1. A multifunctional connecting adapter is characterized by comprising a connecting terminal, an adapting shell and a protective shell;

the connecting terminal comprises at least two connecting columns and a connecting base, the connecting base comprises a connecting base plate and a guide column which are connected with each other, the connecting base plate is provided with at least two mounting holes, one connecting column is detachably mounted in the mounting holes, and the connecting columns and the guide column are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the connecting base plate;

the protective shell is provided with a closed cavity, the protective shell is provided with a first through hole and at least two second through holes, the first through hole and the second through holes are communicated with the closed cavity, the connecting terminal is arranged in the closed cavity, the guide pillar is positioned in the first through hole, and one connecting column is positioned in one second through hole;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric connectors, in particular to a multifunctional connecting adapter and a connector assembly.

Background

A connector is a component commonly used in electrical engineering, and is used to connect circuits on different devices or to connect different modules in a circuit, so that current or signals can flow or be transmitted, and the circuit can realize a predetermined function. The conventional connector includes a male connector and a female connector, and the connection is usually performed by inserting the male connector into the female connector, and an electrical connection terminal in the male connector and an electrical connection terminal in the female connector are electrically connected.

As the field of use of the connector expands, the connection port needs to be expanded through the connection adapter to connect different devices, so it is critical how to conveniently adjust the number and the positions of the connection terminals, and at the same time, the connector also needs to have correspondingly high protection performance to adapt to a relatively complex use environment.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a multifunctional connecting adapter which can conveniently adjust a connecting column and has high protection performance.

In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention provides a multifunctional connection adapter including a connection terminal, an adapter housing, and a protective housing; the connecting terminal comprises at least two connecting columns and a connecting base, the connecting base comprises a connecting base plate and a guide column which are connected with each other, the connecting base plate is provided with at least two mounting holes, one connecting column is detachably mounted in the mounting holes, and the connecting columns and the guide column are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the connecting base plate; the protective shell is provided with a first through hole and at least two second through holes, the first through hole and the second through holes are communicated with the sealed cavity, the connecting terminal is arranged in the sealed cavity, the guide pillar is positioned in the first through hole, and one connecting column is positioned in one second through hole; the protective shell is arranged in the adaptive shell and connected with the adaptive shell, and the connecting column extends out of the protective shell.

The connecting end part is provided with external threads, the connecting piece is a nut, and the connecting end part is connected with the nut.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 11, the connector assembly includes a connector 11, a connection adapter 2, two fitting frames 13, and two connectors 12, the connection adapter 2 includes three connection terminals 23, an fitting housing 21, and a protective housing including a protective cover 22 and a protective seat 24.

The adapting shell 21 is provided with a mounting groove 211, the mounting groove 211 is provided with a first port and a second port at two ends of the inserting direction respectively, the shell 21 is provided with a baffle 212 at the first port, the baffle is formed with a plurality of outlets 213, the inner end surface of the baffle 214 is provided with a positioning groove 214 and two mounting holes 215, and the two mounting holes 215 are located at two ends of the extending direction of the positioning groove 214 respectively.

The upper surface of protection casing 22 is provided with six second location bulge loops 224, second location bulge loop 224 runs through and is provided with second through-hole 221, the interior terminal surface of protection casing 22 is provided with clamping ring 226 in the periphery of second through-hole 221, be provided with location strip 225 between two radial adjacent clamping rings 226, protection casing 22 is provided with rampart 223 in the periphery of a plurality of clamping rings 226, rampart 223 encloses into the holding tank, the upper surface of protection casing 22 still is provided with location strip 222, location strip 222 is located between the second location bulge loop 224, location strip 222 is the straight-line arrangement and is the off-center and arranges.

The connection terminal 23 includes at least two connection posts 233, a connection base and a connection member 234, the connection base includes a connection substrate 231 and a guide post 232 connected to each other, the connection substrate 231 is disposed along a straight plate, the connection substrate 231 is provided with two mounting holes 2331, the guide post 232 is located in the middle of the connection substrate 231, the two mounting holes 2331 are located on two sides of the guide post 232 in the radial direction, and a receiving step is provided in the mounting hole 2331.

The connecting column 233 has a connecting end portion 2331, the connecting end portion 2331 is provided with an external thread, a positioning step is further arranged at the connecting end portion 2331, the connecting column 233 is detachably mounted in the mounting hole 2331, the positioning step is matched with the receiving step, in the embodiment, the connecting piece 234 adopts a nut, so the connecting end portion 2331 penetrates through the mounting hole 2331 and then is connected with the nut, then the two connecting columns 233 are respectively located on two radial sides of the guide column 232, the axial direction of the connecting column 233 is parallel to the axial direction of the guide column 232, and the connecting column 233 and the guide column 232 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the connecting.

The connection substrate 231 of the connection terminal 23 is arranged in the positioning ring groove 242, the guide post 232 is arranged in the first through hole 221, the connection end 2331 and the connection piece 234 are arranged in the avoiding groove 244, the protection cover 22 is sleeved outside the protection seat 24, the annular wall 223 of the protection cover 22 is arranged on the periphery of the annular wall 243 and is in clearance fit with the annular wall 243, one connection post 233 is arranged in one second through hole 241, the first through hole 221 and the second through hole 241 are communicated with the closed cavity, the protection cover 22 and the protection seat 24 enclose the closed cavity, then the connection terminal is arranged in the closed cavity to form a set protection function, and the press ring 226 is abutted to the connection substrate 231 and forms press positioning.

The connection terminal 23, the protective cover 22 and the protective base 24 are installed in the adapter housing 21, a second positioning convex ring 224 and a connection column 233 pass through an outlet 213 and extend out of the adapter housing, the baffle 212 is located between the second positioning convex rings 224, the protective cover 22 is adjacent to the baffle 212, the positioning strip 222 is matched with the positioning groove 214, the connection screw passes through the connection hole of the connection arm 246 to be connected with the installation hole 215, and then the assembly and installation of the connection adapter 2 are realized.

When the adapter is used in an adaptive connection mode, the connector 11 with three ports is connected with the guide pillar 232 at the second port of the connecting adapter, the inner wall of the first positioning convex ring 245 is provided with a matching convex ring 2451, the connector 11 is provided with corresponding matching ring grooves, the matching convex ring 2451 is matched with the matching ring grooves, the adapting frame body 13 is provided with a connecting groove in a penetrating mode, the adapting frame body is connected to the first port of the connecting adapter, the second positioning convex ring 224 penetrates through the connecting groove and is connected with the connector 12, and the connector 12 is provided with three connecting terminals and is arranged side by side.

The above embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and may have more variations in practical applications, for example, the number of the connecting terminals, the positioning convex rings and the through holes may be adjusted according to practical requirements, and the number of the connecting columns or the mounting holes may also be three or more, so as to achieve the function of one input and multiple outputs.
