Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of air tightness testing, in particular to an air tightness testing device of a PACK box.

Background

In the increasing demand of the market for the lithium battery PACK box, the quality requirement is higher and higher, and the PACK box is required to reach IP67 or even IP68 in many scenes. The tightness test is also an important part of the production of PACK boxes. In the air tightness test mode of the PACK box in the prior art, a socket or a pressure release valve is generally firstly detached → an air inlet pipe of an air tightness detector is inserted into a box body, and then rubber cement is used for plugging and sealing → finally the air tightness detector is used for testing. The whole process is complicated to operate, and the condition of inaccurate test also exists, as shown in fig. 1, PACK case 01 includes release valve 011 and socket 012, and socket 012 is dismantled and is inserted air inlet pipe 21 and is carried out the gas tightness test.

The above information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the technology described herein and, therefore, certain information may be included in the background that does not form the prior art that is already known in this country to a person of ordinary skill in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The main aim at of this application provides an air tightness testing arrangement of PACK case to solve the problem that the air tightness efficiency of testing of PACK case is low among the prior art.

According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a tightness testing device of a PACK box including a release valve, the testing device including: the tooling fixture comprises a gas pipe joint, a gas pipe joint and a gas inlet and outlet channel, wherein the gas pipe joint is used for being fixed on the gas escape valve and is provided with the gas inlet and outlet channel; the air tightness detector comprises an air inlet pipe, wherein the air inlet pipe is in butt joint with the air pipe joint so as to carry out air tightness test through the air inlet and outlet channel.

Optionally, the tooling fixture includes: the first fixed seat is connected with the air escape valve in a matching way and comprises a first through hole; the second fixing seat comprises an air pipe connector and a second through hole, and the air inlet and outlet channel is formed by the first through hole, the air pipe connector and the second through hole.

Optionally, the first fixed seat is clamped with the air release valve.

Optionally, the tooling fixture further comprises: the sealing gasket is located between the first fixing seat and the second fixing seat and comprises a third through hole, and the third through hole is communicated with the first through hole and the second through hole respectively.

Optionally, centers of the first through hole, the second through hole and the third through hole are located on the same straight line.

Optionally, the tool fixture further comprises a fixing member, and the sealing gasket, the first fixing seat and the second fixing seat are fixed by the fixing member to form the tool fixture.

As described in the background art, the related art PACK box is inefficient in the air-tightness test, and in order to solve the above problems, in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, an apparatus for testing the air-tightness of a PACK box is provided.

According to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a tightness testing device of a PACK box, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the PACK box 01 including a release valve 011 and a receptacle 012, the testing device including:

the tooling fixture 10 comprises an air pipe joint, is used for being fixed on the air escape valve 011 and is provided with an air inlet and outlet channel;

the air tightness detector 20 comprises an air inlet pipe 21, wherein the air inlet pipe 21 is butted with the air pipe joint so as to perform an air tightness test through the air inlet and outlet channel.

Among the gas tightness testing arrangement of above-mentioned PACK case, frock clamp fixes on the snuffle valve and provides the business turn over gas passage, and the intake pipe of gas tightness detector docks with frock clamp's air pipe connector to carry out the gas tightness test through business turn over gas passage. In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the tooling fixture 10 includes a first fixing seat 11 and a second fixing seat 12, wherein the first fixing seat 11 is connected to the snuffle valve 011 in a matching manner, and the first fixing seat 11 includes a first through hole; the second fixing base 12 includes the air pipe joint 121 and a second through hole, and the air inlet and outlet passage is formed by the first through hole, the air pipe joint and the second through hole. Specifically, above-mentioned first fixing base and above-mentioned release valve accordant connection for above-mentioned frock clamp can install at above-mentioned release valve, and the air pipe connector of above-mentioned second fixing base docks with the intake pipe, can make intake pipe and business turn over gas passage intercommunication, thereby carries out the gas tightness test.

In an embodiment of the present application, centers of the first through hole, the second through hole, and the third through hole are located on the same straight line, so as to facilitate ventilation through the air inlet/outlet passage, thereby preventing the air inlet/outlet passage from being blocked.

In an embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 4, the tooling fixture 10 further includes a fixing member 14, and the sealing gasket 13, the first fixing seat 11 and the second fixing seat 12 are fixed by the fixing member 14 to form the tooling fixture 10. Specifically, above-mentioned sealed pad, above-mentioned first fixing base and above-mentioned second fixing base are fixed through above-mentioned mounting, prevent the dislocation of three, guarantee that the business turn over gas passage is unblocked.

In an embodiment of the present application, the fixing member is a bolt. As can be seen from the above test results of example 1 and comparative example 1, it took 30min to test 10 PACK boxes in example 1 and 120min to test 10 PACK boxes in comparative example 1, and the test efficiency of the test apparatus of example 1 was improved by three times as compared with the test apparatus of comparative example 1.
