1. A protective vehicle, comprising:

a cab; and

Protected vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that said stock-fixing portion (3) comprises a first seating slot configured to receive a stock, one end of said first seating slot in said first direction, close to said barrel-fixing portion (2), being provided with an opening allowing the insertion of a stock.

3. Protective vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that the barrel fixing part (2) comprises:

a second seating groove (211) having an opening for allowing the barrel to be seated therein;

a pressing member (23) rotatable with respect to the second seating groove (211) to switch between a first position where the barrel is pressed and fixed in the second seating groove (211) and a second position where the barrel is allowed to leave the second seating groove (211); and

an elastic member (26) configured to urge the pressing member (23) toward the first position.

4. Protective vehicle according to claim 3, characterized in that the pressing element (23) is provided with a limiting groove (210) for fixing the barrel.

5. The protected vehicle according to claim 3, wherein a depth direction of the second seating groove (211) is perpendicular to the first direction, and an opening of the second seating groove (211) is located at one end of the depth direction thereof.

Protective vehicle according to claim 5, characterized in that the barrel holder (2) comprises a housing (21) having an opening, the housing comprising a first side wall and a second side wall arranged side by side in the first direction, the first side wall and the second side wall each being provided with the second seating groove (211), the opening of the housing and the opening of the second seating groove (211) being located at the same end in the depth direction.

7. Protected vehicle according to claim 6, characterized in that said barrel securing part (2) further comprises a mounting bracket (22), said mounting bracket (22) being fixed within said casing (21), said pressing part (23) being rotatably connected with said mounting bracket (22).

8. Protected vehicle according to claim 7, characterized in that said barrel-securing part (2) further comprises a pin (25) connecting said pressing part (23) and said mounting frame (22), said pressing part (23) being provided with a sleeve (29), said sleeve (29) being fitted over said pin (25).

The protected vehicle according to claim 3, characterized in that the barrel fixing portion (2) further comprises a limiting member (24) for limiting the extent of rotation of the pressing member (23), the limiting member (24) being located downstream of the first position in the direction from the second position to the first position.

10. The protected vehicle according to claim 3, characterized in that the pressing member (23) further comprises an operating portion configured to allow an operator to push, so that the operator pushes the pressing member (23) to the second position.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, in particular to a protective vehicle.

Background

At present, in modern engineering vehicle equipment, no suitable device is available for quickly and conveniently fixing and storing equipment (such as guns) carried by a driver, and the equipment is usually placed on a seat or a luggage rack and is inconvenient to take and place, so that a large amount of space is occupied, the fixation is not reliable, and the equipment is inconvenient to store and manage.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a protective vehicle to solve the problem that equipment carried by a driver is inconvenient to place in the related art.

According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a guard type vehicle including:

a cab; and

the firearm fixing device is arranged in the cab and comprises a stock fixing part and a barrel fixing part connected with the stock fixing part, wherein the stock fixing part and the barrel fixing part are arranged side by side along a first direction.

In some embodiments, the butt securing portion includes a first seating groove configured to receive the butt, an end of the first seating groove in the first direction proximate to the barrel securing portion being provided with an opening allowing insertion of the butt.

In some embodiments, the barrel holder comprises:

a second seating groove having an opening allowing the barrel to be seated therein;

a pressing member rotatable with respect to the second seating groove to switch between a first position where the barrel is press-fixed in the second seating groove and a second position where the barrel is allowed to leave the second seating groove; and

an elastic member configured to urge the pressing member toward the first position.

In some embodiments, the pressing member is provided with a limiting groove for fixing the barrel.

In some embodiments, the depth direction of the second seating groove is perpendicular to the first direction, and the opening of the second seating groove is located at one end of the depth direction.

In some embodiments, the barrel fixing part comprises a casing with an opening, the casing comprises a first side wall and a second side wall which are arranged side by side along a first direction, the first side wall and the second side wall are both provided with a second placing groove, and the opening of the casing and the opening of the second placing groove are positioned at the same end in the depth direction.

In some embodiments, the barrel holder further comprises a mounting bracket fixed within the housing, and the pressing member is rotatably coupled to the mounting bracket.

In some embodiments, the barrel fixing portion further includes a pin shaft connecting the pressing member and the mounting frame, the pressing member is provided with a sleeve, and the sleeve is sleeved on the pin shaft.

In some embodiments, the barrel fixing portion further includes a limiting member for limiting a magnitude of the rotation of the pressing member, the limiting member being located downstream of the first position in a direction from the second position toward the first position.

In some embodiments, the pressing member further comprises an operating portion configured to allow the operator to push, so that the operator pushes the pressing member to the second position.

By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the gun fixing device is arranged in the cab, so that the problem that the gun carried by an operator is inconvenient to place in the related technology is solved.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. The protection type vehicle of this embodiment includes the driver's cabin and sets up the firearm fixing device in the driver's cabin, as shown in fig. 1, and firearm fixing device includes stock fixed part 3 and barrel fixed part 2 that is connected with stock fixed part 3, and stock fixed part 3 and barrel fixed part 2 arrange side by side along the first direction. The stock fixing part 3 and the barrel fixing part 2 are connected by a connecting part 1. The connecting member 1 includes a plate-like member, and a butt fixing portion 3 and a barrel fixing portion 2 are provided at both ends in the first direction, respectively.

Fig. 6 shows a schematic structural view of the stock fixing part 3 of the present embodiment, and as shown in fig. 6, the stock fixing part 3 includes a first seating groove configured to receive a stock, and an end of the first seating groove in the first direction near the barrel fixing part 2 is provided with an opening allowing the stock to be inserted.

The stock fixing part 3 includes a bottom plate 31 and a vertical plate 32 erected on the edge of the bottom plate 31 and connected to the bottom plate 31. The vertical plate 32 and the bottom plate 31 enclose a first placing groove for placing the gun stock. In some embodiments, the bottom plate 31 and the riser 32 are welded.

As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the barrel fixing part 2 includes a second seating groove 211, a pressing member 23, and an elastic member 26. A second seating groove 211 having an opening for allowing the barrel to be seated therein; the pressing member 23 is rotatable with respect to the second seating groove 211 to switch between a first position where the barrel is press-fixed in the second seating groove 211 and a second position where the barrel is allowed to leave the second seating groove 211; and an elastic member 26 configured to press the pressing member 23 toward the first position.

The pressing member 23 is provided with a limit groove 210 for fixing the barrel, and when the pressing member 23 is in a first position for press-fixing the barrel in the second seating groove 11, the barrel is located in the limit groove 210, so that the barrel can be better fixed.

The depth direction of the second seating groove 211 is perpendicular to the first direction, and an opening of the second seating groove 211 is located at one end of the depth direction.

The barrel fixing part 2 includes a casing 21 having an opening, the casing includes a first side wall and a second side wall arranged side by side along a first direction, a second seating groove 211 is provided on the first side wall and the second side wall, the opening of the casing and the opening of the second seating groove 211 are located at the same end of a depth direction.

The barrel fixing part 2 further includes a mounting frame 22, the mounting frame 22 is fixed in the casing 21, and the pressing member 23 is rotatably connected to the mounting frame 22.

The barrel fixing part 2 further comprises a pin shaft 25 connecting the pressing part 23 and the mounting frame 22, the pressing part 23 is provided with a sleeve 29, and the sleeve 29 is sleeved on the pin shaft 25.

One end of the pin shaft 25 is provided with a radial bulge, and the other end of the pin shaft 25 is provided with a through hole extending along the radial direction. The barrel fixing part 2 further includes a cotter pin 27 attached to the pin 25, and after the pin 25 is inserted into the mounting hole of the mounting bracket 22, the cotter pin 27 is inserted into the through hole of the pin 25 to mount the pin 25 on the mounting bracket 22.

The elastic member 26 includes a torsion spring, a first end 261 of which is caught on the pressing member 23, and a second end 262 of which is inserted into the stopper hole of the mounting bracket 22.

The barrel fixing part 2 further includes a stopper member 24 for limiting the amplitude of rotation of the pressing member 23, the stopper member 24 being located downstream of the first position in the direction from the second position toward the first position. The stop member 24 is mounted on the mounting bracket 22.

The pressing member 23 further includes an operating portion configured to allow the operator to push, so that the operator pushes the pressing member 23 to the second position.

When placing the firearm on the firearm fixing device, the stock is first inserted into the first seating groove, then the pressing member 23 is pushed to the second position and the barrel is placed into the second seating groove 211, then the pressing member 23 is released, and the pressing member 23 presses and fixes the barrel in the second seating groove under the push of the elastic member 26.

When removing the firearm from the firearm holding device, the pressing element 23 is first pushed from the second position to the second position, the barrel is then removed from the second resting groove and the stock is removed from the first resting groove.

The present invention is not limited to the above exemplary embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent replacements, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
