Background

As a sealing technical result used under a specific condition, the inflatable sealing ring is mostly made of rubber, and in order to improve the performance of the inflatable sealing ring, the whole inflatable sealing ring is usually vulcanized;

the vulcanizing mold comprises a vulcanizing liner, a mold shell, a supply structure and a discharge structure, wherein the vulcanizing liner is provided with protrusions, the supply structure is used for supplying vulcanizing fluid, the discharge structure is used for discharging the vulcanizing fluid, the vulcanizing liner is arranged on the inner side of the mold shell, a cavity is formed between the outer wall of the vulcanizing liner and the inner wall of the mold shell, the supply structure is arranged on the upper side of the mold shell, the discharge structure is arranged on the lower side of the mold shell, the protrusions are arranged on the outer wall of the vulcanizing liner, and the protrusions are opposite to the protrusions and are obliquely arranged on the vulcanizing liner.

The discharge hole is matched with the supply hole, and the circulation of the vulcanization fluid in the cavity is realized through the communication with the cavity, so that the vulcanization consistency of the inflatable sealing ring is improved.

and after the vulcanization is finished, the grab handle is rotated reversely to drive the butt plate to move upwards, the fastening air bag is closed, and the air-filled sealing ring after the vulcanization is finished is taken out to obtain a final product.

The production method is correspondingly provided, and the application of the production system is further adapted, so that the vulcanization effect of the inflatable sealing ring in the vulcanization process of the inflatable sealing ring is effectively improved, and the vulcanization effect has better consistency.

the vulcanizing mold 1 comprises a vulcanizing liner 11 provided with a protrusion 111, a mold shell 12, a supply structure 13 for supplying vulcanizing fluid and a discharge structure 14 for discharging vulcanizing fluid, wherein the vulcanizing liner 11 is arranged on the inner side of the mold shell 12, a cavity 34 is formed between the outer wall of the vulcanizing liner 11 and the inner wall of the mold shell 12, the supply structure 13 is arranged on the upper side of the mold shell 12, the discharge structure 14 is arranged on the lower side of the mold shell 12, the protrusion 111 is arranged on the outer wall of the vulcanizing liner 11, and the protrusion 111 is arranged in a manner of inclining relative to the vulcanizing liner 11.

the clamping and fixing part 2 comprises a plurality of limiting screws 21, a butt joint plate 22 and a plurality of handgrips 23, the limiting screws 21 penetrate through the die shell 12, the limiting screws 21 are in threaded connection with the die shell 12, the butt joint plate 22 is arranged on the lower sides of the limiting screws 21, the butt joint plate 22 is in rotary connection with the limiting screws 21, and the handgrips 23 are arranged on the upper sides of the limiting screws 21 in a one-to-one correspondence manner;

the abutting plate 22 has an arc-shaped protrusion 221 and a plate body 222, the arc-shaped protrusion 221 is disposed on the lower side of the plate body 222, the plate body 222 is in threaded connection with the limiting screw 21, and the plate body 222 is an annular plate.

s105: and after the vulcanization is finished, the grab handle 23 is rotated reversely to drive the abutting plate 22 to move upwards, the fastening air bag 3 is closed, and the air-filled sealing ring after the vulcanization is finished is taken out to obtain a final product.

The production method is correspondingly improved according to the production system, so that the production method can compound the structural characteristics of the production system, and further realize the consistent vulcanization of the inner side and the outer side of the inflatable sealing ring.
