The collar press of claim 1, wherein the intermediate pressing member has a mounting portion and a smoothing portion; the installation part is movably connected to the base, the flattening part is movably connected to the installation part, and two ends of the flattening part can respectively extend towards the first outer side pressing piece and the second outer side pressing piece; the middle pressing piece can extend out of the base so that the flattening portion is flush with the first straight-edge pressing portion and the second straight-edge pressing portion.

the first inner compressing member is positioned between the first outer compressing member and the middle compressing member, and the second inner compressing member is positioned between the second outer compressing member and the middle compressing member; the first inner pressing piece is used for pressing a part of the surface of the collar which is concave to accommodate the convex collar, and the second inner pressing piece is used for pressing a part of the surface of the collar which is concave to accommodate the convex collar;

the first inner side pressing piece and the second inner side pressing piece can extend out of the base and are flush with the first straight side pressing portion and the second straight side pressing portion.

6. The collar press as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein the first outer pressing member, the second outer pressing member and the intermediate pressing member are of an integrally formed structure.

7. The collar press as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising a plurality of driving mechanisms respectively connected to the first outer pressing member, the second outer pressing member and the intermediate pressing member.

8. A collar sewing device is characterized by comprising a machine platform, a sewing mechanism and a collar pressing die according to any one of claims 1 to 7;

the machine table is provided with a workbench, the base is connected with the machine table, and the first straight-edge pressing part, the first oblique-edge pressing part, the second straight-edge pressing part, the second oblique-edge pressing part and the middle pressing piece can be abutted against a collar on the surface of the workbench;

the sewing mechanism is connected to the machine table and used for sewing the straight edges and the bevel edges of the collar.

9. The collar sewing apparatus of claim 8 wherein the table has an air outlet connected to an air extracting mechanism for attaching a collar to the table.

10. A collar sewing method, characterized in that the collar sewing device according to any one of claims 8 to 9 is adopted; the collar sewing method comprises the following steps:

stacking two collar cut pieces with different lengths, and aligning straight edges and bevel edges of the two collar cut pieces respectively to obtain aligned cut pieces;

adjusting the first outer side pressing part, the second outer side pressing part and the middle pressing part to extend out of the base, so that the first straight edge pressing part, the second straight edge pressing part and the middle pressing part are flush with each other and press the straight edges of the aligned cut pieces, and the first bevel edge pressing part and the second bevel edge pressing part respectively press two bevel edges of the aligned cut pieces;

and sewing the straight edges and the two bevel edges of the aligned cut pieces through the sewing mechanism.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of textile, in particular to a collar pressing die, a collar sewing device and a collar sewing method.

Background

A neck collar is an important component of a garment. In the process of manufacturing a neck collar, as shown in fig. 1, it is generally necessary to laminate two collar panels having different lengths, such as a longer collar panel 10 and a shorter collar panel 20, such that straight edges 11(21) of the two collar panels are aligned, and two oblique edges 12(22), 13(23) are respectively aligned, and then the aligned straight edges and oblique edges are sewn. Traditional seam neck often needs to rely on staff's a large amount of manual work, and the staff sews up when collar cut-parts align, and such seam neck mode makes staff's working strength big, and sews up the precision and is difficult to guarantee.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, there is a need for a collar pressing mold, a collar sewing apparatus and a collar sewing method that improve the precision of collar sewing and reduce the work intensity of workers.

In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a collar pressing die comprises a base, a first outer pressing piece, a second outer pressing piece and a middle pressing piece;

the first outer pressing piece, the second outer pressing piece and the middle pressing piece are movably connected to the base, and the first outer pressing piece and the second outer pressing piece are respectively positioned on two sides of the middle pressing piece;

the first outer side pressing piece is provided with a first straight edge pressing part and a first bevel edge pressing part, the first bevel edge pressing part is movably connected to the first straight edge pressing part, and an included angle formed between the first bevel edge pressing part and the first straight edge pressing part is adjustable so as to press one bevel edge of the collar;

the second outer side pressing piece is provided with a second straight edge pressing part and a second bevel edge pressing part, the second bevel edge pressing part is movably connected to the second straight edge pressing part, and an included angle formed between the second bevel edge pressing part and the second straight edge pressing part is adjustable and used for pressing the other bevel edge of the collar;

the first outer compressing piece, the second outer compressing piece and the middle compressing piece can extend out of the base to enable the first straight-edge compressing portion, the second straight-edge compressing portion and the middle compressing piece to be flush with each other so as to be used for compressing straight edges of the collar.

In one embodiment, the intermediate pressing member has a mounting portion and a smoothing portion; the installation part is movably connected to the base, the flattening part is movably connected to the installation part, and two ends of the flattening part can respectively extend towards the first outer side pressing piece and the second outer side pressing piece; the middle pressing piece can extend out of the base so that the flattening portion is flush with the first straight-edge pressing portion and the second straight-edge pressing portion.

In one embodiment, the collar press further comprises a first inner pressing member and a second inner pressing member; the first inner side pressing piece and the second inner side pressing piece are movably connected to the base;

the first inner compressing member is positioned between the first outer compressing member and the middle compressing member, and the second inner compressing member is positioned between the second outer compressing member and the middle compressing member; the first inner pressing piece is used for pressing a part of the surface of the collar which is concave to accommodate the convex collar, and the second inner pressing piece is used for pressing a part of the surface of the collar which is concave to accommodate the convex collar;

the first inner side pressing piece and the second inner side pressing piece can extend out of the base and are flush with the first straight side pressing portion and the second straight side pressing portion.

In one embodiment, the first straight edge compression portion is hinged to the first angled edge compression portion.

A collar sewing device, which comprises a machine table, a sewing mechanism and a collar pressing die as in any one of the above embodiments;

the machine table is provided with a workbench, the base is connected with the machine table, and the first straight-edge pressing part, the first oblique-edge pressing part, the second straight-edge pressing part, the second oblique-edge pressing part and the middle pressing piece can be abutted against a collar on the surface of the workbench;

the sewing mechanism is connected to the machine table and used for sewing the straight edges and the bevel edges of the collar.

In one embodiment, the workbench is provided with an air outlet which is connected with an air draft mechanism so as to enable the collar to be adsorbed on the workbench.

A collar sewing method, which adopts the collar sewing device in any embodiment; the collar sewing method comprises the following steps:

stacking two collar cut pieces with different lengths, and aligning straight edges and bevel edges of the two collar cut pieces respectively to obtain aligned cut pieces;

adjusting the first outer side pressing part, the second outer side pressing part and the middle pressing part to extend out of the base, so that the first straight edge pressing part, the second straight edge pressing part and the middle pressing part are flush with each other and press the straight edges of the aligned cut pieces, and the first bevel edge pressing part and the second bevel edge pressing part respectively press two bevel edges of the aligned cut pieces;

and sewing the straight edges and the two bevel edges of the aligned cut pieces through the sewing mechanism.

The collar pressing die comprises a base, a first outer pressing piece, a second outer pressing piece and a middle pressing piece. Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the invention provides a collar stamper 100. The collar press mold 100 includes a base 101, a first outer pressing member 102, a second outer pressing member 103, and an intermediate pressing member 104. The first outer pressing piece 102, the second outer pressing piece 103 and the middle pressing piece 104 are movably connected to the base 101, and the first outer pressing piece 102 and the second outer pressing piece 103 are respectively located on two sides of the middle pressing piece 104. The first outer pressing member 102 has a first straight pressing portion 1021 and a first hypotenuse pressing portion 1022, the first hypotenuse pressing portion 1022 is movably connected to the first straight pressing portion 1021, and an included angle formed between the first hypotenuse pressing portion 1022 and the first straight pressing portion 1021 is adjustable to press one hypotenuse of the collar. The second outer pressing member 103 has a second straight edge pressing part 1031 and a second oblique edge pressing part 1032, the second oblique edge pressing part 1032 is movably connected to the second straight edge pressing part 1031, and an included angle formed between the second oblique edge pressing part 1032 and the second straight edge pressing part 1031 is adjustable for pressing the other oblique edge of the collar. The first outer compression member 102, the second outer compression member 103 and the intermediate compression member 104 can extend from the base 101 to level the first straight-edge compression part 1021, the second straight-edge compression part 1031 and the intermediate compression member 104 for compressing the straight edges of the collar. By adopting the collar pressing die 100 in the embodiment, the straight edges of the collar (formed by laminating two collar cut pieces with different lengths) can be pressed through the cooperation of the first straight edge pressing part 1021, the middle pressing part 104 and the second straight edge pressing part 1031, the included angle formed between the first bevel edge pressing part 1022 and the first straight edge pressing part 1021 is adjusted, the included angle formed between the second bevel edge pressing part 1032 and the second straight edge pressing part 1031 is adjusted, and then the two bevel edges of the collar are respectively pressed through the first bevel edge pressing part 1022 and the second bevel edge pressing part 1032, so that the alignment precision of the two collar cut pieces can be effectively improved, and further the sewing precision of the collar is effectively improved. Meanwhile, when sewing, the sewing is carried out while the workers are not required to be aligned, so that the working strength of the workers can be effectively reduced.

In a preferred embodiment, the middle pressing member 104 has a mounting portion 1041 and a smoothing portion 1042; the mounting portion 1041 is movably connected to the base 101, the smoothing portion 1042 is movably connected to the mounting portion 1041, and both ends of the smoothing portion 1042 can respectively extend toward the first outer pressing piece 102 and the second outer pressing piece 103; the intermediate pressing member 104 can protrude from the base 101 so that the flattening portion 1042 is flush with the first and second straight-side pressing portions 1021, 1031. The collar cutting pieces with different lengths can be flexibly aligned and compressed through the arrangement of the flattening part 1042. When the length of the collar cut-off piece changes, the extension length of the flattening part 1042 can be adjusted, so that the straight edge of the collar cut-off piece can be fully compressed.

In a specific example, the collar press 100 further comprises a first inner pressing member 105 and a second inner pressing member 106; the first inner compression member 105 and the second inner compression member 106 are both movably connected to the base 101. The first inner pressing member 105 is located between the first outer pressing member 102 and the intermediate pressing member 104, and the second inner pressing member 106 is located between the second outer pressing member 103 and the intermediate pressing member 104; the first inner compression member 105 is used to compress a surface of the collar having a portion recessed for receiving the raised collar 14 and the second inner compression member 106 is used to compress a surface of the collar having a portion recessed for receiving the raised collar 14. The first inner pressing piece 105 and the second inner pressing piece 106 can extend from the base 101 and are flush with the first straight-side pressing portion 1021 and the second straight-side pressing portion 1031.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, when two collar cut segments of different lengths are layered and the straight edges and the oblique edges of the two collar cut segments are aligned, the upper longer collar cut segment 10 is raised to form a raised collar 14. The design of the first inner compression member 105 having a surface for compressing the collar with a portion recessed and the second inner compression member 106 having a surface for compressing the collar with a portion recessed allows these raised collars 14 to be well accommodated, avoiding the deformation of the raised collars 14 due to the effect of pressure during compression, which in turn adversely affects the quality of the collar product. Further, in the pressing process, the convex collar 14 can be pushed to the position matched with the first inner side pressing piece 105 and the second inner side pressing piece 106 through the action of the flattening part 1042, so that the automation degree is improved, and the processing efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 5, still another embodiment of the present invention provides another collar stamper 100. This die is different from the die corresponding to fig. 4 in that the length of the flattening portion 1042 is longer, and the concave portion of the surface of the first inner presser 105 for pressing the neck collar is closer to the edge thereof and the concave portion of the surface of the second inner presser 106 for pressing the neck collar is closer to the edge thereof, so that the neck collar having the convex portion closer to the edge can be pressed.

Referring again to fig. 2 and 3, the raised collar 14 of fig. 3 is closer to the edge of the collar than in fig. 2. At this time, the die corresponding to fig. 4 may be correspondingly used to compress the laminated neck panel corresponding to fig. 2, and the die corresponding to fig. 5 may be correspondingly used to compress the laminated neck panel corresponding to fig. 3.

In one particular example, the first straight compression 1021 is hinged to the first diagonal compression 1022. The first straight edge pressing part 1021 is hinged to the first inclined edge pressing part 1022, so that the included angle formed between the first straight edge pressing part 1021 and the first inclined edge pressing part 1022 can be adjusted more conveniently to match collars with different included angles, and further, the inclined edges of the collars are sufficiently pressed. Further, the second straight edge pressing part 1031 is hinged to the second hypotenuse pressing part 1032. At this time, the included angle formed between the second straight edge pressing part 1031 and the second bevel edge pressing part 1032 can be adjusted more conveniently to match collars with different included angles, and then the bevel edges of the collars are sufficiently pressed.

In another specific example, the first outer pressing member 102, the second outer pressing member 103, and the intermediate pressing member 104 are integrally formed. Referring to fig. 6, a collar sewing apparatus 200 is provided according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. The collar sewing device 200 comprises a machine table 201, a sewing mechanism 202 and a collar pressing die 100 corresponding to fig. 4. The machine 201 has a workbench 2011, the base 101 is connected to the machine 201, and the first straight-edge pressing portion 1021, the first oblique-edge pressing portion 1022, the second straight-edge pressing portion 1031, the second oblique-edge pressing portion 1032 and the middle pressing member 104 can abut against a collar on the surface of the workbench 2011. The sewing mechanism 202 is connected to the machine 201, and the sewing mechanism 202 is used for sewing the straight edge and the oblique edge of the collar. By adopting the collar sewing device 200 in the embodiment, the collar can be accurately pressed through the collar pressing die 100, and then the straight edges and the oblique edges of the collar are sewn through the sewing mechanism 202, so that the sewing precision of the collar can be effectively improved, and the working strength of workers can be reduced.

It is understood that the collar press 100 in the collar sewing apparatus 200 may be the collar press 100 corresponding to fig. 5 and the collar press in any of the above examples or versions.

Further, the workbench 2011 has an air outlet 2012, and the air outlet 2012 is connected with the air draft mechanism 203 so as to enable the collar to be adsorbed on the workbench 2011. Through the setting of air outlet 2012 and updraft ventilator 203, can form certain negative pressure between collar and workstation 2011, make the collar adsorb more steadily on workstation 2011. It can be understood that the air outlet 2012 can be a groove type or a hole type, and both can be connected with the air draft mechanism 203 to make the collar be adsorbed on the workbench 2011. Preferably, the uniformity of the negative pressure can be improved through the plurality of groove-shaped air outlets 2012 or the plurality of hole-shaped air outlets 2012, so that the stability of the collar on the workbench 2011 is further improved. The outlet 2012 in this embodiment is formed by arranging a plurality of perforated vents in a plurality of rows and columns.

Still further, the sewing collar device 200 further includes a scanning mechanism 204; the scanning mechanism 204 is connected to the machine 201 for determining the position of the collar on the work table 2011. The position of the collar on the table 2011 can be obtained in real time by the scanning mechanism 204, and the accuracy of collar placement, compression and sewing is further improved. Specifically, the scanning mechanism 204 includes a laser light. At this time, the position of the collar on the table 2011 may be determined by a laser lamp.

It will be appreciated that the sewing-collar device 200 also comprises a collection box 205; the material receiving box 205 is connected to the machine 201 for receiving the collar after sewing. Further, the neck sewing apparatus 200 further includes a neck collar guide 206; the collar guide 206 is movably connected to the machine 201 for guiding the collar after sewing to the receiving box 205. Specifically, the collar guide 206 is a brush.

It will be appreciated that the collar may be pressed against the table 2011 by a die and the position of the collar on the table 2011 may be brought by movement of the die over the machine 201. For example, after the collar is pressed on the work table 2011 by the pressing die, the collar can be driven to the sewing position of the sewing mechanism 202 by the movement of the pressing die on the machine table 201, and after sewing, the collar can be driven to the material receiving position of the material receiving box 205 by the movement of the pressing die on the machine table 201.

In one particular example, the sewing device 200 further includes a controller 207; the sewing mechanism 202 and the collar press 100 are electrically connected to a controller 207, respectively, and the controller 207 is used for controlling the sewing mechanism 202 to sew and the collar press 100 to press. The sewing-collar device 200 can be controlled more conveniently and intuitively by the controller 207.

The invention also provides a collar sewing method, which adopts the collar sewing device 200; the collar sewing method comprises the following steps: the two collar cut pieces with different lengths are stacked, so that the straight edges and the bevel edges of the two collar cut pieces are respectively aligned to obtain the aligned cut pieces. The first outer pressing member 102, the second outer pressing member 103 and the middle pressing member 104 are adjusted to extend out of the base 101, so that the first straight edge pressing portion 1021, the second straight edge pressing portion 1031 and the middle pressing member 104 are aligned and press the straight edges of the aligned cut pieces, and the first oblique edge pressing portion 1022 and the second oblique edge pressing portion 1032 are respectively pressed against two oblique edges of the aligned cut pieces. The straight edges and the two oblique edges of the aligned panels are sewn together by the sewing mechanism 202. By adopting the collar sewing method in the embodiment, the collar can be accurately sewn, and the working strength of workers is reduced.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
