Technical Field

The invention relates to an underground tool matched with a high-pressure water jet casing descaling process in the field of oilfield underground operation.

Background

At present, the high-pressure water jet process is mainly applied to descaling the casing, and the matched equipment for the process is a spraying tool; particularly, water is pumped in by a large-discharge high-pressure hydraulic pump vehicle, and the dirt on the inner wall of the sleeve is removed by means of water jet generated by a jetting tool.

The injection tool has an axial injection function and a radial injection function, and when the injection tool is used, firstly, the axial channel of the sleeve is opened by using the axial injection function, and then, the radial injection function is used for descaling.

Because the presence of wall scale narrows the casing inner diameter, the outer diameter of the tool body must be smaller than the casing inner diameter in order to ensure that the jetting tool passes smoothly through the casing. Therefore, in the descaling process, although the scale possibly remains on the pipe wall at the moment, as long as the axial channel of the sleeve can ensure that the spraying tool body passes through, the spraying tool continues to move downwards at the designed speed instead of moving downwards after the residual scale is cleaned; that is, the spraying tool does not have a function of judging whether the scale on the pipe wall is completely removed, so that a constructor cannot accurately master the descaling time of radial spraying, so that in order to ensure the descaling effect, the construction can be carried out only by reducing the design descending speed of the spraying tool and prolonging the descaling time of the radial spraying, namely, the descaling efficiency is sacrificed; otherwise, the descaling effect cannot be ensured.

Further, when the high-pressure water is switched from the downward injection state to the horizontal injection state, the centering of the injection tool may occur due to a sudden change in the direction of the water jet.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a spray tool for descaling a high-pressure water jet casing, which solves the problem that the existing spray tool cannot determine whether scale on the pipe wall is completely removed, so that the descaling time cannot be grasped.

In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the injection tool for descaling the high-pressure water jet casing comprises a spray gun body, and is characterized in that:

the spray gun body is connected with a righting structure;

FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a high pressure water jet sleeve descaling spray tool according to an embodiment of the invention; in fig. 1, the injection tool for descaling a high-pressure water jet casing pipe in the embodiment includes a spray gun body 1, a centering structure is connected to the spray gun body 1, and the centering structure functions as: the radial nozzle 9 on the spray gun body 1 is synchronously supported on the inner wall of a sleeve to centralize the spray gun body 1 when opened, the inner wall of the sleeve is scraped to assist in descaling when the spray gun body 1 descends, and the descaling degree of the inner wall of the sleeve is judged and the spraying time of the radial nozzle 9 is controlled in the descending process.

In fig. 1, the centering structure comprises a centering claw 4, a radial channel is arranged on the wall of the spray gun body 1, the centering claw 4 is arranged in the radial channel, and the radial channel can transmit the hydraulic pressure in the spray gun body 1 to the centering claw 4 so as to enable the centering claw 4 to be ejected and supported on the inner wall of a casing to center the spray gun body 1.

In fig. 1, the centering jaws 4 are provided with radial recesses, in which springs 6 are arranged, the springs 6 being further secured in the recesses by means of straps 5. The spring 6 is compressed when the centralizing claw 4 is ejected out and supported on the inner wall of the casing, so that certain resilience force is accumulated, when the injection tool finishes descaling the inner wall of the casing, the hydraulic pressure acting in the spray gun body 1 disappears, and the resilience force drives the centralizing claw 4 to rebound to the radial channel.

Preferably, the centering jaws 4 comprise a centering portion located outside the radial channel and a connecting portion located inside the radial channel, and similarly, the structure of the radial channel corresponds to the structure of the centering jaws 4 having the centering portion and the connecting portion; the cross section area of the righting part is larger than that of the connecting part, so that the contact area of the righting claw 4 and the inner wall of the casing pipe can be increased, and the righting effect of the righting claw 4 is enhanced; in addition, the scraping area of the inner wall of the pipeline when the righting claw 4 moves downwards is increased, and the effects of enhancing the scale scraping efficiency and the scale scraping effect are achieved.

In fig. 1, a sealing ring 7 is arranged between the centering claw 4 and the radial channel so as to better transmit hydraulic pressure to the radial channel, thereby achieving the purpose of quickly ejecting the centering claw 4.

In fig. 1, the centralizing claw 4 is positioned above the radial nozzle 9, so that the centralizing claw 4 can detect the scale removal degree of the water jet of the radial nozzle 9 on the inner wall of the casing, thereby controlling the residence time of the spray gun body 1 in the casing, namely the injection time of the radial nozzle 9 on the inner surface of the casing, and avoiding the phenomenon that in the case that a part of the inner surface of the casing is completely descaled, the radial nozzle 9 continues to descale the part, so that the descaling time is too long and the descaling efficiency is low; or in case some part of the scaling substance on the inner surface of the sleeve is not thoroughly removed, the radial nozzle 9 is detached from the radial water jet injection on the part of the area as the spray gun body 1 moves downwards, resulting in the occurrence of the incomplete descaling phenomenon of the part.

In fig. 1, a sliding sleeve 11 is arranged in the spray gun body 1, and the sliding sleeve 11 opens the radial passage and the radial nozzle 9 downwards under the setting of the steel ball 2 and the hydraulic action in the spray gun body 1.

In fig. 1, a limiting short section 14 is connected below the spray gun body 1, and a lower limiting structure for descending the sliding sleeve 11 is arranged in the limiting short section 14 so as to prevent the sliding sleeve from falling. And the lower limit structure is an inner step arranged at the lower end of the limit nipple 14.

In fig. 1, an upper sealing ring 3 is arranged between the sliding sleeve 11 and the spray gun body 1, a lower sealing ring 13 is arranged between the limiting short sections 14, and the upper sealing ring 3 and the lower sealing ring 13 are arranged to ensure that the hydraulic pressure of the spray gun body 1 cannot leak through gaps generated in the positions and be reduced.

In fig. 1, the sliding sleeve 11 is connected in the spray gun body 1 and the limit nipple 14 through a snap spring 12, and the snap spring 12 has the following functions: on one hand, when the tool of the embodiment does not perform radial water jet descaling, the sliding sleeve 11 can be fixed in the spray gun body 1 without influencing the opening of a sleeve channel by axial water jet; on the other hand, when the axial water jet is converted into the radial water jet for descaling, the connection between the snap spring 12 and the limit nipple 14 is timely released under the actions of the setting of the steel ball 2 on the inner conical surface of the upper port of the sliding sleeve 11 and the water pressure input to the spray gun body 1, so that the sliding sleeve 11 smoothly goes downwards and the radial channel and the radial nozzle 9 provided with the righting mechanism are opened.

In fig. 1, a plurality of water inlet channels are arranged on the side wall of the spray gun body 1, and a plurality of radial nozzles 9 are arranged in the water inlet channels; the radial nozzles 9 are circumferentially arranged along the inner surface of the spray gun body 1, and preferably uniformly distributed, so that radial water jets can cover all areas of the inner surface of the sleeve, and the aim of spraying and descaling all areas of the inner surface of the sleeve is fulfilled.

Radial nozzle 9 is fixed in inhalant canal through pressing cap 8, sets up gasket 10 between radial nozzle 9 and inhalant canal entry, and the setting of this gasket 10 can reduce inhalant canal and open the impact of hydraulic pressure to radial nozzle 9 in the twinkling of an eye, prolongs radial nozzle 9's life.

Specifically, the operation of the injection tool for descaling a high-pressure water jet casing according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings:

in the case of the blasting tool of the present embodiment in which the outer diameter of the lance body 1 is 100mm and the inner diameter of the casing is 124mm, the outer diameter of the straightening claw 4 after being completely ejected is 124 mm.

When the device is used, the lower part of the limit nipple 14 is connected with an axial hydraulic spray gun, the upper part of the spray gun body 1 is connected with an oil pipe, the oil pipe is connected with a large-discharge high-pressure pump truck, the large-discharge high-pressure pump truck pumps water into the axial channel of the sleeve to axially spray the axial channel of the sleeve, and after the axial spray is carried out to a target well section, the pipe column is lifted to a position 1-2m above the top boundary of the scale-forming well section.

Throwing the steel ball 2 into the water inlet channel, starting the pump truck, sitting on the inner conical surface of the sliding sleeve 11 by the steel ball 2, contracting the snap spring 12 under the stress of the sliding sleeve 11, downwards moving the sliding sleeve 11, sitting on the inner step at the lower end of the limit short section 14, blocking the water inlet channel of the axial hydraulic spray gun at the lower part, and opening the water inlet channel of the centralizing claw 4 and the radial nozzle 9.

The pump pressure is increased, and the righting claw 4 extends out to the inner surface of the casing pipe under the action of water pressure, so that the righting of the injection tool is realized. Meanwhile, the radial nozzle 9 generates high-pressure water jet in the horizontal direction to cover a circle of the inner surface of the sleeve, so that scale is sprayed and cleaned in the horizontal direction, and the cleaned scale is carried out of a shaft along with the water flow.

In the process of horizontal jet descaling, an oil pipe is slowly lowered at a designed speed, a jet tool slowly descends, in the descending process, because the centering claw 4 is positioned above the radial nozzle 9, if the dirt on the inner surface of the casing is not completely removed, the inner diameter of the casing where the dirt is positioned is smaller than 124mm, and the outer diameter of the centering claw 4 after being completely ejected is 124mm, when the centering claw 4 descends to the dirt, the dirt can block the jet tool to continuously descend or reduce the descending speed of the jet tool, and the radial water jet flow does not intermittently clean the dirt, at the moment, because the tool stops descending or slowly descends, the jet time of the radial water jet flow on the dirt is prolonged, until the inner diameter of the casing at the position is recovered to 124mm after the dirt is completely removed, the centering claw 4 can continuously descend until the position is below the bottom boundary of a scaling well section, a pump is started, the centering claw 4 is recovered into the jet tool under the action of the spring 6, and (5) lifting the oil outlet pipe and the injection tool of the embodiment, and finishing the descaling process.

That is, the centering claw 4 is designed in the jetting tool of the embodiment, so that the jetting tool can be centered on the spray gun body 1 in the process of cleaning the scale, and the phenomenon that the jetting tool is not centered due to the sudden change of the direction of the water jet is avoided; more importantly, in the process of radial water jet descaling, the spraying descaling degree of the inner surface of the sleeve can be mastered in real time, and the spraying time of the radial water jet is further controlled according to the spraying descaling degree, so that the phenomenon that the existing tool does not master the descaling condition to cause overlong descaling time or incomplete descaling is avoided, and the construction efficiency of water jet sleeve descaling is improved.

In addition, the inner surface of the sleeve is axially scraped by the centering claws 4 in the descending process, namely the centering claws 4 scrape dirt on the inner surface of the sleeve, so that the device has the function of indirectly assisting in descaling and improves the descaling efficiency.
