A method for transmitting a signal, comprising:

respectively receiving first information and second information sent by two TRPs;

and returning a first signal to one of the TRPs according to a predetermined rule based on the decoding results of the first information and the second information, wherein the predetermined rule is used for indicating the TRP receiving the first signal to send a second signal to the other TRP according to the first signal.

The method of claim 1, wherein the returning a first signal to one of the TRPs according to a predetermined rule based on a result of decoding the first information and the second information comprises, when the first signal is any one of ACK or NACK,

if the first information and the second information are decoded successfully, an ACK is returned to the first TRP, so that the first TRP sends a second signal ACK which is the same as the ACK to the second TRP; or

If the first information and the second information are decoded unsuccessfully, returning NACK to the first TRP so that the first TRP sends a second signal NACK which is the same as the NACK to a second TRP; or

If the first information decoding fails and the second information decoding succeeds, an ACK is returned to the second TRP, so that the second TRP sends a second signal NACK opposite to the ACK to the first TRP; or

And if the first information decoding is successful and the second information decoding is failed, returning NACK to the second TRP so that the second TRP sends a second signal ACK opposite to the NACK to the first TRP.

The method of claim 1, wherein the returning a first signal to one of the TRPs according to a predetermined rule based on a result of decoding the first information and the second information comprises, when the first signal is any one of a combination of ACK and indication information or a combination of NACK and indication information,

if the first information and the second information are decoded successfully, an ACK and first indication information are returned to the first TRP, so that the first TRP sends a second signal ACK which is the same as the ACK to the second TRP; or

If the first information and the second information are decoded unsuccessfully, returning NACK and first indication information to a first TRP so that the first TRP sends a second signal NACK which is the same as the NACK to a second TRP; or

If the first information decoding is successful and the second information decoding is failed, returning ACK and second indication information to the first TRP so that the first TRP sends a second signal NACK opposite to the ACK to the second TRP; or

If the first information decoding fails and the second information decoding succeeds, returning NACK and second indication information to the first TRP so that the first TRP sends a second signal ACK opposite to the NACK to the second TRP; or

If the first information decoding is successful and the second information decoding is failed, returning NACK and second indication information to the first TRP so that the first TRP sends a second signal NACK which is the same as the NACK to a second TRP; or

And if the first information decoding fails and the second information decoding succeeds, returning ACK and second indication information to the first TRP so that the first TRP sends a second signal ACK which is the same as the ACK to the second TRP.

The method of claim 1, the predetermined rules further comprising,

a detection window for the first signal and the second signal is pre-configured for each TRP.

The method of claim 4, the first and second signals comprising,

identification information for indicating each HARQ.

A method for transmitting a signal, further comprising,

receiving a first signal which is sent by UE according to decoding results of first information and second information sent by two received TRPs according to a preset rule;

and sending a second signal to the other TRP according to the first signal and a preset rule.

The method of claim 6, wherein the transmitting a second signal to the other of the TRPs according to the first signal according to a predetermined rule includes, when the first signal is any one of ACK or NACK,

transmitting a second signal identical to the first signal to another of the TRPs; or

Transmitting a second signal opposite to the first signal to the other of the TRPs.

The method of claim 6, wherein the transmitting a second signal to another of the TRPs according to a predetermined rule based on the first signal comprises, when the first signal is any one of a combination of ACK and indication information or a combination of NACK and indication information,

transmitting a second signal identical to the first signal to another TRP according to the first indication information; or

Transmitting a second signal identical to the first signal to another one of the TRPs according to second indication information; or

And sending a second signal opposite to the first signal to the other TRP according to the second indication information.

The method of claim 6, further comprising,

the detection windows for the first signal and the second signal are preconfigured.

The method of claim 9, further comprising,

and if the first signal and/or the second signal contain identification information indicating HARQ, determining a signal corresponding to each HARQ according to the identification information.

A user equipment for signal transmission, comprising:

means for receiving first information and second information transmitted by two TRPs, respectively;

means for returning a first signal to one of the TRPs according to a predetermined rule based on a result of decoding the first information and the second information, the predetermined rule indicating that the TRP that received the first signal transmits a second signal to another of the TRPs based on the first signal.

The user equipment as claimed in claim 11, wherein the means for returning a first signal to one of the TRPs according to a predetermined rule based on the decoding results of the first information and the second information when the first signal is any one of ACK or NACK, the predetermined rule for instructing the TRP receiving the first signal to transmit a second signal to the other of the TRPs according to the first signal comprises,

if the first information and the second information are decoded successfully, an ACK is returned to the first TRP, so that the first TRP sends a second signal ACK which is the same as the ACK to the second TRP; or

Means for returning a NACK to the first TRP if both the first information and the second information fail to be decoded, so that the first TRP transmits a second signal NACK, which is the same as the NACK, to the second TRP; or

If the first information decoding fails and the second information decoding succeeds, an ACK is returned to the second TRP, so that the second TRP sends a second signal NACK opposite to the ACK to the first TRP; or

And if the first information decoding is successful and the second information decoding is failed, returning NACK to the second TRP so that the second TRP sends a second signal ACK opposite to the NACK to the first TRP.

If the first information is successfully decoded and the second information is unsuccessfully decoded, returning ACK and second indication information to the first TRP so that the first TRP sends a second signal NACK opposite to the ACK to the second TRP; or

A device or a method for returning NACK and second indication information to a first TRP if a first information decoding fails and a second information decoding succeeds, so that the first TRP sends a second signal ACK opposite to the NACK to a second TRP

means for transmitting a second signal identical to the first signal to another of said TRPs; or

Means for transmitting a second signal, opposite to the first signal, to another of said TRPs.

The base station according to claim 14, wherein when the first signal is any one of a combination of ACK and indication information or a combination of NACK and indication information, the means for transmitting a second signal to another of the TRPs according to the first signal according to a predetermined rule comprises,

means for transmitting a second signal identical to the first signal to another of the TRPs according to the first indication information; or

Means for transmitting a second signal identical to the first signal to another of the TRPs according to second indication information; or

Means for transmitting a second signal, opposite to the first signal, to another of the TRPs according to second indication information.

The base station of claim 14, further comprising,

means for pre-configuring detection windows for the first signal and the second signal.

The base station of claim 17, further comprising,

and if the first signal and/or the second signal contain identification information indicating HARQ, determining a signal corresponding to each HARQ according to the identification information.
