat support 12, the back support 11, and the support part 20 of the seating part 10 can be overlapped with each other.

It is understood that the support portion 20 may be limited independently of the connecting seat 40 or the seat portion 10, for example, by other locking devices to lock the support portion 20 to the connecting seat 40 and/or the seat portion 10.

In the present embodiment, the unlocking of the supporting part 20 is achieved by the control synchronization of the seating part 10, the folding process of the child chair 1 is simplified, and the user can operate the switch 50 with one key to fold the child chair 1.

When the child chair 1 needs to be opened for use, a force is applied to the support legs 21 to move the two support legs 21 outwards. In other words, the support legs 21 can be erected to support the seating portion 10. A force is applied to the back support 11 and the seat support 12 of the seating part 10 so that the back support 11 can be opened with respect to the seat support 12. When the back support 11 is opened to a certain extent, the back support 11 and the seat support 12 can be fixed in this opened position.

Further, it is understood that the child chair 1 may be attached with functional parts, such as a table, a game stand, etc., to meet various needs of the user.

Further, the minimum length of the support member 22 is set to be substantially the same as the sitting support 12 so that the support member 22 and the sitting support 12 can be folded on each other as much as possible to save space.

According to another aspect of the invention, the invention provides a folding method of the child chair 1, wherein the folding method comprises the steps of: releasing the back support 11 of the child chair 1 to fold the back support 11 under gravity which automatically rotates towards the seat support 12; and

releasing the two support legs 21 of the child chair 1 to fold the automatically rotated support legs 21 under gravity onto the seat support 12 so that the back support 11, the seat support 12 and the support legs 21 are folded onto each other, wherein the support legs 21 are connected to the support assembly 22, wherein the length of the support assembly 22 is adjusted to be substantially the same as the seat support 12.

According to another aspect of the invention, the invention provides a method of operating the foldable stand 1000 or the child chair 1, wherein the method of operating comprises the steps of:

the support portion 20 of the foldable stand 1000 is adjusted to accommodate changes in the center of gravity of the ride 10.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a length of the support member 22 of the foldable stand 1000 is adjusted to accommodate changes in the center of gravity of the seat 10 to which the support member 22 is engaged.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the center of gravity of the seating part 10 is shifted rearward, the length of the support member 22 is extended in the same direction.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the support member 22 is extended in length by rotating the support link 222.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the length of the support member 22 is extended by stretching the support connector 222 outwardly.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the length of the supporting component 22 is extended by installing the supporting connecting member 222 on the supporting member 221 in the length direction of the supporting member 221.

According to another aspect of the invention, the invention provides a method of assembling the foldable stand 1000 or the child chair 1, wherein the method of assembling comprises the steps of:

the supporting part 20 is installed on the seating part 10, the supporting part 20 is used for supporting the seating part 10, wherein the supporting link 222 of the supporting component 22 of the supporting part 20 is movably installed on the supporting part 221 to change the supporting fulcrum of the supporting part 20 on the working surface to adapt to the change of the center of gravity of the seating part 10.

Referring to fig. 9 and 10, another embodiment of the child chair 1 according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.

In the present embodiment, the support assembly 22A of the support portion 20A of the child chair 1 is embodied as telescopic. For example, the support connector 222A is movably connected to the support member 221A back and forth so that the length of the support assembly 22A can be changed.

The support connection member 222A and the support member 221A after the position adjustment can be fixed at the adjusted position.

Referring to fig. 11 and 12, another embodiment of the child chair 1 according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.

In this embodiment, the supporting part 221B and the supporting connection part 222B of the supporting component 22B of the supporting part 20B of the child chair 1 are foldable with each other, and the supporting part 221B is supported by the supporting connection part 222B while being lifted by the supporting connection part 222B by a certain distance, for example, by lifting the supporting part 221B by providing an elastic supporting part between the supporting part 221B and the supporting connection part 222B to keep a certain distance from one end of the supporting connection part 222B.

In actual use, the supporting link 222B can move relative to the supporting member 221B to extend along the supporting member 221B, thereby stably supporting the seat 10.

In this way, the user can visually find that the child seat 1 is in an unstable state because the supporting member 221B is lifted up and the seat 10 supported by the supporting member 221B is lifted up backward, so that the user is alternately prompted to adjust the position of the supporting link 222B.

Referring to fig. 13 and 14A and 14B, another embodiment of the child chair 1 according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.

In this embodiment, one end of the support connection 222C of the support component 22C of the support portion 20C of the child chair is connected to the support member 221C, and the other end can extend above the support member 221C and be supported at a predetermined position of the seating portion 10 of the child chair 1. In other words, by the support link 222C, the support part 20C can be made to play a supporting role not only at the joint of the support leg 21C and the seat part 10 but also at the joint of the support link 222C and the seat part 10. For the seating portion 10, the support portion 20C may provide support in two directions, one support force being located forward of the seating portion 10 and the other support force being located rearward of the seating portion 10.

In detail, the supporting connection member 222C of the supporting portion 20C has a first connection end 2221C and a second connection end 2222C, wherein the first connection end 2221C is connected to the supporting portion 221C by the fixing base 33, and the supporting connection member 222C and the supporting portion 221C are disposed to be relatively movable by the fixing base 33. The supporting link 222C can rotate relative to the supporting member 221C, and when the supporting link 222C rotates to be located at the same length direction or approximately the same length direction as the supporting member 221C, the supporting link 222C can play a role of stable support when the child chair 1 is placed on the ground. When the supporting link 222C is rotated and the supporting member 221C is located on the same plane or approximately the same plane and the second connecting end 2222C is fixedly connected to the seating part 10, the supporting link 222C can directly support the seating part 10.

With regard to the child seat 1, there are three states, the first state is a folded state, which can refer to fig. 7, the second state is an extended open state in which the supporting part 221C of the supporting component 22C of the supporting part 20C and the supporting link 222C are located on the same plane, so that the supporting link 222C can extend the supporting distance for the supporting component 22C on the ground to facilitate the stability of the child seat 1, and the third state is a supported open state in which the supporting part 221C of the supporting component 22C of the supporting part 20C can be directly supported on the ground, and the supporting link 222C of the supporting component 22C can extend between the supporting part 221C and the seating part 10, so that the seating part 10 is more stably supported. It is understood that the first connection end 2221C of the support connection member 222C may be directly connected to the support member 221C or connected to the fixing base 33. The support leg 21C, the support member 221C of the support assembly 22C, the support link 222C, and the seat 10 may be surrounded as a stable frame structure.

As for the supporting link 222C, the supporting link 222C may be in one position such that the supporting link 222C extends in the length direction of the supporting member 221C, and then the supporting link 222C may be adjusted in another position such that the supporting link 222C extends between the supporting member 221C and the seating part 10. It is understood that the first connection end 2221C of the supporting connector 222C may be rotatably mounted to the fixing base 33, or may be mounted to the fixing base 33 by other means, for example, detachably mounted to the fixing base 33 and the fixing base 33 provides different connection positions for the supporting connector 222C, so that the supporting connector 222C is in different states.

In this embodiment, the fixing base 33 has a fixing groove 330, wherein the supporting connection member 222C can extend into the fixing groove 330 to be limited by the fixing base 33, so that the child chair 1 is in the extended open state. The supporting link 222 may be pulled out from the fixing groove 330, and then one end of the supporting link may be engaged with the fixing seat 33 and the other end thereof may be engaged with the seating part 10 to support the seating part 10. For the fixing seat 33, the fixing seat 33 can provide at least two positioning positions for the supporting connection piece 222C.

It will be appreciated that the child chair 1 may be adapted to be changed between three positions, respectively, or between two positions, for example, the child chair 1 illustrated above has only two positions, a folded position and an extended open position. The child chair 1 may also have only a folded state and a support opened state, for example, the first connection end 2221C of the support connection member 222C is mounted to the fixing seat 33, and the second connection end 2222C is mounted to the connection seat 40, but it is understood that the second connection end 2222C may also be mounted to the seat support 11 or the back support 12 of the sitting portion 10. When the child chair 1 needs to be changed from the folded state to the supporting and unfolded state, the first connection end 2221C of the supporting link 222C may be mounted on the supporting member 221C side and the second connection end 2222C may be mounted on the seat 10 side after the child chair 1 is unfolded. The child chair 1 may have only a folded state and an extended open state, and the support link 222C may be detachably mounted to the fixing base 33.

It is noted that, in the present embodiment, the support link 222C corresponding to one support member 221C extends vertically upward and supports the portion of the seat 10 corresponding to the side of the support member 221C. According to some embodiments of the present invention, two of the support connectors 222C may be arranged to intersect.

Referring to fig. 15 and fig. 16A and 16B, another embodiment of the child chair 1 according to the above preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.

The main difference between this embodiment and the above described embodiment is that the child chair 1 further comprises a support 70, the support 70 having a use state and a support state and being operable to be changed between the use state and the support state, in the use state, the support 70 is mounted to the seat 10 and located at the front side of the seat 10, and in the support state, the support 70 is mounted to the fixing seat 33 to lower the center of gravity of the entire child chair 1 so that the child chair 1 is stably supported on the working surface. The support 70 is adapted to be supported by the support link 222D when the child chair 1 is in the extended open position, and the support 70 can be repositioned back to the front of the seat 10 for use by the user when the child chair 1 is in the support open position, and can also be mounted on the fixed seat 33 below the support link 222D. Stated differently, the support member 70 may be detachably mounted to the fixing groove 330 of the fixing base 33, wherein the first connection end 2221D of the support link 222D is mounted to the fixing groove 330 of the fixing base 33, and the second connection end 2222D is mounted to the connection base 40.

It is understood that the supporting member 70 can be disposed at other positions of the supporting portion 20D, such as the position of the supporting leg 21D or the position of the supporting member 221D.

It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the invention. The objects of the invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples, and any variations or modifications of the embodiments of the present invention may be made without departing from the principles.
