Since a fire accident of the electrical appliance may be caused by illegal electricity utilization of some students, for example, a phenomenon of using a high-power electrical appliance, it is necessary to monitor whether the students use the illegal electricity utilization.

And the micro-processing unit 104 is used for comparing the power consumption of the electric appliance with the stored set function value, and sending alarm information to the Internet of things communication module once detecting that the electric appliance is connected to the line within the power range exceeding the set value.

And the Internet of things communication module is used for sending alarm information to the connected remote server. It is easy to understand that the communication module of the internet of things corresponds to the power consumption circuits one by one, so that after the communication module of the internet of things sends out alarm information, the remote server can know which power consumption circuit has the condition of illegal power consumption.

In this embodiment, the internet of things communication module, specifically, the NB-IoT module at the internet of things end, has the advantages of long communication distance, wide coverage, low power consumption, and low cost compared with other wireless connection methods, such as bluetooth and Zigbee methods. Specifically, the system comprises at least one illegal electricity utilization monitoring device, a remote server and at least one mobile terminal connected to the remote server.

Specifically, the number of the illegal electricity utilization monitoring devices in the system should be consistent with the number of the electricity utilization lines in the collective place, and only 3 illegal electricity utilization monitoring devices are schematically drawn in the embodiment.
