The waterproof fabric is characterized by comprising a contact layer (1), a reinforcing layer (2), a health-care layer (3), a heat-preservation layer (4) and a waterproof layer (5), wherein one side of the contact layer (1) is connected with the reinforcing layer (2), the reinforcing layer (2) is connected with the health-care layer (3), the health-care layer (3) is connected with the heat-preservation layer (4), and the heat-preservation layer (4) is connected with one side of the waterproof layer (5).

2. The waterproof fabric according to claim 1, wherein the contact layer (1) comprises a first facing (11), a flow guiding layer (12) and a second facing (13), and the flow guiding layer (12) is arranged between the first facing (11) and the second facing (13).

The waterproof fabric according to claim 2, wherein the flow guide layer (12) comprises a first adhesive layer (121), a support column (122) and a second adhesive layer (123), two ends of the support column (122) are respectively connected with the first adhesive layer (121) and the second adhesive layer (123), the second adhesive layer (123) is connected with the second surface layer (13), and the first adhesive layer (121) is connected with the first surface layer (11).

4. The waterproof fabric according to claim 3, wherein the supporting columns (122) are provided in plurality, and the supporting columns (122) are uniformly distributed between the first adhesive layer (121) and the second adhesive layer (123).

5. Waterproof fabric according to claim 4, characterized in that the reinforcing layer (2) is woven crosswise from weft threads (21) and warp threads (22), and the weft threads (21) and the warp threads (22) have the same diameter.

The waterproof fabric according to claim 5, wherein the health-care layer (3) comprises a coating layer (31), through holes (311) and health-care balls (32), the health-care balls (32) are wrapped in the coating layer (31), the coating layer (31) is provided with the through holes (311), and the through holes (311) are communicated with the health-care balls (32).

7. The waterproof fabric according to claim 6, wherein the health balls (32) are provided in plurality and uniformly distributed in the coating layer (31).

8. The waterproof fabric according to claim 7, wherein the health-care balls (32) are processed from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

16-25 parts of nano active calcium silicate, 10-18 parts of diatom ooze, 5-16 parts of far infrared mineral substances, 6-14 parts of nano tourmaline powder, 4-10 parts of magnetic ordered mesoporous carbon, and neodymium iron boron powder: 10-40 parts.

9. The waterproof fabric according to claim 8, wherein the far infrared mineral is far infrared ceramic micro powder.

10. A method for preparing a waterproof fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:

bonding a reinforcing layer (2) on one side of the contact layer (1), and then flattening;

bonding the flattened fabric with one side of the health-care layer (3) together to form a secondary fabric;

bonding the secondary fabric and one side of the heat-insulating layer (4) together to form a primary fabric;

and coating a waterproof layer (5) on one side of the primary fabric to form the waterproof fabric.

Technical Field

The embodiments of the application belong to the technical field of microfluidic chips, and particularly relate to a waterproof fabric and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The waterproof fabric is a novel textile fabric, and the components of the waterproof fabric are formed by a macromolecular waterproof breathable material (PTFE membrane) and a cloth composite fabric.

The main functions of the waterproof fabric are as follows: waterproof, windproof and warm-keeping. From the aspect of manufacturing process, the waterproof fabric can enable water vapor inside the structure to be rapidly discharged while enhancing the air tightness and the water tightness of the fabric, prevent the structure from breeding mould and is a novel healthy and environment-friendly fabric.

With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, the requirement on the waterproof fabric is higher and higher, however, the waterproof fabric in the current market only has the waterproof and heat-insulating functions and does not have other effects, so that further improvement is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the embodiment of the application is to provide a waterproof fabric and a preparation method thereof, the fabric is more comfortable by arranging a contact layer, the fabric is more durable in structure by arranging a reinforcing layer, and the waterproof fabric has a health-care function by arranging a health-care layer, so that the problem in the background art is solved.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the waterproof fabric and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows:

in a first aspect, the embodiment of the application discloses a waterproof fabric, including contact layer, enhancement layer, health care layer, heat preservation and waterproof layer, contact layer one side with the enhancement layer is connected, the enhancement layer with the health care layer is connected, the health care layer with the heat preservation is connected, the heat preservation with waterproof layer one side is connected.

In an embodiment that is preferred in any of the foregoing solutions, the flow guiding layer includes a first adhesive layer, a supporting pillar, and a second adhesive layer, two ends of the supporting pillar are respectively connected to the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer, the second adhesive layer is connected to the second surface layer, and the first adhesive layer is connected to the first surface layer.

In a preferred embodiment of any one of the above solutions, the number of the supporting pillars is multiple, and the multiple supporting pillars are uniformly distributed between the first bonding layer and the second bonding layer.

In a preferred embodiment of any of the above aspects, the reinforcing layer is formed by weaving weft yarns and warp yarns in a crossed manner, and the diameters of the weft yarns and the warp yarns are the same.

In a preferred embodiment of any one of the above schemes, the health care layer comprises a coating layer, through holes and health care balls, the health care balls are wrapped in the coating layer, the coating layer is provided with the through holes, and the through holes are communicated with the health care balls.

In a preferred embodiment of any of the above schemes, the health care balls are provided in plurality and uniformly distributed in the coating layer.

In a preferred embodiment of any one of the above schemes, the health-care ball is processed from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

16-25 parts of nano active calcium silicate, 10-18 parts of diatom ooze, 5-16 parts of far infrared mineral substances, 6-14 parts of nano tourmaline powder, 4-10 parts of magnetic ordered mesoporous carbon, and neodymium iron boron powder: 10-40 parts.

In a preferred embodiment of any one of the above schemes, the far infrared mineral is far infrared ceramic micro powder.

Compared with the prior art, the waterproof fabric of the embodiment of the application can be more comfortable by arranging the contact layer, can be more durable structurally by arranging the reinforcing layer, and can have a health-care function by arranging the health-care layer, thereby solving the problems in the background art.

Through inciting somebody to action the guiding layer set up in between first surface course and the second surface course, when producing liquid, the guiding layer can play the effect of hydrofuge, through with the support column both ends respectively with first tie coat and second tie coat are connected, consequently, can realize forming the space between first tie coat and the second tie coat to play the effect of hydrofuge, when production, first tie coat and second tie coat respectively with first surface course and second surface course bond, can facilitate the processing, help improving work efficiency.

The health-care balls are wrapped in the coating layer, the coating layer is provided with through holes, the through holes are communicated with the health-care balls, when liquid flows into the health-care balls, nano tourmaline powder can generate heat, the nano tourmaline powder can resist bacteria and radiate infrared rays and release negative ions, neodymium iron boron powder can generate a stable magnetic field, and the magnetic ordered mesoporous carbon has a huge specific surface area and a rich three-dimensional pore structure, so that the high specific surface area is favorable for adsorption and storage of the negative ions and diatom ooze; the regular and ordered open pore canals and the pore diameter with adjustable size provide a path for generating negative ions, and are favorable for slowly and continuously generating the negative ions for a long time.

In a second aspect, a method for preparing the waterproof fabric comprises the following steps:

bonding a reinforcing layer on one side of the contact layer, and then flattening;

bonding the flattened fabric and one side of the health-care layer together to form a secondary fabric;

bonding the secondary fabric and one side of the heat-insulating layer together to form a primary fabric;

and coating a waterproof layer on one side of the primary fabric to form the waterproof fabric.

Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the waterproof fabric provided by the embodiment of the application can make the fabric more comfortable by arranging the contact layer, can make the fabric more durable structurally by arranging the reinforcing layer, and can make the waterproof fabric have a health-care function by arranging the health-care layer.

In order to make the technical solutions better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

Examples

As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the application provides a waterproof fabric, including contact layer 1, enhancement layer 2, health care layer 3, heat preservation 4 and waterproof layer 5, contact layer 1 one side with the enhancement layer 2 is connected, the enhancement layer 2 with health care layer 3 is connected, health care layer 3 with heat preservation 4 is connected, heat preservation 4 with waterproof layer 5 one side is connected.

In the waterproof fabric provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fabric is more comfortable by arranging the contact layer 1, the fabric is more durable in structure by arranging the reinforcing layer 2, and the waterproof fabric has a health-care function by arranging the health-care layer 3, so that the problems in the background art are solved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the contact layer 1 includes a first surface layer 11, a flow guiding layer 12 and a second surface layer 13, the flow guiding layer 12 is disposed between the first surface layer 11 and the second surface layer 13, the flow guiding layer 12 includes a first adhesive layer 121, a supporting column 122 and a second adhesive layer 123, two ends of the supporting column 122 are respectively connected to the first adhesive layer 121 and the second adhesive layer 123, the second adhesive layer 123 is connected to the second surface layer 13, the first adhesive layer 121 is connected to the first surface layer 11, the supporting column 122 is provided with a plurality of supporting columns 122, and the plurality of supporting columns 122 are uniformly distributed between the first adhesive layer 121 and the second adhesive layer 123.

In the waterproof fabric according to the embodiment of the present invention, the flow guiding layer 12 is disposed between the first surface layer 11 and the second surface layer 13, when liquid is generated, the flow guiding layer can play a role of moisture removal, and two ends of the supporting column 122 are respectively connected to the first bonding layer 121 and the second bonding layer 123, so that a gap can be formed between the first bonding layer 121 and the second bonding layer 123, thereby playing a role of moisture removal.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the reinforcing layer 2 is formed by weaving weft yarns 21 and warp yarns 22 in a crossing manner, and the weft yarns 21 and the warp yarns 22 have the same diameter, so that the structure is more durable.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the health care layer 3 includes a coating layer 31, a through hole 311 and a health care ball 32, the health care ball 32 is wrapped in the coating layer 31, a through hole 311 is arranged on the coating layer 31, the through holes 311 are communicated with the health care balls 32, a plurality of health care balls 32 are arranged, and are uniformly distributed in the coating layer 31, by wrapping the health care balls 32 in the coating layer 31, the coating layer 31 is provided with a through hole 311, the through hole 311 is communicated with the health care ball 32, when liquid flows into the health-care ball 32, the nano tourmaline powder can generate heat, the nano tourmaline powder can resist bacteria, radiate infrared rays and release negative ions, the neodymium iron boron powder can generate a stable magnetic field, and by adopting the magnetic ordered mesoporous carbon, the diatom ooze adsorbent has huge specific surface area and abundant three-dimensional pore structures, and the high specific surface area is favorable for adsorption and storage of negative ions and diatom ooze; the regular and ordered open pore canals and the pore diameter with adjustable size provide a path for generating negative ions, and are favorable for slowly and continuously generating the negative ions for a long time.

Compared with the prior art, the waterproof fabric of the embodiment of the application can be more comfortable by arranging the contact layer 1, can be more durable in structure by arranging the reinforcing layer 2, and can have a health-care function by arranging the health-care layer 3, so that the problem in the background art is solved.

16 parts of nano active calcium silicate, 10 parts of diatom mud, 5 parts of far infrared ceramic micro powder, 6 parts of nano tourmaline powder, 4 parts of magnetic ordered mesoporous carbon and 10 parts of neodymium iron boron powder, when liquid flows into the health-care ball 32, the nano tourmaline powder can generate heat, can resist bacteria, radiate infrared rays and release negative ions, the neodymium iron boron powder can generate a stable magnetic field, and by adopting the magnetic ordered mesoporous carbon, the magnetic ordered mesoporous carbon has huge specific surface area and rich three-dimensional pore structure, and the high specific surface area is favorable for adsorbing and storing the negative ions and diatom mud; the regular and ordered open pore canals and the pore diameter with adjustable size provide a path for generating negative ions, and are favorable for slowly and continuously generating the negative ions for a long time.

Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the waterproof fabric provided by the embodiment of the application can make the fabric more comfortable by arranging the contact layer 1, can make the fabric more durable structurally by arranging the reinforcing layer 2, and can make the waterproof fabric have a health-care function by arranging the health-care layer 3.
