1. A rain-proof illumination operation panel, characterized by, includes:

the operation panel comprises an operation panel body (1), wherein an operation ticket (100) is arranged on a first surface of the operation panel body (1);

the illuminating lamp (2), the illuminating lamp (2) is arranged on the second surface of the operating board body (1); and

the cover body (3) is arranged at the top of the operation board body (1) at intervals and forms an operation space with the first surface of the operation board body (1), and the inner surface of the cover body (3) is configured to reflect part of light emitted by the illuminating lamp (2) into the operation space.

2. A rainproof lighting operation panel according to claim 1, wherein said cover (3) is provided in an arc-shaped configuration.

The rainproof lighting operation panel according to claim 2, wherein the cover body (3) is provided with a reflection plate (31) and a transparent plate (32) along the extending direction, one end of the reflection plate (31) is connected with the top of the operation panel body (1), the other end of the reflection plate is connected with the transparent plate (32), the inner surface of the reflection plate (31) is provided with a reflection layer, and the transparent plate (32) is provided with a transparent structure.

5. A rainproof lighting operation panel according to claim 3, wherein said cover (3) further comprises a connection plate (33), said connection plate (33) being provided on both sides of said reflection plate (31) and transparent plate (32) and fixedly connected to said operation panel body (1).

6. The rainproof lighting operation panel of claim 5, wherein the connecting plate (33) is provided with a position-avoiding portion (331), and the position-avoiding portion (331) is inwardly recessed and curved.

8. A rainproof lighting operation panel according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein said illumination lamps (2) are in a strip-like configuration and are disposed along the top edge of said operation panel body (1).

9. The weatherproof illuminated operation panel according to claim 8, characterized in that said illumination lamp (2) comprises:

a lamp holder (21), said lamp holder (21) being hinged on said operating panel body (1) and rotating around an axis, said axis being parallel to the top edge of said operating panel body (1); and

and the lamp tube (22) is arranged on the lamp holder (21).

10. The rainproof lighting operating panel of claim 9, wherein said light pipe (22) is provided as an LED light source.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of power grid maintenance tools, in particular to a rainproof lighting operation board.

Background

At present, according to the requirements of the operation regulations of a transformer substation, two persons are required to cooperate, one person monitors and one person operates, and hooks are sequentially made on an operation ticket without jumping items. If the operation ticket is not used in the transformer substation in rainy days, the operation ticket is easily wetted by rainwater when a guardian operates the monitoring operation, particularly at night, the guardian needs to carry a pen, the operation ticket, a flashlight and the like, inconvenience is brought to the operation, the situations of missed hooking and item jumping operation easily occur, and the operation safety is seriously affected.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a rainproof lighting operation panel, which solves the problem that the existing operation panel is inconvenient to operate by one hand in rainy days and at night.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a rain-proof illuminated operation panel comprising:

the operation panel comprises an operation panel body, wherein an operation ticket is arranged on a first surface of the operation panel body;

the illuminating lamp is arranged on the second surface of the operating board body; and

the cover body is arranged on the top of the operation plate body and forms an operation space with the first surface of the operation plate body, and the inner surface of the cover body is configured to reflect part of light emitted by the illuminating lamp to the operation space.

Preferably, the cover body is provided with an arc-shaped structure.

Preferably, the cover body is provided with a reflecting plate and a transparent plate along the extending direction, one end of the reflecting plate is connected with the top of the operating plate body, the other end of the reflecting plate is connected with the transparent plate, a reflecting layer is arranged on the inner surface of the reflecting plate, and the transparent plate is of a transparent structure.

Preferably, the length of the transparent plate is greater than the length of the reflection plate.

Preferably, the cover further includes a connecting plate disposed on both sides of the reflection plate and the transparent plate and fixedly connected to the operation plate body.

Preferably, the connecting plate is provided with a yielding part, and the yielding part is inwards sunken to form an arc shape.

Preferably, the relief portion is provided with a reflective strip.

Preferably, the illuminating lamp is of a strip-shaped structure and is arranged along the top edge of the operating panel body.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the light provides the illumination for the dead ahead, and the apron can enough illuminate the operation ticket on the operation panel body with the partial light reflection of light in operating space simultaneously, avoids setting up the lamp alone on the apron simultaneously, still makes things convenient for one-hand operation, and the apron can shelter from the rainwater for the operation ticket in addition, provides guard action to the operation ticket.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.

In the description of the present invention, unless expressly stated or limited otherwise, the terms "connected," "connected," and "fixed" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning permanently connected, removably connected, or integral to one another; can be mechanically or electrically connected; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. The invention provides a rainproof lighting operation panel, and fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the rainproof lighting operation panel according to the embodiment of the application, and as shown in fig. 1, the rainproof lighting operation panel comprises an operation panel body 1, a lighting lamp 2 and a cover body 3.

The first surface of the operation panel body 1 is provided with an operation ticket 100, in this embodiment, the surface of the operation panel body 1 provided with the operation ticket 100 is defined as a front surface, and the surface of the operation panel body 1 not provided with the operation ticket 100 is positioned as a back surface, and when the operation panel body is used, the front surface faces a user, and the back surface faces a transformer substation.

The area of the front surface of the operation panel body 1 is larger than the area of the operation ticket 100, the length of the operation panel body 1 is larger than the length of the operation ticket 100, and the width of the operation panel body 1 is larger than the width of the operation ticket 100.

In the embodiment of the present application, the operation panel body 1 may be a hard plastic panel or a hard board coated with a waterproof rubber sheet. And the back of the operation board body 1 is provided with a power supply and a control circuit, the power supply can be selected as a button cell, and the power supply, the control circuit and the illuminating lamp 2 are connected in series.

The lighting lamp 2 is arranged on the back of the operation panel body 1, and after the lighting lamp 2 is opened, the direction of the transformer substation can be found.

The cover 3 is disposed on the top of the operation panel body 1 and forms an operation space with the front surface of the operation panel body 1, wherein the inner surface of the cover 3 is configured to reflect part of the light emitted from the illumination lamp 2 into the operation space. The apron 3 can be with the partial light reflection of light 2 in operating space, can enough illuminate operation ticket 100 on the operation panel body 1, avoid simultaneously setting up the lamp alone on the apron 3, still make things convenient for one-hand operation, apron 3 can shelter from the rainwater for operation ticket 100 in addition, provides the guard action to operation ticket 100.

Further, the cover body 3 is provided with an arc-shaped structure. The cover plate 3 is set to be of an arc structure and can guide rainwater, and has the characteristic of high pressure and no external thrust. Certainly, the lid 3 is not limited to the arc structure, for example, the lid 3 can also be set up to form for the concatenation of a plurality of planar structure, forms certain contained angle between two adjacent planar structure to make the lid 3 satisfy the effect of reflection light.

Further, the lid 3 is provided with a reflection plate 31 and a transparent plate 32 along the extending direction, one end of the reflection plate 31 is connected with the top of the operation panel body 1, the other end is connected with the transparent plate 32, the inner surface of the reflection plate 31 is provided with a reflection layer, and the transparent plate 32 is provided with a transparent structure.

The transparent plate 32 is provided to facilitate the user to directly view the operation ticket 100. The reflection plate 31 serves to reflect part of the light of the illumination lamp 2 into the operation space.

Note that, in order not to affect the penetration of the operation ticket 100, the length of the transparent plate 32 is longer than that of the reflection plate 31. Here, the widths of the transparent plate 32 and the reflection plate 31 are the same and are consistent with the width of the operation plate body 1.

Further, the lid body 3 further includes a connecting plate 33, and the connecting plate 33 is provided on both sides of the reflection plate 31 and the transparent plate 32 and fixedly connects both sides of the operation plate body 1 by bolts.

Further, the connecting plate 33 is provided with a relief portion 331, and the relief portion 331 is recessed inward to form an arc shape. The arc-shaped abdicating part 331 is arranged to facilitate the hand to enter the operation space.

Further, the receding portion 331 is provided with a reflective strip. The position yielding part 331 with the reflective strips can clearly display the position yielding part 331, and a user can conveniently stretch hands into an operation space.

It should be noted that the illuminating lamp 2 is in a strip structure and is disposed along the top edge of the operation panel body 1. The illumination lamp 2 is disposed at the top edge of the operation panel body 1, so that light emitted from the illumination lamp 2 is reflected on the reflection plate 31 as much as possible.

The plane of the operation panel body 1 divides the reflection plate 31 into a front part and a rear part, so that the end of the reflection plate 31 away from the transparent plate 32 can also play a role of shielding rain.

Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a lighting lamp 2 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the lighting lamp 2 includes a lamp holder 21 and a lamp tube 22, the lamp holder 21 is hinged to the operation panel body 1 and rotates around an axis L, the axis L is parallel to a top edge of the operation panel body 1, and the lamp tube 22 is disposed on the lamp holder 21. The illumination range of the lamp 22 is changed when the lamp holder 21 is rotated. The illumination range of the lamp 22 can be changed by adjusting the rotation angle of the lamp holder 21.

It should be noted that, the light-emitting surface and the non-light-emitting surface of the lamp 22 are radially symmetrical with respect to themselves, that is, each of the light-emitting surface and the non-light-emitting surface occupies half of the circumference, and when the lamp holder 21 rotates within the rotation range, the lamp 21 can always scatter a part of the light to the reflection plate 31.

The lamp 22 is an LED light source. The LED light source can reduce the volume of the lamp tube 22, and can obtain continuous service time of 10 ten thousand hours, thereby having longer service life.

Further, fig. 3 is a partial structural schematic diagram of the illumination lamp 2 according to the embodiment of the present application.

The lamp holder 21 comprises an outer lamp holder 211 and an inner lamp holder 212, the outer lamp holder 211 is fixedly connected to the operating panel body 1, the outer lamp holder 211 is provided with a limiting groove 2110, the inner lamp holder 212 is rotatably arranged in the limiting groove 2110, and the rotating axis of the inner lamp holder 212 coincides with the axis L.

Both ends of the lamp tube 22 are connected to the inner lamp holders 212 of one lamp holder 21, respectively. In the embodiment of the present application, the inner lamp holder 212 is provided with a jack, and the lamp 22 is inserted into the jack of the inner lamp holder 212, and it should be noted that an inserting component is provided in the jack for connecting and conducting electricity.

The use principle of the rain-proof illumination operation panel that this embodiment provided does: the front face of the operation board body 1 faces the transformer substation, the operation ticket 100 is arranged on the front face of the operation board body 1, the transparent board 32 can facilitate a user to directly observe the operation ticket 100, the reflecting board 31 is used for reflecting part of light rays of the illuminating lamp 2 to an operation space, and the lamp holder 21 is adjusted to further control the illumination range of the lamp tube 22.
