4. The thermal sublimation transfer paper coating of claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent comprises a bactericide, a defoamer, and a leveling agent.

5. The thermal sublimation transfer paper coating of claim 1, wherein the coating weight of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating is 3-6 gsm.

6. The thermal sublimation transfer paper coating layer according to claim 1, wherein the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating layer further comprises 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of a viscous resin.

7. The method for preparing the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating layer of any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the following steps:

step S1: placing water and a stable material in a high-speed dispersion tank, and stirring at a low speed for 10-20 minutes;

step S2, slowly adding the filler into the high-speed dispersion tank, feeding the filler twice at an interval of 10-20 minutes, and dispersing at high speed for 30-60 minutes after feeding;

step S3: slowly adding an ink absorbing material, and dispersing at a high speed for 60-90 minutes until the ink absorbing material is uniformly dispersed;

step S4: slowly adding the viscous resin, the lubricating material and the auxiliary agent, and stirring at medium speed for 10-30 minutes.

8. Use of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating of any one of claims 1-6 in the preparation of thermal sublimation transfer paper.

9. A thermal sublimation transfer paper characterized by comprising a base paper layer and the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating layer according to any one of claims 1 to 6.

10. The thermal sublimation transfer paper according to claim 9, further comprising a barrier layer located between the base paper layer and the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating layer; the barrier layer raw material comprises one or more of starch glue, polyvinyl alcohol, alkyl ketene dimer, silicone structural glue, polyamide polyurea resin and urea resin.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of transfer printing paper, in particular to a thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

The thermal sublimation transfer printing is a process of printing pictures and texts such as human images, landscapes, characters and the like on thermal sublimation transfer printing paper in a mirror image mode by using an ink-jet printer filled with thermal sublimation transfer printing ink, heating the pictures and texts by using thermal transfer printing equipment, and sublimating and permeating the thermal transfer printing ink on the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper into a printing stock, thereby vividly transferring color images on the paper to the printing stock. The thermal sublimation transfer printing process has the advantages of low cost, strong personalized customization, wide application field and the like.

In the prior art, the production of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper mainly comprises two modes of external coating and internal coating. The off-machine coating is fussy in production process, low in efficiency and high in cost, and cannot meet the price demand of the existing market for the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper, so that the production mode of the off-machine coating is paid more and more attention and applied. However, when the in-machine coating process is adopted, the transfer papers on the market have the problems of insufficient ink bearing capacity, obvious permeation false flower phenomenon and low printing precision after transfer printing, and simultaneously have paper defects of coating scratches, coating blocks, uneven coating transverse web quantitative quantity, uneven tension, broken edges, holes and the like, wherein the uneven coating scratches, coating blocks and coating transverse web quantitative quantity accounts for up to 70 percent.

Therefore, further improvements to the prior art are needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, there is a need for a thermal sublimation transfer paper coating and a preparation method thereof, which solve the problems of coating scratches of the thermal sublimation transfer paper produced in the machine, adhesion of coating impurities, uneven coating, image burrs, penetration, low precision and the like in the prior art.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

according to the first aspect, the invention provides a thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating, which comprises, by mass, 10-80 parts of an ink absorbing material, 20-80 parts of a filler, 1-5 parts of a stabilizing material, 1-10 parts of a lubricating material and 1-2 parts of an auxiliary agent; the lubricating material is one or more of zinc stearate, calcium stearate, stearic acid amide, oleic acid amide, ethylene bis-stearic acid amide and paraffin; the stabilizing material is one or more of tri (2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid, sodium dodecyl sulfate, methyl amyl alcohol, Gul glue, fatty acid polyglycol ester and sodium polyacrylate.

Preferably, in the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, the stabilizing material is sodium polyacrylate, and the weight average molecular weight is 1000-5000.

Preferably, in the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, the lubricating material is calcium stearate.

Further, in the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, the ink absorbing material is one or more of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyacrylamide, agar, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone and chitosan.

Preferably, in the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, the ink absorbing material is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, the substitution degree of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is more than or equal to 0.6, the purity is more than or equal to 90 percent, and the water content is less than or equal to 10 percent.

Further, in the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, the filler is one or more of calcined kaolin, light calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, oxidized starch, oat native starch and esterified starch.

Preferably, in the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, the filler is a mixture of calcined kaolin, light calcium carbonate and oxidized starch.

Further, in the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, the auxiliary agent includes a bactericide, a defoaming agent, and a leveling agent.

Further, in the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, the coating weight of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating is 3-6 gsm.

Further, in the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating further comprises 0.1-10 parts by mass of viscous resin.

In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of a thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, which comprises the following steps according to the mixture ratio of the raw materials:

step S1: placing water and a stable material in a high-speed dispersion tank, and stirring at a low speed for 10-20 minutes;

step S2, slowly adding the filler into the high-speed dispersion tank, feeding the filler twice at an interval of 10-20 minutes, and dispersing at high speed for 30-60 minutes after feeding;

step S3: slowly adding an ink absorbing material, and dispersing at a high speed for 60-90 minutes until the ink absorbing material is uniformly dispersed;

step S4: slowly adding the viscous resin, the lubricating material and the auxiliary agent, and stirring at medium speed for 10-30 minutes.

Further, in the preparation method of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, in the step S1, the low-speed stirring rotating speed is not lower than 500 r/min; in the step S2, the high-speed dispersion rotating speed is not lower than 1200 r/min; in the step S3, the high-speed dispersion rotating speed is not lower than 1200 r/min; in the step S4, the medium-speed stirring speed is not lower than 500 r/min;

in a third aspect, the invention provides an application of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating in preparation of thermal sublimation transfer printing paper.

The invention provides thermal sublimation transfer printing paper which comprises a raw paper layer and the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating.

Further, the thermal sublimation transfer paper further comprises a blocking layer, wherein the blocking layer is positioned between the raw paper layer and the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating; the barrier layer raw material comprises one or more of starch glue, polyvinyl alcohol, alkyl ketene dimer, silicone structural glue, polyamide polyurea resin and urea resin.

Preferably, in the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper, the raw material of the barrier layer is 70-95 parts of starch glue and 5-30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol by mass.

Further, in the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper, the barrier layer is applied to the surface of the base paper by means of surface sizing; the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating is coated on the blocking layer in a coating mechanism coating mode in a paper machine.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating provided by the invention prevents the moisture of the coating from seeping down to the raw paper layer, so that the moisture of the coating stays on the surface within a short time, the moisture is easier to dry, the drying speed is increased, the production speed is further increased, and the coating can be suitable for high-speed production of one-step forming in a machine at the speed of not less than 500 m/min.

The thermal sublimation transfer paper coating provided by the invention contains a stabilizing material, so that the coating has better stability and is not easy to aggregate to form impurity particles; the lubricating material has good lubricating effect, so that the coating is not easy to adhere to the surface of the coating roller in the running process, the aggregation of impurities of a material block is reduced, and the adhesion of coating scratches and coating impurities caused by the coating impurities is solved; and meanwhile, the coating of the coating is more uniform, and the local quantification is prevented from being higher.

And thirdly, the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating raw materials have a synergistic effect, the selected stable material has negative charges and forms a package with the surface layer of the lubricating material, and the stable material and the surface layer of the lubricating material are physically complexed, so that the hydrophobic performance of the lubricating material is further improved, the problems of ink permeation, burrs and image ghosting are reduced, and the image precision is improved.

And (IV) the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating also has the function of a lubricating coating mechanism, so that the service life of the coating mechanism in the machine is prolonged.

The thermal sublimation transfer paper comprises the blocking layer and the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, and the raw materials of the blocking layer and the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating interact with each other, so that the phenomena of burrs and permeation caused by the infiltration of ink in the printing process are further avoided, and the precision of images is improved.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be further clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention. It should be noted that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In the description of the present invention, it is to be noted that those whose specific conditions are not specified in the examples are carried out according to the conventional conditions or the conditions recommended by the manufacturers. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.

Example 1

The thermal sublimation transfer paper coating comprises, by mass, 32 parts of an ink absorbing material, 61 parts of a filler, 2 parts of a stabilizing material, 4 parts of a lubricating material and 1 part of an auxiliary agent. The ink absorbing material is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; the filler is a mixture of calcined kaolin, light calcium carbonate and oxidized starch; the stabilizing material is sodium polyacrylate with the weight average molecular weight of 2000, and the lubricating material is calcium stearate; the auxiliary agent is a mixture of a bactericide, a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent.

The preparation method of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating comprises the following steps:

step S1: placing water and a stable material in a high-speed dispersion tank, and stirring at a low speed for 10 minutes;

step S2, slowly adding the filler into the high-speed dispersion tank, feeding the filler twice at an interval of 10 minutes, and dispersing at high speed for 30 minutes after feeding is finished;

step S3: slowly adding an ink absorbing material, and dispersing at a high speed for 60 minutes until the dispersion is uniform;

step S4: slowly adding the viscous resin, the lubricating material and the auxiliary agent, and stirring at medium speed for 10 minutes.

Example 2

As shown in fig. 1, a thermal sublimation transfer paper includes a raw paper layer, a barrier layer and the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating layer of embodiment 1. The barrier layer is positioned between the raw paper layer and the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating; the barrier layer comprises 80 parts of starch glue and 20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol.

The preparation method of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper comprises the following steps:

step 1, respectively preparing a barrier layer raw material and a thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating raw material; wherein the solid content of the raw material of the barrier layer is 13 percent, and the viscosity is 40 mpa.s; the solid content of the coating raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper is 31%, and the viscosity is 1300 mpa.s.

Step 2: dehydrating and forming the raw paper layer slurry through a head box, a forming net, a water scraping plate and a pressing part, and modifying through a yankee cylinder to obtain raw paper without glue;

and step 3: applying a barrier layer coating on the top of the raw paper layer prepared in the step 2 in a high-speed paper machine in a roll sizing mode; the glue application amount is 1.0g/m2

And 4, step 4: coating the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating raw material on the barrier layer prepared in the step 3 in a high-speed paper machine in a machine coating mode; the coating amount was 5g/m2

And 5: drying, calendaring and rolling the product obtained in the step 4 in a high-speed paper machine; cutting, rewinding and packaging outside the high-speed paper machine; the speed of the high-speed paper machine is more than 500 m/min; and (5) obtaining the product.

Example 3

As shown in fig. 2, the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper comprises a raw paper layer and a thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating layer. The coating raw materials of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper comprise, by mass, 15 parts of an ink absorbing material, 70 parts of a filler, 2 parts of a stabilizing material, 8 parts of a lubricating material, 5 parts of a viscous resin and 2 parts of an auxiliary agent. The ink absorbing material is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; the filler is a mixture of calcined kaolin, light calcium carbonate and oxidized starch; the stabilizing material is sodium polyacrylate with the weight average molecular weight of 1000; the lubricating material is calcium stearate, and the viscous resin is styrene-butadiene latex; the auxiliary agent is a mixture of a bactericide, a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent. The preparation method of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating is the same as that of the example 1.

The preparation method of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper comprises the following steps:

step 1, preparing a thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating raw material; the solid content of the coating raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper is 40%, and the viscosity is 1500 mpa.s.

Step 2: dehydrating and forming the raw paper layer slurry through a head box, a forming net, a water scraping plate and a pressing part, and modifying through a yankee cylinder to obtain raw paper without glue;

and step 3: coating the raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating on the raw paper layer prepared in the step 2 in a high-speed paper machine in a machine coating mode; the coating amount was 6g/m2

And 4, step 4: drying, calendaring and rolling the product obtained in the step 3 in a high-speed paper machine; cutting, rewinding and packaging outside the high-speed paper machine; the speed of the high-speed paper machine is more than 500 m/min; and (5) obtaining the product.

Example 4

A thermal sublimation transfer paper, the structure and the preparation method are the same as those of the embodiment 2. The raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating layer is different from that of example 2. In this embodiment, the coating raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper includes, by mass, 24 parts of an ink absorbing material, 70 parts of a filler, 3 parts of a stabilizing material, 4 parts of a lubricating material, 1 part of a viscous resin, and 1 part of an auxiliary agent. The ink absorbing material is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; the filler is a mixture of calcined kaolin, light calcium carbonate and oxidized starch; the stabilizing material is sodium polyacrylate with the weight-average molecular weight of 3000, and the lubricating material is calcium stearate; the viscous resin is styrene-butadiene latex; the auxiliary agent is a mixture of a bactericide, a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent. The preparation method of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating is the same as that of the example 1.

Example 5

A thermal sublimation transfer paper, the structure and the preparation method are the same as those of the embodiment 2. The raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating layer is different from that of example 2. In this embodiment, the coating raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper comprises, by mass, 32 parts of an ink absorbing material, 61 parts of a filler, 2 parts of a stabilizing material, 4 parts of a lubricating material, and 1 part of an auxiliary agent. The ink absorbing material is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; the filler is a mixture of calcined kaolin, light calcium carbonate and oxidized starch; the stable material is tri (2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid, and the lubricating material is calcium stearate; the auxiliary agent is a mixture of a bactericide, a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent. Example 6

A thermal sublimation transfer paper, the structure and the preparation method are the same as those of the embodiment 2. The raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating layer is different from that of example 2. In this embodiment, the coating raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper comprises, by mass, 32 parts of an ink absorbing material, 61 parts of a filler, 2 parts of a stabilizing material, 4 parts of a lubricating material, and 1 part of an auxiliary agent. The ink absorbing material is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; the filler is a mixture of calcined kaolin, light calcium carbonate and oxidized starch; the stabilizing material is sodium lauryl sulfate, and the lubricating material is calcium stearate; the auxiliary agent is a mixture of a bactericide, a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent. The preparation method of the thermal sublimation transfer printing paper coating is the same as that of the example 1.

Comparative example 1

A thermal sublimation transfer paper, the structure and the preparation method are the same as those of the embodiment 2. The raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating layer is different from that of example 2. The thermal sublimation transfer paper coating raw material in this comparative example does not contain a stabilizing material and a lubricating material, and the other raw material components and the content of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating are the same as those in example 2.

Comparative example 2

A thermal sublimation transfer paper, the structure and the preparation method are the same as those of the embodiment 2. The raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating layer is different from that of example 2. The coating raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer paper in this comparative example does not contain a lubricant, and the other raw material components and contents are the same as those in example 2.

Comparative example 3

A thermal sublimation transfer paper, the structure and the preparation method are the same as those of the embodiment 2. The raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating layer is different from that of example 2. The thermal sublimation transfer paper coating raw material in this comparative example does not contain a stabilizing material, and the other raw material components and contents are the same as those in example 2.

Comparative example 4

Commercially available conventional thermal sublimation transfer paper produced by in-machine one-shot forming. (35 g thermal sublimation transfer paper from Guangdong Guanhaohao high and New technology Co., Ltd.)

Data comparison

The thermal sublimation printing papers prepared in examples 2 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 3 and the commercial conventional thermal sublimation transfer printing paper were subjected to comparison in terms of paper ghost, paper surface impurity, printing ghost and printing precision, and the data are shown in table 1. Wherein comparative graphs of example 2 and comparative examples 1 and 4 are shown in FIGS. 3 to 6. In FIGS. 3 to 6, a is a transfer sheet of example 2, and b is a transfer sheet of comparative example 1. c is comparative example 4 transfer paper.

As can be seen from table 1, when the stabilizing material and the lubricating material are added to the raw material of the thermal sublimation transfer paper coating, physical complexation occurs between the stabilizing material and the lubricating material, so that a synergistic effect is generated, the hydrophobic property of the lubricating material is increased, the problems of ink permeation, burrs and image ghosting are reduced, and the image precision is improved; meanwhile, the stable material improves the stability of the viscosity and the particle size of the coating in the operation process, and prevents the coating from gathering to form impurity particles to cause coating scratches; the lubricating material passes through the coating roller and enables the coating not to be easily adhered to the surface of the coating roller, so that coating scratches are prevented from being formed in the coating process, and the hydrophobic property of the coating roller increases the design speed, so that the coating mechanism is lubricated, and the coating roller is more suitable for high-speed production in a machine.
