An automobile air suspension is characterized by comprising a frame, an axle and suspension connecting assemblies symmetrically arranged on two sides of the frame, wherein the axle is arranged below the frame, each suspension connecting assembly comprises a first support, a plate spring, a second support, an air bag and a shock absorber, the first support is fixedly connected with the frame, a first end of the plate spring is hinged with the first support, and a second end of the plate spring is connected with the axle;

The automotive air suspension as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a first U-bolt and a second U-bolt, wherein the first U-bolt and the second U-bolt are respectively disposed on two sides of the axle and are mounted on the second bracket in the same direction, and the leaf spring is disposed through the first U-bolt and the second U-bolt and is fixedly connected to the axle.

The air suspension of claim 3, wherein the second bracket includes an axle bracket coupled to the axle and a shock absorber bracket coupled to the shock absorber, a first end of the axle bracket coupled to the first and second U-bolts and disposed below the axle, the shock absorber coupled to a second end of the axle bracket through the shock absorber bracket.

The automotive air suspension as claimed in claim 4, further comprising an air bag bracket, wherein one end of the air bag is connected to the air bag bracket, the other end of the air bag is connected to the frame, and two ends of the air bag bracket are respectively connected to the second bracket.

6. The automotive air suspension of claim 4, wherein the second bracket includes a notch disposed in the axle bracket, the notch engaging a lower surface of the axle.

7. The automotive air suspension of claim 6, wherein the longitudinal cross-sectional shape of the notch is rectangular, and the axle is embedded in and conforms to the notch.

8. The automotive air suspension of claim 5, wherein the axle bracket, the airbag bracket, and the second bracket are bolted together.

9. The automotive air suspension of claim 5, wherein the axle bracket, the airbag bracket, and the shock absorber bracket are integrally formed.

10. A vehicle comprising a vehicle air suspension according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

At present commercial car uses the leaf spring of buckling through the multichannel as guide element's combined type car air suspension, but this leaf spring need adopt professional equipment to buckle processing in manufacturing process, and the expense is high, and weight is heavy, and the leaf spring of just buckling is bearing the weight in-process, and the department of buckling is stress concentration point, the easy scheduling problem that breaks appears.

Therefore, the invention provides the automobile air suspension which has the advantages that the guide element does not need to be bent, the production cost is reduced, and the working stability is improved.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an automobile air suspension comprises a frame, an axle and suspension connecting assemblies symmetrically arranged on two sides of the frame, wherein the axle is arranged below the frame, each suspension connecting assembly comprises a first support, a plate spring, a second support, an air bag and a shock absorber, the first support is fixedly connected with the frame, a first end of the plate spring is hinged with the first support, and a second end of the plate spring is connected with the axle;

the shock absorber is installed in the frame, the first end of second support with the shock absorber is articulated, the second end with the lower surface of axle is connected, gasbag fixed connection in the frame with between the second support.

Optionally, the second end of the leaf spring is attached to an upper surface of the axle or is disposed between the second bracket and the axle.

Optionally, the vehicle axle further comprises a first U-shaped bolt and a second U-shaped bolt, the first U-shaped bolt and the second U-shaped bolt are respectively arranged on two sides of the vehicle axle and are installed on the second support in the same direction, and the plate spring penetrates through the first U-shaped bolt and the second U-shaped bolt and is fixedly connected with the vehicle axle.

Optionally, the second bracket includes an axle bracket connected to the axle and a damper bracket connected to the damper, the first end of the axle bracket is connected to the first U-bolt and the second U-bolt and is disposed below the axle, and the damper is connected to the second end of the axle bracket through the damper bracket.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the second end of the plate spring 32 is attached to the upper surface of the vehicle axle 2, reducing the length of the plate spring 32, the production cost, and the weight of the air suspension. In other embodiments, the leaf spring 32 may also be provided between the second bracket 33 and the axle 2, depending on the actual use.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the second bracket 33 includes a slot 333 disposed on the axle bracket 331, and the slot 333 is attached to the lower surface of the axle 2, so as to increase the contact area between the second bracket 33 and the axle 2, and make the contact between the second bracket 33 and the axle 2 more tight.

Preferably, in an embodiment, the longitudinal cross section of the slot 333 is rectangular, the axle 2 is embedded in the slot 333 and attached to the slot 333, and the rectangular slot 333 can prevent the axle 2 from sliding with the second bracket 33 during the movement of the entire vehicle.

And thirdly, the plate spring is arranged on the upper surface of the axle, so that the length of the plate spring is reduced, and the production cost and the weight of the air suspension are reduced.

Fourthly, the axle and the plate spring are fastened through the first U-shaped bolt and the second U-shaped bolt, and kinetic energy output by the axle can be transmitted to the frame from the plate spring.
