Technical Field

The invention relates to a sliding device for a drawer, which is provided with an outer rail, a middle rail and an inner rail and retainers respectively arranged between the outer rail, the middle rail and the inner rail, and can solve the problem of misoperation of the drawer caused by retainer slippage by providing a means for moving the abnormal position of the retainers caused by retainer slippage frequently generated during opening and closing of the drawer and restoring the normal state when the drawer is closed.

Background

Generally, a sliding type storage body is openably and closably provided in a body of furniture, a refrigerator, or various storage boxes in a sliding manner, and is used for storing articles.

The sliding type receiving body is arranged on a body with a receiving body arranging space, and performs switch operation according to sliding devices which are respectively arranged between the inner walls at two sides of the arranging space and two side surfaces of the receiving body and can be arranged in a sliding way in a mutual Rolling Contact mode.

Fig. 1 shows a conventional slide device, which is a moving means for guiding a drawer C, which is located in a drawer accommodating portion B of a household electric appliance such as a refrigerator, to be drawn out of or into the drawer accommodating portion B.

The sliding device includes: an inner rail 81 fixed to an outer side surface of the drawer C; an outer rail 83 fixed to an inner surface of the drawer accommodating portion B; a middle rail 82 inserted in the outer rail 83 and for accommodating the inner rail 81; a first holder 84, which is located between the inner rail 81 and the middle rail 82, for guiding and supporting the inner rail 81 when the inner rail 81 is drawn out of the middle rail 82 or introduced into the middle rail 82; a second holder 85, which is located between the middle rail 82 and the outer rail 83, serves to guide and support the middle rail 82 when the middle rail 82 is drawn out from the outer rail 83 or introduced into the outer rail 83.

Therefore, there is a structure in which, when a user draws out the drawer C of the drawer accommodating portion B, the middle rail 82 is drawn out from the outer rail 83 by rolling of the ball (ball) accommodated inside the second holder while being supported by the second holder 85, and the inner rail 81 is drawn out from the middle rail 82 by rolling of the ball (ball) accommodated inside the second holder while being supported by the first holder 84. If the ball does not slip off, the first and second holders can move only about 1/2 times the distance of movement of the drawn middle and inner rails.

However, the first holder 84 and the second holder 85 are biased or pushed by a user's force when pulling the drawer, and the holders slip due to inertia when closing the drawer, a gap between adjacent rails, and the like, so that the holders are slightly displaced from the correct positions, and problems such as a limitation in the opening degree of the drawer, and a lack of smoothness in opening and closing the drawer are caused, and thus a smooth operation of the rail type sliding device cannot be expected.

In order to solve the above problems, Korean laid-open patent publication No. 10-2017-0104316 (guide rail device and refrigerator having the same), Korean granted patent publication No. 10-1896077 (slider with holder limited in movement) have been disclosed.

These techniques have been proposed to limit the moving distance of the retainers, and as a technique of forming a moving groove in a fixed rail and forming an elastic projection in a second retainer so as to move only in the moving groove, the technique limits only the moving distance of the second retainer other than a first retainer and cannot restore the retainers deviated from the correct positions to the correct positions, but the technique merely prevents the second retainer from being excessively deviated from the correct positions, and thus the fundamental problems are not solved by these techniques.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, a sliding device for restoring a retainer to a correct position according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The sliding device of the invention is generally arranged on the drawer accommodating part and two sides of the drawer, and the function of the sliding device is only to guide the drawing-in action and the drawing-out action of the drawer to be smoothly carried out when the drawer accommodating part supports the drawer.

As shown in fig. 1, the sliding apparatus, like the conventional sliding apparatus, includes: an outer rail 100 fixed to the drawer accommodating portion; an inner rail 200 fixed to a drawer that can be introduced into or withdrawn from the drawer accommodating part; a middle rail 300 disposed between the outer rail 100 and the inner rail 200; a first holder 400 disposed between the inner rail 200 and the middle rail 300 and guiding and supporting movement of the inner rail 200; a second holder 500 disposed between the outer rail 100 and the middle rail 300 for guiding and supporting the movement of the middle rail 300.

The sliding apparatus has the same structure as the well-known sliding apparatus, and is composed of the outer rail, the middle rail, the inner rail, and the first holder and the second holder interposed therebetween, and the present invention is characterized in that the drawer can be smoothly operated by restoring the abnormal positions of the first holder and the second holder to the normal positions when the drawer is opened and closed.

The inner rail, the middle rail and the first retainer arranged between the inner rail and the middle rail form an inner rail set, and the inner rail, the middle rail and the second retainer arranged between the inner rail and the middle rail form an outer rail set.

To move the drawer to the open position, the rails will be unfolded, and to move the drawer to the closed position, the unfolded rails will be folded. According to the opening and closing operation of the drawer, the inner rail set moves on the inner side and the outer rail set moves on the outer side with the middle rail as the center.

In the sliding device of the present invention, the direction of opening the drawer, that is, the end of the rail located outside the drawer accommodating portion is referred to as a front end portion, and the direction of closing the drawer, that is, the end of the rail located inside the drawer accommodating portion is referred to as a rear end portion.

As a well-known technique, the general configurations of the outer rail, the inner rail, the middle rail, the first holder, and the second holder will be briefly described below.

The outer rail 100 includes an outer rail body 110 and outer rail body flanges 120 formed at both sides of the outer rail body 110 to face each other. The middle rail 300 is relatively movable in a longitudinal direction in a state of being disposed inside the outer rail body flange 120. The middle rail 300 also includes a middle rail body and middle rail body flanges 320 formed at both sides of the middle rail body to face each other, and the inner rail 200 can relatively move in a length direction in a state of being received in the inner sides of the flanges of the middle rail 300.

The inner rail 200 also includes an inner rail body 210 and inner rail flanges 220 formed at both sides of the inner rail body 210 to face each other.

The second holder and the first holder are respectively inserted between the outer rail, the middle rail and the inner rail in sequence, and the middle rail moves the outer rail bidirectionally and the inner rail moves the middle rail bidirectionally based on the rolling of a ball having a plurality of balls (balls).

In the present invention, as shown in the first embodiment of fig. 2 and 3, the front end of the outer rail body 110 has a second holder locking piece 130 facing the second holder 500 to prevent the second holder 500 from being separated from the outer rail 100 when the drawer is opened, the rear end of the middle rail body 310 is formed with a second holder blocking piece 312 bent toward the second holder 500, and the front end of the middle rail body 310 has a first holder locking piece 314 facing the first holder. Also, the rear end portion of the inner rail body 210 has a first holder block 250 facing the first holder.

The first holder escape prevention block 314 of the middle rail and the second holder escape prevention block 130 of the outer rail serve to prevent the first holder and the second holder from escaping from the front end portions of the middle rail and the outer rail, respectively, when the drawer is fully opened, that is, the inner rail and the middle rail are fully unfolded with respect to the outer rail and maximally pulled apart.

On the other hand, the first holder block 250 of the inner rail 200 and the second holder block 312 of the middle rail 300 push the first holder and the second holder, respectively, backward when the drawer is fully opened until the first holder and the second holder reach the positions of the first holder escape prevention block 314 and the second holder escape prevention block 130, thereby restoring the holders to the correct positions.

The operation of each anti-separation block will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 4 and 5.

When the drawer is fully opened, since the respective front end portions of the first and second holders 400 and 500 are stopped by the first holder stopping-off blocks 314 of the middle rail 300 and the second holder stopping-off blocks 130 of the outer rail 100 while the respective stopping blocks provided in the inner and middle rails 200 and 300 apply pressure to the rear end portions of the respective holders, the holders will be located at the correct positions in a state where the drawer is fully opened. However, since the user tends to unintentionally open the drawer incompletely but close the drawer after storing or taking out the articles in a state where the drawer is half opened, the holder ball slips off and then closes the drawer, which is a main factor of the erroneous operation of the drawer, the present invention provides a means for stopping the holders at the correct positions even when the drawer is closed.

Further, the sliding apparatus for a drawer according to the present invention has a moving means for moving the first and second holders 400 and 500 deviated from the correct positions to the correct positions and a stopping means in moving the drawer to the closed position, a holder moving protrusion is a means for pushing the holder to the correct position when the holder cannot reach the correct position at the closed position of the drawer, and a holder stopper is a means for stopping the holder at the correct position when the holder exceeds the correct position.

Preferably, as the moving means, the body 210 of the inner rail has a first holder moving projection 240 toward the first holder, and the body 310 of the middle rail has a second holder moving projection 340 toward the second holder. In the process of folding the inner rail and the middle rail over each other, the moving protrusions 240, 340 push the holders to the correct positions while contacting the first and second holders deviated from the correct positions and not reaching the correct positions.

Further, as a stopping means, the flange 320 of the middle rail has a first holder stopper 330 facing both side surfaces of the first holder inside the rear end, and the outer rail body 110 has a second holder stopper 140 facing the second holder. In particular, the first holder stoppers 330 provided inside both sides of the rear end of the flange of the center rail are preferably manufactured by caulking (calking), and in addition, protrusions may be formed on the inner side of the flange by other methods.

The stoppers 330 and 140 stop the movement while contacting the first and second holders deviated from the correct positions and beyond the correct positions during the overlapping folding of the middle and outer rails with each other.

The retainers are provided with the positions of the moving projections and the stoppers on the bodies of the outer rail, the inner rail and the middle rail without slipping. Preferably, the moving protrusion and the stopper are spaced apart from the correct position of the holder by about 2mm as a predetermined clearance and formed on each of the rail bodies. Therefore, the moving projection and the stopper come into contact with the retainer and restore the position of the retainer to the original position only when the retainer is deviated from the respective correct positions.

Preferably, each of the moving protrusions and the stoppers according to the first embodiment functions as follows:

in order to function as a stopping means for preventing the second holder from being excessively deviated from a correct position in a closed state of the drawer, i.e., a state in which the respective guide rails are completely folded, the second holder stopper 140 is formed behind the outer rail body 110 and contacts with a rear end of the second holder. In order to function as a stop means for preventing the first holder from being excessively deviated from the correct position, a first holder stopper 330 is formed inside the rear end of the center rail body flange 320 and in surface contact with the rear end side of the first holder.

Further, also in the closed state of the drawer, when the second holder does not reach the correct position, in order to function as a moving means for pushing the second holder, the second holder moving projection 340 is directed toward the second holder and formed in front of the center rail body 310 and in contact with the front end of the second holder. When the first holder does not reach the correct position, in order to function as a means for pushing and moving the first holder, a first holder moving projection 240 is formed toward the first holder in front of the inner rail body 210 and in contact with the front end of the first holder.

Only, in the process of unfolding and folding the guide rails, an opening is formed so that the moving protrusion and the stopper do not interfere with each other. That is, if the moving protrusion or the stopper interferes with the anti-slip block or the block formed on the guide rail, there occurs a problem that the sliding device is opened or closed, and thus openings are formed on the anti-slip block and the block causing interference, respectively.

The moving protrusion and the stopper provided in each guide rail body smoothly pass through the anti-slip piece and the stopper based on the stopper of the guide rail adjacent thereto and the opening 130a, 312a or 314a of the anti-slip piece, so that the mutual expansion and folding of the guide rails can be realized.

According to the present invention as described above, the middle rail and the inner rail are stably supported by the first holder and the second holder, respectively, while being moved when the drawer is opened or closed. Therefore, even in the case where the retainer is deviated from a correct position by a slip occurring due to a sudden movement of the middle rail and the inner rail, the first retainer and the second retainer can be positioned at correct positions when the drawer is closed, so that the problem of the retainer slip can be fundamentally solved.

In addition, referring to fig. 6 and 7, in the second embodiment of the present invention, as the stopping means, a first holder stopper 330' facing the first holder is provided in the middle rail body 310. In the closed state of the drawer, i.e., the state in which the respective guide rails are completely folded, the second holder stopper 140 is formed at the rear of the outer rail body 110 and contacts the rear end of the second holder, thereby serving to prevent the second holder from being severely deviated from a correct position. The first holder stopper 330' is formed at the rear of the middle rail body 310 and contacts the rear end of the first holder, thereby functioning to prevent the first holder from being seriously deviated from a correct position.

The moving protrusion and the stopper provided in each guide rail body smoothly pass through the anti-slip piece and the stopper based on the stopper of the guide rail adjacent thereto and the opening 130a, 250a, 312a or 314a of the anti-slip piece, so that the mutual expansion and folding of the guide rails can be realized. With the known moving plug guide 230 provided at the rear end portion of the inner rail, an opening 230a may be formed to avoid interference with the first holder stopper 330' according to the position where the moving plug guide 230 is provided.

However, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the middle rail body 310 has the first holder stopper 330 'facing the first holder, and in a state where the outer rail 100, the inner rail 200, the middle rail 300, the first holder 400, and the second holder 500 are all coupled, since a process of caulking the first holder stopper 330' is required, it is difficult to determine a correct position, and thus the present embodiment is disadvantageous compared to the first embodiment. That is, the first holder stopper 330 of the first embodiment has advantages over the second embodiment in that the stopper can be efficiently formed by caulking processing at the rear end of the middle rail 300 even in a state where the guide rail and the holder are coupled.

As described above, the present invention provides a means for moving the abnormal position of the keeper caused by the slipping-off of the keeper, which is frequently occurred when opening and closing the drawer, to be restored to the normal state when the drawer is closed by the sliding device for the drawer in which the keeper of the first and second embodiments is restored to the correct position, thereby solving the problem of the erroneous operation of the drawer caused by the slipping-off of the keeper.

The preferred third embodiment of the present invention, i.e., the embodiment illustrated in fig. 8 to 11, is based on the first and second holders having the first and second movement guide holes along the length direction. Preferably, the first holder has a first moving guide hole 410 formed therein along the length direction, and a first holder stopper 330 ″ facing the first holder and formed in front of the middle rail body 310 is inserted in the first moving guide hole 410 and moves therewith, so that the first holder stopper 330 ″ adjusts the position of the first holder to a position between the first holder stopper 330 ″ and the first holder moving protrusion. That is, in the position where the drawer is completely closed, the first holder stopper 330 ″ is placed on the middle rail body 310 to be located at the front end portion of the first moving guide hole.

Further, a second holder has a second moving guide hole 510 formed therein along the length direction, and a second holder moving boss 340 formed rearward of the middle rail body 310 toward the second holder is inserted in the second moving guide hole 510 and moves therewith, so that the second holder moving boss 340 adjusts the position of the second holder to a position between the second holder moving boss 340 and the second holder stopper 140. That is, in the position where the drawer is completely closed, the second holder moving projection 340 is placed in the center rail body 310 to be located at the rear end portion of the second moving guide hole.

Wherein, preferably, the length of the first moving guide hole 410 is greater than the distance between the first holder escape prevention block 314 and the first holder stopper 330, and the length of the second moving guide hole 510 is greater than the distance between the blocking block 312 and the second holder moving projection 340.

Accordingly, the first holder stopper 330 ″ and the second holder moving boss 340 can move while being guided on the respective first moving guide holes 410 and second moving guide holes 510, and thus not only the inner rail and the middle rail but also the first holder and the second holder can smoothly move, so that the operational reliability of the sliding apparatus of the present invention can be improved.

According to the present invention as described above, the middle rail and the inner rail are stably supported by the first holder and the second holder, respectively, while being moved when the drawer opening or closing operation is performed. Even if the middle rail and the inner rail suddenly move to cause the keeper to deviate from the correct position, the first keeper and the second keeper can be guided to be positioned at the correct position when the drawer is closed, thereby fundamentally solving the problem that the keeper slips off.

The inner rail set and the outer rail set can be selected and used according to the requirements of users, and the operation principles of the inner rail set and the outer rail set are different greatly. Therefore, changing either the inner rail set or the outer rail set to the well-known guide rail set is a modified design that is easy to implement in the present invention.
