The existing wet tissue machine is of a household type, has obvious defects in the aspects of the quantity of prepared tissues, the use environment and the like, is poor in operation experience, and is not suitable for being used as shared equipment. Moreover, the existing household type wet towel machine also lacks sharing consideration in the aspect of cleaning.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the shared intelligent hot wet towel dispenser comprises a main body 100, a towel making device 300 arranged in the main body and controlled by a controller 200, and a hot water system 400.

The machine body 100 comprises a cabinet body 101, a cabinet door 102 and an upper cover 103, wherein the cabinet door is rotatably assembled at the front side of the cabinet body and locked with the cabinet body through a lock, and the upper cover is rotatably assembled at the top of the cabinet body and locked with the cabinet body through the lock. Therefore, when the cabinet door and the upper cover are locked, the body is in the state shown in figure 1, and the internal structure is shielded. When the cabinet door and the upper cover are unlocked, the cabinet door and the upper cover can be opened as shown in fig. 2, the internal structure of the machine body is exposed, the material change, the towel feeding and the water replenishing of the storage bin are facilitated, and the equipment maintenance is also facilitated.

As shown in fig. 4, the industrial control motherboard can be connected with the cloud background server through a 4G network or a wireless network, the running conditions of the equipment are fed back to the background server one by one, and the background server is processed and then distributed to mobile terminals such as users, merchants and maintenance masters, so that the wet tissue machine can be used, maintained and repaired conveniently at the first time.

Specifically, the towel manufacturing device 300 includes a towel guiding mechanism 301, a towel cutting mechanism 302, and a towel rolling mechanism 303, which are disposed in sequence according to the output of the towel cloth and cooperate with each other. The towel rolling mechanism 303 is provided with a towel clamping detection switch 309, and the towel clamping detection switch 309 provides a signal for the controller to control the towel rolling motor 306 of the towel rolling mechanism to rotate reversely so as to reset the towel rolling mechanism when a towel is clamped; the towel rolling mechanism is also provided with a light sensor 310 for detecting whether the wet tissues are actually prepared or not, and the light sensor detects whether the wet tissues are actually prepared or not through light reflection.

The information collected by various detection switches and the light-sensitive sensor of the towel manufacturing device is fed back to the industrial control mainboard in real time, and the industrial control mainboard instructs the equipment mainboard to control corresponding actions according to the information.

The hot water system 400 comprises a water tank 401, a water pump 402, a heating tank 403 and an electric control valve bank 404 which are connected in a water pipeline in sequence according to the water flow direction, wherein the electric control valve bank is composed of two electromagnetic three-way valves 405 and 406, and one outlet of one electromagnetic three-way valve is connected with the inlet of one electromagnetic three-way valve, so that the electric control valve bank is provided with one inlet and three outlets which are respectively a water spraying interface, a cleaning interface and a circulating interface. The water spraying port is connected with a water spraying pipe 407 for spraying water to the towel cloth. The cleaning interface is connected with a cleaning nozzle 408 for cleaning the towel taking basket, and the towel taking basket can be automatically washed at high temperature regularly when the towel is not manufactured. The circulation interface is used for being connected with the water tank through a return pipeline, and a flow sensor 409 is arranged on the return pipeline. Accordingly, the hot water system has working modes of moistening towel cloth, cleaning and taking a towel basket, circulating water and the like.
