Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of decorative material production and manufacturing, in particular to a manufacturing method and equipment for a surface relief effect of a decorative material panel.

Background

The relief art is an elegant and classic decorative element, is used in interior decoration by many designers, and perfectly explains the concept of combining modern aesthetic perception and traditional culture viewing. The relief art can be applied to interior decoration design and can express the idea of humanity and aesthetic. The texture relief of the decorative material combines with color and texture to bring people a feeling of being comfortable, natural and pleasant.

The manufacturing method of the surface relief of the decorative panel on the current market mainly comprises two methods: one method is to use an embossing roller to press; in another method, the concave-convex effect is firstly made on other processed materials (such as paper), and then the materials are pasted on the decorative material panel.

The first method comprises the steps of impregnating the wood board with the mixed resin modified solution, drying, and putting the wood board into a mould for hot pressing (limited by the type of the decorative material panel); there is also a process of embossing a rubber cement layer (or other material) coated on the decorative material panel by an embossing roller to form a three-dimensional structure. The second method is mostly used for the process of preparing the textured paper with the concave-convex structure and then pressing and pasting the textured paper on the decorative material panel. The two methods of the traditional process have the advantage of high production efficiency, but are limited by engraving the texture on the embossing roller, so that the relief texture of the finished decorative plate is not fine enough; and the surface wear resistance of the plate finished product is not enough by adopting a method of pressing and pasting the texture paper.

The ink jet printing technology is developed in the late 1990 s, is mature before 2010, is not only limited to jet color ink based on the development of various materials, but also has a great application in the industries such as ceramic tiles, textiles and the like besides the printing industry, and improves the original production flow and manufacturing process of the industries.

UV ink jet printing has been used to print directly on the surface of various building materials to obtain fine patterns and even texture reliefs. However, the decorative panel obtained by direct printing has poor wear resistance and taste on the surface, and the UV ink is not firmly combined with the decorative panel and is easy to fall off, so that the decorative panel is not widely applied. But the ink drop of the ink jet printing is tiny, the printing precision is high, the digital control is realized, the digital images acquired from different channels can be conveniently printed, and the like, and the ink jet printing ink can still be used for manufacturing decorative materials.

On the other hand, photosensitive resins have been widely used in various industries. The photosensitive resin has the characteristics of low viscosity, high curing speed, small swelling, small curing shrinkage and the like, and can ensure the volume precision before and after curing; the photosensitive resin has various types, and the formula can be adjusted according to specific application, so that the requirements of environmental protection, high hardness after curing, wear resistance and the like are met.

Therefore, the traditional process and the ink-jet printing process are combined, and the decorative material manufacturing method which has the advantages of the traditional process and the ink-jet printing process and can form the relief effect on the surfaces of different materials can be found.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical means, the original characteristics, the achieved purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further described with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the method for manufacturing the surface relief effect of the decorative material panel provided by the invention is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 1: uniformly coating the UV coating on the surface of the substrate by using a first coating module for multiple times;

step 2: rolling the cured UV coating layer by using an embossing module under certain pressure and temperature to form a partial concave structure on the UV coating layer;

and step 3: spraying UV ink on the concave structure of the UV coating layer;

and 4, step 4: irradiating the substrate by using a curing module to enable the UV coating on the surface of the substrate to be cured and shaped;

and 5: cleaning the surface of the substrate through a post-treatment module, and removing the UV coating which is not subjected to photocuring;

step 6: and coating a protective layer on the surface of the substrate by using the second coating module.

When the UV coating device is used, a base material is placed on a conveyor belt, then the conveyor belt is started to drive the base material to move, when the base material reaches a first coating module, the step 1 is executed, and the first coating module is used for uniformly coating the UV coating on the surface of the base material for multiple times; when the substrate reaches the first curing module, starting the first curing module to cure the UV coating on the substrate (this is an optional step, and whether to implement is selected according to specific coating UV coating (resin) materials); when the substrate reaches the embossing module, step 2 is performed, the previously engraved circular steel embossing roll with the convex-concave three-dimensional pattern on the surface is preheated by 50kgf/cm2The UV coating is rolled under pressure to form a structure with a part of the UV coating on the surface of the substrate recessed downwards, and the manufacture of the main body relief structure is completed. Specifically, if the substrate is printed with a texture pattern of material, the concave structures pressed by the embossing roller are aligned with the printed texture pattern on the substrate. The engraving plate is embossed to form a three-dimensional structure with 0.010-0.015 mm of concave. And (3) when the substrate reaches the spraying module, performing step 3, and spraying the UV ink on the surface of the substrate by using the spraying module, so that the UV coating on the surface of the substrate is divided into a part of which the surface is coated with the UV ink and a part of which the surface is not coated with the UV ink. In particular, the depressions obtained by embossing are exposed to the surface of an embossing rollerThe line width and the height of the engraved texture are limited, the fineness of the texture of partial areas is insufficient or has loss, and the problem to be solved in the step 3 is the problem. The digital images of the texture of the material can be obtained through different channels such as scanning, digital image processing and the like, the digital images can be conveniently sprayed on the surface of the base material in an ink jet printing mode, liquid drops sprayed by a nozzle are small, the positioning is accurate, and the UV ink spraying can be carried out on the part with insufficient texture fineness (including the situation that the texture is not extruded or the texture is not deep) of an embossing result. When the substrate reaches the curing module, step 4 is executed, and the surface of the substrate processed by the previous step is cured by one or more ultraviolet light sources. The part of the upper surface of the substrate, which is not coated with the UV coating of the UV ink, is embossed only by an embossing roller and is cured and shaped under the irradiation of an ultraviolet light source; the part of the UV coating with the UV ink coated on the surface can be made into deeper textures on the basis of embossing; and (5) when the substrate reaches the post-treatment module, cleaning the surface of the treated substrate by using a hairbrush, removing the UV coating which is not subjected to photocuring, obtaining a deeper concave structure at the corresponding position, and when the substrate reaches the second coating module, executing step 6, and coating a colorless protective layer on the decorative plate by using coating equipment.

Further, in this embodiment, the protective layer is transparent paint for making the decorative plate transparent and bright.

Further, the substrate can be a decorative building material of various nature, including but not limited to the production of flooring, floor tiles, furniture upholstery, wall upholstery, such as wood and its derivatives, paper or cardboard, metal, plastic materials, stone, glass, ceramics, and the like.

Furthermore, the surface of the base material can be printed with texture patterns of the material or without patterns.

Further, the UV coating is photosensitive resin, such as melamine, polyurethane, epoxy resin and the like; the coating thickness is controlled to be about 2-3 mm.

A decorative material panel with surface relief effect.

The invention is further provided with: the base material is any one of wood, an aluminum plate, a copper plate, LVP, SPC, WPC, LVT, MGO and a calcium silicate plate.
