Technical Field

The invention relates to a drilling ship or a drilling platform with a riser storage yard in offshore drilling equipment, in particular to an automatic transmission riser system.

Background

At present, a marine riser storage yard on a drilling ship or a drilling platform is matched with one or more cranes or gantry cranes specially to complete the taking and placing of a marine riser, as shown in figure 1, the ship is specially provided with 2 cranes for the marine riser and simultaneously hoists to improve the efficiency of lowering the marine riser.

The operation flow of the conventional hoisting marine riser is shown in figure 2. The state when the riser is suspended, see fig. 3.

Usually, the process of hoisting the marine riser is reversible, and after the drilling work is finished, the marine riser is folded to a storage yard and is also finished by matching the catwalk vehicle and the crane.

In summary, the problems of the prior art are as follows:

1. the additional crane is poor in economical efficiency

Generally, in order to ensure the efficiency of lowering the marine riser in drilling operation, the equipped cranes have a wave compensation function, and the price of each crane is in the order of tens of millions.

2. High failure rate of crane

When the crane works on the sea, the crane belongs to vulnerable equipment, and if the crane goes wrong in the operation sea area, the efficiency of the drilling operation is directly influenced. If the sea state changes, a major accident may be caused.

3. Additional auxiliary personnel need to be equipped

Need to be equipped with extra auxiliary personnel, can not only carry out the control work of lifting hook through the camera.

3. the cost is low: the motor and the gear rack transmission system in the embodiment have low manufacturing cost, and are convenient to maintain and replace when the storage yard is in no-load;

4. the system operation redundancy is high: when the operation sea condition exceeds the expectation, the crane often limits the operation, and the invention can avoid the problem and can complete the drilling operation only by the driving of the motor.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.

As shown in fig. 4 to 14, the automatic transmission system of the marine riser yard of the present invention realizes the automatic sliding process of the marine riser by constructing a novel marine riser yard layout pattern and driving the gear transmission by the motor, so that the marine riser slides to the elevator and is conveyed to the catwalk vehicle.

The automatic transmission system comprises a support bracket, a support truss structure 3, a manipulator 5, a catwalk vehicle 51, an elevator 52 and a motor-driven gear transmission mechanism. The multi-layer supporting truss structure 3 is longitudinally arranged along the ship length direction to form a marine riser storage yard, the two marine riser storage yards are arranged on the left side and the right side of the ship, the lifting ladder 52 is installed in the middle of the two marine riser storage yards, the manipulator 5 is installed at the top of the lifting ladder 52, and the catwalk vehicle 51 is arranged below the manipulator 5. And a plurality of support brackets of the marine riser 1 are distributed on each layer of the support truss structure 3, the support brackets are connected with a motor-driven gear transmission mechanism, and the support brackets and the marine riser are driven by the motor-driven gear transmission mechanism to slide along the support truss structure 3.

The number of the marine risers shown in fig. 4 of this embodiment can be about 2500 meters deep, the length of each of the marine risers 1 is about 22.8 meters, and the marine risers are arranged longitudinally along the ship length direction, the cross-sectional view of the marine riser yard is shown in fig. 4, the yard is arranged on the left and right sides, the marine risers 1 in this embodiment are divided into 7 layers, each layer of the marine riser 1 is supported by the supporting truss structure 3 (the conventional marine riser yard has no such truss structure, and is arranged in a row), and the supporting truss structure 3 not only plays a supporting role, but also can be used as a sliding guide rail, which is specifically described below.

The riser 52 at the midship position can deliver the marine riser 1 to the top manipulator 5, pick up the marine riser 1 through the manipulator 5, and when the catwalk truck 51 returns to the position below the manipulator 5 from the drill floor, the manipulator 5 places the marine riser 1 on the catwalk truck 51 again to be delivered to the derrick.

The riser 1 is power-transmitted by the motor 4 and is slid into the vessel to the elevator 52. The motor 4 transmits power to the driving hinge 42 through the driving shaft 41 to operate the hinge.

As shown in fig. 6, each yard is equipped with a motor to transmit power to the hinge 42.

The riser 1 is clamped between the truss structures of the riser yard by the support brackets of fig. 7, and the support brackets are arranged along the length direction of the riser and are respectively positioned at the cross beams of the truss structures of the truss top view of fig. 5. The support bracket consists of a top bracket 11 and a bottom bracket 13 of the riser. The widths of the top bracket 11 and the bottom bracket 13 of the marine riser are not more than 600mm, and the range of the buoyancy blocks of the marine riser is staggered to prevent the buoyancy blocks from being damaged. The bottom bracket 13 has a pulley block 15 at the bottom, see fig. 7, which is slidable along the truss structure. Some support brackets have a clamping strip 16 at the bottom, see fig. 8, which can be driven by a transmission gear 21 to realize sliding through a pulley block 15.

In fig. 9 it can be seen that (in this example) 7 sets of support brackets (top and bottom) are arranged lengthwise per riser. Only 2 of which are pulled by the hinge.

The riser support bracket of fig. 9, not pulled by the hinge 42, is shown in fig. 10, with the pulley block 15 at the bottom and the limit stop 33 controlling the pulley to prevent slip derailment. The bottom of the support truss structure is provided with a crash track groove 34, and a crash bar 12 is arranged above the riser top bracket 11. When the risers are stacked, the weight of each layer of riser is transferred to the main hull by gravity, and all the weight is borne by the pulley block 15, the anti-collision rail groove 34 and the anti-collision strip 12.

As shown in fig. 11, the riser support bracket pulled by the hinge 42 in fig. 9 moves the transmission hinge 42 in fig. 6 to rotate the hinge transmission rack 24, so that the transmission shaft 2 rotates to move the transmission shaft gear 21, thereby moving the clamping strip 16 in fig. 7 to generate displacement, so that the riser slides through the pulley block 15.

As shown in fig. 12, the driving hinge 42 drives the rotating shaft clamping strip 24 to rotate.

Fig. 13 shows the motor 4 rotating through the motor shaft 41, thereby moving the rotating hinge 42, and 43 is the positioning rotating shaft.

As shown in fig. 14, the transmission gears of the same row of risers have different diameters, and the gear diameter near the elevator is reduced (as shown in fig. 14, element 23), where the linear speed is higher at the same hinge speed, so that it can accelerate until the elevator is landed. Therefore, the automatic transmission function of the marine riser is realized in a reciprocating mode.

When the marine riser is taken, the marine riser is taken from top to bottom so as to prevent the truss structure from being influenced by gravity and clamping the bracket below. When the riser is retracted, the riser is also stored from bottom to top.
