1. A method for attaching a metal emblem for a leather product, comprising:

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a method for attaching a metal emblem, and more particularly, to a method for attaching a metal emblem for a leather product.

Background

Generally, a more famous company manufactures a trademark such as logo (logo), emblem (embeem) and the like as a label to attach to a product in order to highlight the company, and is widely publicized through mass media.

That is, a logo label attached to the outside of a product by sewing, an adhesive, or the like is printed and coated with a manufacturing company name or a brand name to show the image of a manufacturing company and the appearance of the product, thereby ensuring the quality of the product, and is printed and coated with various patterns to be exposed to the outside in order to have a decorative effect.

Conventionally, a label can be manufactured by various materials and various manufacturing methods, for example, including plastic injection molding, press working, die casting, engraving, etc., and a Logo designed in a unique font for a brand of a product, a product name, and a manufacturing company name can be formed on a metal Logo Badge (Logo bridge).

Further, in the case where the surface of the leather product is engraved with a decoration, although the service life is long, the external appearance is rather deteriorated, and it is difficult for consumers to recognize with the naked eyes.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for attaching a metallic emblem for leather products, which can improve the credibility of consumers to the products.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for attaching a metal emblem for leather products, which can prevent damage and improve the external appearance, and which can allow consumers to easily recognize the metal emblem with the naked eye.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for attaching a metal emblem for leather products, comprising: a) a material preparation step of preparing the long wallet fabric 100 of which the upper face is treated by Ultraviolet (UV) coating as a material for attaching the metal emblem 240; b) a washing step of removing foreign matter on the surface of the long wallet fabric 100 by wiping the surface of the long wallet fabric 100 with absolute alcohol; c) a heat polishing step of performing heat polishing (heat polishing) on the surface of the washed long wallet fabric 100 at 140 to 180 ℃ for 2 to 5 seconds by using a jig combined with the lower end of the cylinder 122 of the hot press 120; d) a tack welding step of tack welding the metal emblem 240 of the metal emblem badge structure 200 on the surface of the wallet fabric 100; e) a heat welding step of putting the wallet fabric 100 with the metal emblem 240 attached thereon on a jig of a heat welding machine (fusion spinner), and passing the wallet fabric through a heating furnace at a temperature of 80 to 100 ℃ for 2 to 4kg/cm2Performing hot welding for 5-10 seconds under the pressure; and f) an inspection step of inspecting the changable wallet fabric 100 with the metal emblem 240 attached thereto.

According to the method for attaching a metallic emblem for a leather product of the invention as described above, the invention has the following effects.

First, even though the metallic emblem groove is not additionally processed on the surface of the female-use wallet of the long wallet fabric 100, the metallic emblem 240 can be firmly attached so as not to protrude toward the surface of the leather product, and thus, the credibility of the consumer for the product can be improved.

Second, there is no need to form an additional groove on the surface of the female-use wallet, and thus, the female-use wallet can be prevented from being damaged and the external beauty can be improved, and a consumer can easily recognize the metal emblem badge with the naked eye.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, a method for attaching a metallic emblem for a leather product according to a preferred embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The terms or words used below cannot be interpreted as meanings commonly or dictionary-defined, and can be interpreted by meanings and concepts conforming to the technical idea of the present invention, based on the principle that the inventor appropriately defines the concept of the terms in order to explain his invention by the best method.

Fig. 1 is a process flow chart of a method for attaching a metallic emblem for leather products according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 2 is a plan side photograph showing a long purse fabric for women to which the present invention is applied. Fig. 3 is a sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 2.

And, fig. 4 is a schematic front view showing a heat welding machine used for the metal emblem attachment method for leather products of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing a metal emblem structure for a leather product according to the present invention. Fig. 6 is a rear view and a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing a metal emblem part in the metal emblem structure shown in fig. 5.

First, referring to fig. 1, the method for attaching a metallic emblem for leather products of the present invention includes a material preparation step S11, a washing step S12, a heat polishing step S13, a tack welding step S14, a heat welding step S15, and an inspection and packaging step S16.

First, a material for attaching the metal emblem 240 is prepared (step S11). In this case, as a material, a female long wallet material is prepared in the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the present invention is applicable to leather products related to fashion, such as various bags, handbags, purses, and the like.

In this case, preferably, the upper face of the long wallet fabric 100 is treated by Ultraviolet (UV) coating (110 of fig. 4). UV coating is a method of coating an object to be coated with a coating material that is cured in a short time by ultraviolet irradiation, and has higher hardness, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, and the like than general polyurethane coatings.

Further, since the UV curable coating material can be completely cured in a very short time, productivity and coating efficiency are excellent, and since the content of a volatile organic solvent contained in the coating material is small, the UV curable coating material attracts attention as a Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) standard coating material. Moreover, the coating film has high gloss and hardness and excellent physical and chemical properties.

Thereafter, the surface of the long wallet fabric 100 is washed (step S12), and in the washing process, a small amount of absolute alcohol harmless to the human body is applied to the cut pieces of cloth to wipe the surface of the long wallet fabric 100, thereby removing various foreign substances such as dust and contaminants existing on the surface of the long wallet fabric 100.

Thereafter, the surface of the long wallet cloth 100 whose surface is washed is subjected to heat polishing (heat burning) using a jig (jigs) (step S13). In this case, as an example, the jig having a product name of "signala" is combined with a lower end of a cylinder 122 of a heat press (heater press) 120, and an air pump 124 is driven with power supply (250V), so that the generated air pressure is supplied to the cylinder 122 through an air pipe 126, and the surface of the long wallet fabric 100 is heat-polished at a temperature of 140 to 180 ℃, preferably 150 ℃ for 2 to 5 seconds, preferably 3 seconds.

In this case, the hot press 120 used was a hot press of 7-way 86-2 switching system of Tuo Lu, Tortoise, Qingshang.

After that, the metal emblem 240 of the metal emblem structure 200 is tack-welded to the surface of the long wallet fabric 100 (step S14).

Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the metal emblem structure 200 includes a release paper 210, a film attachment 220, and a plurality of metal emblem portions 230.

One outer surface of the release paper 210 is coated, and a film member 220 of a transparent material is detachably connected to the coated surface through a metal emblem part 230. The film member 220 has a rectangular shape having a predetermined length and a predetermined thickness in the transverse and longitudinal directions, and a plurality of metal emblem portions 230 of a transparent material are formed at the rectangular shape at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the back surface of the film member 220.

In this case, a metal emblem 240 (english letter SIGNIA in the present invention) is provided in the center of the metal emblem portion 230, and the periphery of the metal emblem 240 is treated with an adhesive (242 in fig. 6). That is, a range from about 0.5mm on the left side of the english word "S" to about 0.5mm on the right side of the english word "a" through "I", "G", "N", "I", and about 42mm in the lateral direction and about 8mm in the longitudinal direction is treated with the adhesive 242.

Thus, after one metallic emblem part 230 is separated from the back surface of the film member 220, the metallic emblem 240 of the above-described metallic emblem part 230 is placed on the surface center part of the long wallet fabric 100.

After the surface of the wallet fabric 100 is pressed with the periphery of the metal emblem 240 subjected to the adhesive treatment by hand as described above, the metal emblem 240 (english word "SIGNIA") adheres to the surface of the wallet fabric 100 when the metal emblem portion 230 is separated from the wallet fabric 100.

In this case, in the case where the above-described heat welding temperature and time are limited as above, the heat welding effect is very little in the case where the heat welding temperature is lower than 80 ℃, and the metal emblem 240 may be attached to the surface of the long-money wallet fabric 100 in the case where the heat welding temperature is excessively higher than 100 ℃.

Also, in case that the heat welding time is less than 5 seconds, the heat welding effect is very little, and in case that the heat welding time is more than 10 seconds, the metal emblem 240 may be attached to the surface of the long wallet fabric 100.

After that, after the final inspection of the long wallet fabric 100 attached with the metal emblem 240 (step S16), the long wallet is completed using the long wallet fabric 100, and the completed product manufactured through the above process, that is, the woman indicates the brand of a company producing the product with the long wallet.

In the above-described process, according to the present invention, even if a metallic emblem groove is not additionally processed on the surface of the woman's wallet for a long, by the wallet fabric 100, the metallic emblem 240 can be firmly attached so as not to protrude toward the surface of the leather product, and thus, the credibility of the product for consumers can be improved.

Also, an additional groove does not need to be formed on the surface of the female-use wallet, so that the female-use wallet can be prevented from being damaged and the external beauty can be improved, and the consumer can easily recognize the metal emblem 240 with the naked eye.
