The embodiment of the application discloses a production process for book and periodical printing. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the book printing production process produces a book including a cover 101 and a book block 102, the book block 102 is adhered to a center seam of the cover 101, the center seam is used as a boundary, and the cover 101 can be divided into a front page and a rear page in azimuth.

The seat plate 81 is positioned between the inner leaf 2 and the outer leaf 1, the inner leaf 2 is provided with a side groove 21 cut from the side edge towards the middle seam, so that when the elastic belt 7 is installed, the U-shaped groove 84 can reach the position of the elastic belt 7, and the edge cover 12 covers the part of the seat plate 81 positioned at the side groove 21.

The cantilever 83 is in a sheet shape, the cantilever 83 comprises a main arm 831 and a sub-arm 832, the main arm 831 is connected with the transition part 82, the width of the main arm 831 is larger than that of the sub-arm 832, and the outer edges of the main arm 831 and the sub-arm 832 are in smooth transition; the inner sheet 2 is provided with a recess 22 at a position where the cantilever 83 is located, and the main arm 831 covers the recess 22 in the width direction and is closely attached to the inner surface of the inner sheet 2. The sub-arm 832 is smaller in width than the groove 22 and falls entirely within the confines of the groove 22.

The main arm 831 includes a curved portion 8311 curved away from the surface of the inner sheet 2 and a flat portion 8312 conforming to the surface of the inner sheet 2, the curved portion 8311 being connected to the transition portion 82. When the elastic band is used, the sub-arm 832 can be warped only by pressing the bending part 8311, so that the elastic band 7 can be embedded conveniently. The elastic band 7 can be wound on two adjacent press buckles 8 once or for multiple times to adjust the tightness of the bound pages.

When a reader reads the book formed by the process, the read pages can be bound with the cover 101 through the elastic belt 7, and if the read pages are few, the tension degree can be improved in a mode that the elastic belt 7 bypasses the U-shaped groove 84 of the pressing buckle 8; the cover 101 can be fixed with the cover 101 positioned on the end page of the book through the turning belt 4 in a magnetic attraction manner, so that the state of continuously keeping the book open is achieved, the book and the periodical open is not required to be additionally and labouriously kept, and the book and the periodical open device is convenient to operate and not easy to fatigue.

The production process for printing books and periodicals comprises the following steps:

A. manufacturing a book block 102: printing the book content on paper; folding the printed paper into a proper size; the folded sheets are sequentially assembled into a book block 102.

B. Manufacturing a cover 101: the cover 101 is manufactured by the following steps:

and step S1, printing the content of the cover 101 on the outer surface of the outer page 1, and cutting the edge to form a covered edge 12 and a through groove 16, wherein the covered edge 12 and the through groove 16 are cut by punching. The area to be indented defined by the edge cover 12 is indented to form the concave portion 15 while cutting out the edge cover 12.

Step S2, cutting out the side groove 21 and the penetrating groove 16 on the inner page 2, and indenting the inner page 2 to form a groove 22; then, a magnet 3 is stuck on the outer surface of the inner leaf 2;

preparing an elastic band 7, adhering two ends of the elastic band 7 to the outer surface of the inner leaf 2 and enabling the elastic band 7 to pass around the inner surface of the inner leaf 2;

preparing a pressing buckle 8, embedding the pressing buckle 8 through a side groove 21 and clamping the inner page 2, wherein the main arm 831 and the sub-arm 832 are positioned at the position of the groove 22, the main arm 831 covers the groove 22 in the width direction and is tightly attached to the inner surface of the inner page 2, and the sub-arm 832 falls into the area of the groove 22;

a flap tape 4 is provided, and one end of the flap tape 4 is stuck to the inner surface of the inner sheet 2.

In step S3, the outer sheet 1 is attached to the outer surface of the inner sheet 2, and the through-groove 16 of the inner sheet 2 corresponds to the through-groove 16 of the outer sheet 1. Then, the edge cover 12 is turned over and adhered to the inner surface of the inner leaf 2, and the edge cover 12 covers the part of the seat plate 81, which is positioned in the side groove 21; before the covering of the edge covering 12, the edge covering 12 is glued, and the side groove 21 is filled with glue. When the edge cover 12 is folded, the concave part 15 of the edge cover 12 is embedded into a through groove 16 formed by the inner page 2 and the outer page 1. And then the cover enters a drying device, and after the glue of the cover 101 is completely solidified, the turning belt 4 passes through the interval between the elastic belt 7 and the inner page 2.

A first decoration 5 and a second decoration 6 are provided, the convex structure 51 of the first decoration 5 is inserted into the through groove 16, the body of the first decoration 5 is pressed against the surface of the outer leaf 1, and the second decoration 6 presses the turning belt 4 into the concave area of the concave portion 15. After passing through the through hole 61 of the second decorative member 6 and the flap 4, the screw is screwed with the screw hole 52 of the first decorative member 5, and the flap 4, the first decorative member 5 and the second decorative member 6 are fastened.

C. The book block 102 and the cover 101 are combined: the center seam of the inner page 2 is coated with glue and then sleeved with the assembled book block 102.
