referring to fig. 1-5, an immersion-pressing cold-batch system comprises a cold-batch box 2 and cold-batch liquid arranged in the cold-batch box, wherein the cold-batch liquid is provided with textile fabrics 1 to be treated, and a box door 21 is arranged at the side part of the cold-batch box 2; the cold batch box is characterized in that a top pressure plate 3 and a bottom base plate 4 are arranged in the cold batch box 2, the top of the top pressure plate 3 is connected with the bottom end of an elastic shaft 31, the top end of the elastic shaft 31 extends upwards, the bottom of the top pressure plate 3 is opposite to the top of the bottom base plate 4 from top to bottom, a soaking cavity 23 is formed between the top pressure plate 3 and the bottom base plate 4 in a clamped mode, a textile fabric 1 is arranged in the soaking cavity 23, the bottom of the textile fabric 1 is placed on the top of the bottom base plate 4, the bottom of the bottom base plate 4 is connected with the top of an elastic table 5, and the bottom of the elastic table 5 is fixedly connected with a box bottom plate 24 in the cold batch box 2. Preferably, the elastic shaft 31 and the elastic table 5 are both metal springs.

The use method of the immersion-compression cold stack system comprises the following steps: firstly opening a box door 21, then placing the textile fabric 1 into a soaking and pressing cavity 23, after the textile fabric 1 is placed, the bottom of the textile fabric 1 is placed on the top of a bottom cushion plate 4, then closing the box door 21, then filling cold heap liquid into a box inner cavity 26 through a feed hole 22 until the cold heap liquid in the box inner cavity 26 overflows the textile fabric 1, then closing the feed hole 22, then driving a top pressing plate 3 to downwards move through an elastic shaft 31 so as to downwards press the textile fabric 1, driving the bottom cushion plate 4 to downwards move so as to compress the elastic table 5 while the textile fabric 1 is downwards pressed, driving the top pressing plate 3 to upwards move through the elastic shaft 31 when the elastic table 5 can not be compressed any more, in the process that the top pressing plate 3 upwards moves, the bottom cushion plate 4 is lifted by the rebounding force of the elastic table 5 until the bottom cushion plate 4 is lifted to an initial position, then driving the top pressing plate 3 to repeatedly downwards and upwards move according to the operation method, until the cold-batch treatment is finished.

Example 2:

the basic contents are the same as example 1, except that:

the bottom cushion plate 4 comprises a left bottom sub-plate 41 and a right bottom sub-plate 42, the elastic table 5 comprises an elastic left table 51 and an elastic right table 52, the bottom of the left bottom sub-plate 41 is connected with the top of the elastic left table 51, the bottom of the right bottom sub-plate 42 is connected with the top of the elastic right table 52, and the bottoms of the elastic left table 51 and the elastic right table 52 are fixedly connected with the box bottom plate 24; an inter-plate cavity 43 is clamped between the bottom left sub-plate 41 and the bottom right sub-plate 42, an inter-plate cavity 53 communicated with the inter-plate cavity 43 is clamped between the elastic left table 51 and the elastic right table 52, an upper top column 6 is arranged in the inter-table cavity 53, the bottom end of the upper top column 6 is fixedly connected with the box bottom plate 24, and the top end of the upper top column 6 extends upwards into the inter-plate cavity 43; an inner groove 33 is formed in the bottom of the top pressure plate 3, and the inner groove 33 is arranged right opposite to the top end of the upper top column 6 after passing through the pressing cavity 23.

Example 3:

the basic content is the same as that of the embodiment 2, except that:

the upper support pillar 6 is of a truncated cone structure with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part, and the top end of the upper support pillar 6 is of a sphere-like structure. The elastic left platform 51 and the elastic right platform 52 are both in a cone frustum structure with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part; the elastic left table 51 and the elastic right table 52 are both metal springs.

Example 4:

the basic contents are the same as example 3, except that:

a column inner cavity 61 is formed in the upper support pillar 6, a plurality of column through holes 62 are formed in the side wall of the upper support pillar 6, and the box inner cavity 26 in the cold batch box 2 is communicated with the column inner cavity 61 through the column through holes 62. A pressing plate inner cavity 34 is arranged in the top pressing plate 3, a plurality of plate through holes 35 are formed in the top pressing plate 3, and the box inner cavity 26 in the cold reactor box 2 is communicated with the pressing plate inner cavity 34 through the plate through holes 35.
